Abstract

So that labor productivity increased labor, one of the ways that must be taken workforce management is providing training to its workforce. This research is classified into associative research and descriptive research. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. in this study, researchers will explain the variables that would be appropriate that occurred in PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk Bandung.The total number of employees PT.Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk part minimarket service in the Bandung area is a total of about 1500 people. The sample will be taken is 62 people. the data analysis is classifying data based on variables and types of respondents, tabulate the data based on the variables of all respondents, presenting the data of each variable studied, perform calculations to test the hypothesis that has been proposed. The results of multiple correlation analysis showed a correlation value 0892. means of training and productivity of employees have a degree of force that is very strong relationship with work productivity. That assumption is taken from the value of 0, 892 which is in the range of 0.8 to 1.The coefficient of determination used to how big the influence of training on labor productivity. Based on the analysis using SPSS 13:00 KD value obtained is equal to 0796 X 100% = 79.6% of the value shows that the effect of training on labor productivity is 79.6% while the remaining 20.4% influenced by other variables. Based on the calculation result is unknown if the training provides a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. The condition is indicated when an increase in the quality of training will result in an increase in employee productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek lembaga perguruan tinggi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (mahasiswa).Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa aktif dari tahun angkatan 2016-2019 di perguruan tinggi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 93 responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji t, F, dan determinasi.Hasil: Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek lembaga perguruan tinggi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (mahasiswa). Koefisien jalur kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,548 dan koefisien jalur citra merek terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 0,349. Pengujian secara parsial juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek masing-masing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Keterbatasan: Penelitian ini memiliki beberapa keterbatasan, antara lain jumlah sampel yang terbatas, pengumpulan data hanya dilakukan di satu perguruan tinggi, dan fokus penelitian yang terbatas pada variabel kualitas pelayanan dan citra merek saja. Oleh karena itu, hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat secara langsung mewakili situasi di seluruh perguruan tinggi dan dapat menjadi acuan untuk penelitian lanjutan dengan sampel yang lebih representatif dan variabel yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Merek dan Kepuasan Pelanggan

Or in another sense belief that being able to accept the existence of faith other than the faith itself.Islam as a religion kafah should have implied the deepest values about the importance of understanding the basics of pluralism which leads Muslims to interact amid the plurality of beliefs existing community. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of brand image on the decision to purchase isotonic products in Sukabumi city and regency of Sukabumi. The sample used was 400 respondents, calculated based on Slovin's formula. The method of sampling respondents used in this study is through purposive sampling. Data collection method using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. The data analysis method uses statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. Analysis tools using SPSS version 23 applications.  The results of this study showed that partially lifestyle variables had a positive and significant effect on the variable decision of purchasing isotonic beverages. While the variable brand image has a positive effect, but not significantly to the variable decision of purchasing isotonic beverage products

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the diversity of products on consumer loyalty, and the sample of respondents is the customer who made Amanda Brownies Road Ranca Bolang no. 29 Bandung. Data analysis phase begins by gathering data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents of 60, after the data collected and processed using SPSS 17.0. To avoid any mistakes prior to the discussion, the validity and reliability testing performed on each question of each variable, where results of testing the validity greater than 0300, which means all of the questions indicates a valid result, and for the reliability test results greater than 0700, which showed reliable results.The method used in this study is the verification method and descriptive method, which verifikatif methods used to verify the hypothesis, while the descriptive method is used to explain, describe the situation, circumstances and events of the object of research to test hypotheses using statistical calculations. Testing the hypothesis in this study using the Simple Linear Regression analysis, and results obtained showed that significant diversity of products that affect consumer loyalty by 60.80%. The results obtained from the test results significantly and the balance of 30.20% are factors beyond this study that affect customer loyalty.Based on the results of hypothesis testing, means that consumers' assessment of the diversity of Amanda Brownies brownies products showed that the average consumer ratings Amanda Brownies included in the category of "Good", and consumer loyalty Amanda Brownies are significantly influenced by the diversity of products Brownies steamed.

Abstract

Pariwisata berkelanjutan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang berkelanjutan melalui pendekatan Green HRM menjadi kunci penting dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model pengembangan desa wisata berbasis Sustainability Tourism dalam perspektif Green HRM di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, analisis data sekunder, survei lapangan, pengembangan model, validasi model, implementasi model, serta evaluasi dan analisis dampak. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan model pengembangan desa wisata yang berfokus pada pilar sustainability management, social-economy, sustainable culture, dan environment sustainability dengan penerapan prinsip-prinsip Green HRM. Implementasi model ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi masyarakat lokal, ekonomi, dan lingkungan di destinasi pariwisata.Keyword: Sustainability Tourism; Green HRM; Desa wisata; Enviromental.

Abstract

The size agreed upon by the assistant is determined by the level of service recipient satisfaction. The satisfaction of beneficiaries received must be in accordance with what is needed and expected. And the government has also issued a Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Surveying Public Satisfaction of Public Service Providers. The Elements That Are Focused In The Community Satisfaction Survey consist of 9 Elements. Of the 9 non-services in the work unit of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Development Agency in the City of Tasikmalaya in general, the Highest Average Value (NRR) The Highest Non-Service Cost Conformity (3.59), While No one has an Over Value (NRR) that almost the same but still in the GOOD category. The element with the lowest average value (NRR) is service time (average 3.07). This value reflects the highest level of satisfaction obtained from the Conformity of Service Costs. While at the time of service provides the lowest level of satisfaction. Everyone's Average Rating. Abstract

Objective: This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees at the Center for Development Dynamics Research, Universitas Padjadjaran.Methods: Quantitative method was used in this study, with a sample comprising all employees at the Center for Development Dynamics Research, Universitas Padjadjaran, totaling 46 respondents. Data were collected through a census using questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Results: The results indicate a positive and significant simultaneous influence of job satisfaction and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. The variables of job satisfaction and transformational leadership together account for 71.9% of the variance in organizational citizenship behavior, while the remaining 28.1% can be attributed to other factors.Limitations: This research has several limitations, including a limited number of respondents and being conducted solely at the Center for Development Dynamics Research, Universitas Padjadjaran. Therefore, caution is needed when generalizing the results to other settings.Keywords: job satisfaction, transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Based on the results of the assessment conducted by researchers at the District Office Kiaracondong Bandung, researchers found the problem was the poor quality of public services. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods through a descriptive approach. The number of samples of the community as listed is a sample of the number of members of a population of 150 members. The survey results revealed that the correlation between employee competence with the quality of public services. The large correlation coefficient is 0.928 (R). R in the correlation, or correlation between two or more independent variables on the dependent variable showed modest correlations. Effect of competency to service quality Kiaracondong subdistrict is high enough influential category of 86.1% this proves that the competence of the employees has a positive and significant impact on the quality of public services, while the remaining 23, 9% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to examine and analyze the influence between product differentiation and price on consumers Waroeng SS branch of Jatinangor.Population in this research is consumer Waroeng SS branch of Jatinangor  with the total sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis method used is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach. The instrument test is done by validity test and reliability test. The analytical technique used is path analysis, used to show relationships that show how much influence a particular variable either direct or indirect influence on some other variables.  The result of this study shows that partially and simultaneously of the product differentiation and price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. The partially of purchase decision influenced by product differentiation is 26,7%, and influenced by price is 25,75%. The amount of total influence by product differentiation and price on purchase decision is indicated by the magnitude of the coefficient of determination r2=0,518 or 51,80%, and influenced beyond the other variables is 48,20%.
