Abstract

One of the efforts taken by the company to improve morale is to meet the promotion appropriately, because when promotions are met then the employee will contribute optimum morale. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of a promotion, the condition of employee morale and job promotion role in improving employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) Branch Garut Retail. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. Descriptive method used to determine the implementation of promotion and conditions of employee morale at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch of Garut Retail, the verification method used to determine the role of promotion in improving employee morale at the office of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) branch Retail Garut. The method used is survey explanation. The process of sampling carried out by random sampling technique. The sample size is 65 people. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires, interviews, and literature. These results indicate that the promotion included in the category of good, as well as morale is also high. It is seen that the coefficient of determination variable X amounted to 16.56%, and the remaining 83.44% is the influence of other factors. Spearman Rank Correlation promotion variables play a role in improving employee morale with a yield of 0,407 and have a relationship and the variables that are significant

Abstract

Employees are a valuable corporate asset that must be managed by the company in order to provide optimal contribution. One of the things that should be the primary concern of the company is the job satisfaction of their employees, because the employees in the work they do not feel comfortable, under-appreciated, can not develop all their potential, then automatically the employee unable to focus and concentrate fully on the job . that the motivation to be a very important part of the underlying individual or someone in doing something or achieve the desired purpose.Salary given to employees company PT Bess Finance so varies according to the position of each. Then the opportunity for career selection to a higher level, reward program for high performing employees. But in certain cases it is also still found a contradictory conditions, which, if observed, would also be potentially lethal even lower motivation.Based on the background above, the research on the effect of motivation on employee performance in PT Bess Finance, this study takes its object to employees of PT Bess Finance located in Bandung. The independent variable (X) is the motivation to work while the dependent variable (Y) is the performance of the employees. This type of research uses explanatory survey, and the method used is Simple Random Sampling, with a total sample 45 respondents. In addition, research is conducted in a timeframe of less than one year of the study using cross-sectional methods. The data used are primary and secondary data and data analysis techniques using statistical parametric application using Spearman rank analysis.These results indicate that the effect of motivation on employee performance indicates a moderate correlation and significant correlation coefficient of 0.477. therefore, the suggestion for the Company Bess Finance to pay attention to in terms of work motivation mnghasilkan employees so that they can work effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Tujuan: Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ROA, ROE, dan NPM terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan di Indonesia.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kajian pustaka. Berbagai sumber, termasuk buku dan jurnal online seperti Google Scholar, digunakan untuk mengumpulkan informasi yang relevan dan melakukan analisis.Hasil Temuan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA, ROE, dan NPM memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan di Indonesia. ROA yang tinggi menunjukkan penggunaan aset yang efektif, sehingga meningkatkan pertumbuhan laba. Demikian pula, ROE yang tinggi mencerminkan profitabilitas yang lebih baik dengan penggunaan modal sendiri, yang berdampak pada peningkatan pertumbuhan laba. NPM yang tinggi menunjukkan efisiensi dalam penjualan dan pembiayaan, berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan laba yang lebih tinggi.Keterbatasan: Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan. Pertama, penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada perusahaan di Indonesia, dan hasil penelitian mungkin tidak dapat langsung diterapkan pada perusahaan di negara lain. Selain itu, data yang digunakan untuk analisis didasarkan pada laporan keuangan historis, dan perubahan kondisi pasar atau faktor ekonomi mungkin tidak sepenuhnya dipertimbangkan.Keywords: Financial ratios, Profit growth, ROA, ROE, NPM.

Abstract

The quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is still low, it is presumably caused by the application and update the curriculum and teaching materials that have not been optimal. Based on the above, the researcher conducting research on aspects that affect the quality of education, especially from the aspect of curriculum and teaching materials.The methodology used is descriptive verification by using the technique of path analysis (path analysis) in order to know the effect of direct and indirect influence to get the coefficient of determination.The results showed that the quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is directly affected by the curriculum of 18.83% and is affected by the indirect influence of 10.75%, as well as that quality of education is affected directly by the teaching materials by 16.81% so total effect determination coefficient of 57.14%.The conclusion of this study that the quality of education in the West Java Police State Police School is influenced by the curriculum and teaching materials, and influenced by other educational components that are

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze organizational culture and employee performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Crops, West Java Province, and the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Department of Agriculture and Food Crops, West Java Province. Using regression analysis, the research method used is descriptive and verification methods on 74 Department of Agriculture of West Java Province employees. The results showed that in general the organizational culture at the Food Crops Agriculture Service of West Java Province was in a good category. This can be seen from innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, results orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness and stability. If viewed from the performance of the employees of the Department of Agriculture, Food Crops, West Java Province, it is in a good category. This can be seen in terms of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and work commitment which are in the good category as well. Furthermore, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja

