Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung, mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung, dan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung, motivasi kerja dan promosi jabatan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung, dan budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Di dalam sebuah instansi milik pemerintah ataupun perusahaan swasta sumber daya manusia memegang peran yang sangat penting, karena kegiatan instansi ataupun perusahaan tidak akan mungkin dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa adanya sumber daya manusia walapun teknologi pendukung yang digunakan sudah lengkap dan canggih. Indeks profesionalitas menjadi suatu hal yang sangat penting karena ini menjadi penilaian ataupun tolak ukur dari kerja pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi (X1), perilaku (X2), dan disiplin kerja terhadap indeks profesionalitas (Y) pegawai ASN Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Bandar Lampung. Alat analisis yang digunakan dengan SPSS 25,0 dengan jumlah responden 87 orang pegawai ASN Balai Besar Pegawas Obat dan Makanan di Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadap indeks profesionalitas pegawai ASN yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikan (0,000 < 0,05), sedangkan secara parsial variabel kompetensi tidak berpengaruh terhadap indeks profesionalitas pegawai ASN yang ditunjukan dengan nilai signifikan (0,540 > 0,05). Variabel perilaku secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks profesionalitas pegawai ASN yang ditunjukan dengan nilai siginifikan (0,000 < 0,05). Sedangkan variabel disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks profesionalitas pegawai ASN dengan nilai signifikan (0,000 < 0,05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Financial Performance which referred to Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Return on Equity (ROE) on Firm Value which referred to Price to Book Value (PBV). The type of this research is quantitative. The population of this research is manufacturing companies sub sector material, however this research is focused on PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk. The sample for this research is financial report of 2019-2022. The data analysis technique used in this research is Classical Assumption Test, while hypothesis test is performed by using Multiple Regression Analysis, which includes a smilutaneous Significance Test (f test) and Partial Significance Test (t test). The results of this research is (1) CR, DER, TATO, ROE simultaneously had a positive and significance effect on Firm Value. (2) CR had no effect on Firm Value. (3) DER had a positive and significance effect on Firm Value. (4) TATO had no effect on Firm Value. (5) ROE had a positive and significance effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

This literature review examines the impact of servant leadership implementation in higher education institutions. Through a synthesis of existing research, it identifies the benefits, challenges, and outcomes associated with servant leadership practices in academia. The review highlights how servant leadership fosters collaboration, empowerment, and trust among faculty, staff, and students, leading to improved communication, engagement, motivation, and community within institutions. It also underscores the positive correlation between servant leadership behaviors and employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Additionally, the review emphasizes the impact of servant leadership on student learning outcomes, including academic achievement, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Scholars are increasingly focusing on developing servant leadership competencies among academic administrators and faculty and conducting longitudinal studies to assess long-term effects and best practices. Overall, the findings underscore the significant impact of servant leadership on higher education quality and organizational success, emphasizing the need to integrate servant leadership principles into leadership practices within higher education institutions. Further research in this area can provide deeper insights into effective servant leadership practices and their practical implications in higher education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Management System on Employee Performance at PT.UPC Sidrap Bayu Energi, Sidrap Regency. The population in this study were all employees of PT.UPC Sidrap Bayu Energi, Sidrap Regency, totaling 34 employees. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The data sources used are primary data sources, namely information originating from observations and questionnaires. Secondary data sources are data sources obtained from documentation or literature study. The data analysis technique used is Simple Regression Analysis using statistical calculations using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26 application.The research results show that the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (K3) (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). the results of this research t value > t table (9,148 > 1.691) and the significant value = 0.00 ˂ 0, 05

Abstract

Accounting information systems manage various transaction data, both financial and non- financial, which influence the processing of financial transactions. Effectiveness is a benchmark that describes the extent to which goals are to be achieved. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing an accounting information system implemented by the Masrur Tangerang Plastic Seed Milling UMKM. This is a qualitative research, and researchers collect data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that the sales accounting information system at the Masrur Iron Ore Milling UMKM has been running well and implemented very simply. This is because the system is implemented manually where document archiving is still not optimal and sales invoice documents have not been archived and are still being recorded in MS. Excel. Additionally, effectiveness The accounting information system, seen from an internal control perspective, has not been able to meet the owner's immediate needs. This can be seen from the research findings, which shows that the system used should involve technology by adding hardware components and software components and can also add network components such as WiFi or hotspots so that the resulting accounting information is free from the risk of errors and data backup can be carried out optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to implement strategies to increase the job satisfaction of teaching staff at UPT SPF SDI Kassi-Kassi I, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, trying to describe the research results as they are. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words or text which is then expressed in descriptive form. The subjects of this research are teaching staff, while the objects of this research are all activities related to implementing strategies to increase job satisfaction of teaching staff at UPT SPF SDI Kassi-Kassi I. The results of this research explain that there are six strategies implemented at UPT SPF SDI Kassi-Kassi I, Rappocini District, Makassar City in increasing the job satisfaction of teaching staff, namely: establishing effective communication between colleagues by communicating all activities that will be held at school, providing opportunities for teachers to take part in training and development, for example bringing in speakers to conduct KKG, reward and appreciation that are given by school principals to teaching staff, conductive working environment conditions characterized by complete learning facilities, but in terms of school security still needed to be improve, paying attention to work-life balance by dividing time so that work demands and personal matters can be carried out well, and finally participation in decision making where teaching staff are always given the opportunity by the school principal to provide input every time a meeting is held. Abstract

Perusahaan memiliki tujuan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Dalam jangka pendek perusahaan bertujuan untuk memaksimalkan laba saat ini, dan dalam jangka panjang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh keputusan dalam berinvestasi, tingkat profitabilitas perusahaan dan kebijakan deviden. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh keputusan investasi, tingkat profitabilitas dan kebijakan deviden. Dengan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan pustaka (systematic literature review) dengan cara mengumpulkan literature review yang diperoleh dari google scholar dari tahun 2018-2023 dan teknik analisis data empiris. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya menemukan bahwa keputusan investasi dan kebijakan deviden dalam perusahaan tidak berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan tingkat profitabilitas berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja keungan terhadap nilai perusahan,struktur modal,dan kepimilikan saham pada nilai perusaahaa.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan data sekunder ekternal dimana diperoleh dari google scholer dari tahun 2019-2024 yang kemudian dilakukan systematc literature review (SLR). Bedasarkan hasil analisis dari penelitian yang telah kami lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahan, selanjutya struktur modal juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahan, sedangkan dalam kepemilikan saham adanya pengaruh positif dan tidak adanya pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahan. Ada kepercayaan umum bahwa dalam perusahaan pemilik-manajer, manajemen puncak akan memiliki keunggulan dalam menjaga nilai perusahaan dengan biaya sendiri. Tujuan perusahaan tercapai apabila kinerja perusahaan mampu mengoptimalkan nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

A company is founded with the aim of achieving maximum profits or maximum profits and optimizing company value. Company value can describe the condition and financial performance of a company. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of profitability, investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy and company size on company value. This type of research uses a systematic literature review By collecting literature reviews obtained from Google Scholar methodology and empirical data analysis techniques. The results of this research state that profitability has a very positive and significant influence on investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policy and company size on company value.