Abstract

The background of this research is the factors that influence buying (purchasing) the people coming for treatment to hospitals Pameungpeuk. This study aims to determine the most dominant factor affecting the purchasing public to come for treatment to hospitals Pameungpeuk. The research method used in this research is descriptive method of analysis. The study population were people who came for treatment to the hospital during the study. Data collection was done by literature study, observation and questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques to test factor analysis.The results showed that in general, all of these factors affect the purchasing public as seen in the table component testing matric have values above the standard value of the factor analysis is 0.5, where the factor price policy dominant influence purchasing community because the value of its largest component matrix of factor another is 0.877. The suggestions can be put forward is expected to hospital administrators realize Pameungpeuk deepest problems increased purchasing public, considering the price variable has the most dominant influence on purchasing in hospitals Pameungpeuk, so hopefully the board can maintain pricing policy and consider factors that can increase purchasing such researchers discovered a new factor which factors increase the public purchasing.

Abstract

AbstrakPenilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat membuat suatu produk bersifat nilai jual, dan pengaruh pegembangan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat membuat suatu produk bersifat nilai jual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dimana instrumen penelitian berupa wawancara dan kuesioner, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Uji validitas data menggunakan korelasi Pearson, uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach alpha, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian dengan uji parsial (t) menunjukan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat, pengembangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Pengkolan Desa Cikidang Kecamtan Lembang Kabupaten Bandung Barat, dan secara simultan (f) pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas masyarakat Kp. Test the validity of the data using Pearson correlation, reliability test using Cronbach alpha, while data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. Abstract

Based on multiple regression analysis obtained by linear regression equation Y = 13,531 + 0,321X1 + 0,420X2 + e. Stating that the effect of increasing the value of the leadership unit by 0.321 then the value of employee performance will increase by 32.1%. If work motivation has an additional value of 0.420, the employee's performance value will also increase by 42,0%. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained Adjusted (R square) value of 0.446 or 44.6% and the remaining 55.4% is influenced by variables not examined. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the value is 0.681, the coefficient is at an interval of 0.60 - 0.799, included in the level of "strong" relationship, which means leadership and work motivation have a strong correlation on employee performance. This research is also supported by t-test hypothesis testing, leadership significance value 3,448 2,091 and work motivation 4,336 2,091 resulting in H0 rejected and H1 accepted, which means that leadership and work motivation significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

Investasi dalam bentuk saham secara inhern terkandung risiko, disamping itu saham yang terdaftar dan diperjualbelikan di bursa efek jumlahnya sangat banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saham-saham yang membentuk portofolio optimal, mengetahui proporsi masing-masing saham yang membentuk portofolio optimal, mengetahui besarnya tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan dan risiko dari portofolio, serta untuk mengetahui apakah dengan dilakukan diversifikasi dapat menurunkan tingkat risiko. Sementara itu, untuk tehnik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan purposive sampling, dan ukuran sampelnya sebanyak 20 saham yang secara konsisten masuk dalam perhitungan JII-30 selama periode Januari 2020 - Desember 2021. Tehnik analisis data menggunakan model indeks tunggal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 (enam) saham yang masuk ke dalam portofolio optimal dengan proporsi masing-masing saham, yaitu EMTK sebesar 8%, BRIS sebesar 16%, ITMG sebesar 16%, ANTM sebesar 39%, ERAA sebesar 17%, dan ADRO sebesar 4%. Portofolio optimal yang dibentuk menghasilkan tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan sebesar 6,70% per bulan dengan risiko sebesar 11,99%. Sementara itu, dengan dilakukan diversifikasi maka risiko seluruh saham mengalami penurunan kecuali untuk saham ADRO.

Abstract

The problem statement in this research is work productivity at PT. Pragata Makmur Persada, based on initial observations, is suspected to be caused by the lack of optimal employee training and development programs, so the researchers conducted research using quantitative methods, with a correlation approach and testing the effect of data analysis using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that employee training was included in the very good category with an average dimension score of 184. Employee development was included in the very good category with an average dimension score of 189. Employee productivity at PT. Pragata Makmur Persada is included in the very good category with an average score of 189. Research also proves that work productivity is influenced by an increase in employee training and development by 80.2%. Partially the increase in training affects the work productivity of employees by 32.75%. And employee development affects work productivity at PT. Pragata Makmur Persada by 47.46%. The conclusion shows that increased training affects employee work productivity quite significantly, and employee development affects work productivity very significantly at PT.
