Abstract

Meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah desa adalah hal penting dilakukan untuk memperbesar manfaat yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat desa dari pembangunan desa. Maka penelaahan dan pengkajian terhadap fungsi-fungsi manajemen pemerintahan desa adalah hal penting dilakukan yang selama ini belum efektif bisa menghasilkan outcome dan manfaat yang besar bagi masyarakat desa. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, dengan mengambil kasus efektivitas manajemen pemerintahan desa (Desa Nagrog, Desa Samida, Desa Leles, Desa Kiarajangkung, Desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan didapatkan 5 proposisi yaitu Manajemen pemerintahan desa belum efektif serta belum memenuhi kaidah dan fungsi manajemen dengan baik, terdapat hambatan implementasi fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam aktivitas manajerial pemerintahan desa, terdapat hambatan kinerja dalam pencapaian tujuan pemerintahan desa di empat desa, diperlukan adanya strategi peningkatan efektivitas manajemen pemerintahan desa dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah desa, dan diperlukan adanya strategi peningkatan efektivitas manajemen pemerintahan desa dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pemerintah desa. Kata kunci : Manajemen, Manajemen Pemerintahan, Kinerja, Strategi, Efektivitas Kinerja

Abstract

Future uncertainty that can occur in financial services companies is a risk that Small industries in the city of Bandung play a very important role and contribute to the economy in the city of Bandung and nationally. For this reason, it is necessary to have high performance so that it can compete both in the national market and in the global market.This study aims to identify external and internal factors that determine the influence of intellectual, intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of small business actors on handicraft products in Bandung City. Small industries are still constrained by various internal and external factors. Internal factors include aspects of human resources and capital, marketing and design, while external factors include market conditions, availability of raw materials and government policies.Types of data are secondary data obtained from various related literatures. The sample in this study amounted to 50 business actors.Small entrepreneurs must maintain the implementation of the important factors that determine the performance of their business, while still making improvements to the factors that are still not being implemented, in order to get better performance.Keywords: Intellectual and Emotional Intelligence on the Performance of Small Business Owners in Bandung

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja kuangan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Kabupaten Subang dengan melalui pendekatan rentabilitas yang di capai oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu analisis yang mendasarkan pada perhitungan untuk mengetahui tingkat rentabilitas pada Perusahaan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) dalam mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perusahaan Bank perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) yang berada di wilayah Kab Subang dan  terdaftar dalam Otoritas Jasa Keuangan serta  melaporkan laporan keuangannya. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat 4 Bank Perkreditan Rakyat yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik di Kabupaten Subang selama periode penelitian yaitu BPR Tutur Ganda, BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 28, BPR Bangun Arta, dan BPR Subang. ROA BPR Gede Arta Guna masuk dalam keriteria sangat baik tetapi ROEnya masuk dalam kriteria sangat tidak baik. Begitu pula dengan BPR Markoni Sarana Jaya rata-rata ROAnya masuk dalam kategori sangat baik tetapi ROEnya masuk dalam kriteria tidak baik. BPR Karya Utama Jabar dengan ROA baik tetapi ROE tidak baik. BPR Tata Asia dan BPR Nusuma Cisalak keduanya masuk dalam kriteria ROA tidak baik, kemudian ROE sangat tidak baik.

Abstract

Along with the rapid growth of the economy today, marketing has an increasingly important position in the business world. This is because the purpose of the company to grab market share from the sale of products optimally, quickly is to do direct sales.One form of the use of marketing in the business world, especially in the field of sales is to use direct sales it has the ability to provide information needed by the company and employees.With the effect of face-to-face sales in increasing sales volume paving blocks are designed to meet the needs of such administration, knowing the amount of production of goods every day, managing employee wages and production costs in order to test the relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable.Based on the hypothesis by using the test "t" is obtained "t" count is greater than the "t" table that t (h) = 31.67, and "t" (table) = 1.86 at odds tarap confidence (0, 95) which means that the hypothesis (Ha) is received stating that the very significant effect of the implementation of the policy face to face sales to increase in sales volume of paving blocks on PT. Baruna Alam Lestari Bandung.Based on a correlation product showed a high correlation Moment is located between 0.80 r ≤ 0.100 and indicates the positive direction with the degree of influence of 94% and a very high categorized sertasisanya 60% influenced by other factors.Implementation face to face will give a big hand to the sales volume of paving blocks on PT. Baruna Alam Lestari Bandung in the amount of 94% even if the bias higher inhibitory factors that 6% can be minimized.This means that there is a significant direct sales to increase in sales volume.

Abstract

The discussion related to Intellectual Capital becomes a very interesting matter for organizations, this is because intellectual capital is an invisible asset that can have an extraordinary impact, can provide added value to the company so as to increase organizational competitiveness. Therefore, business owners (MSMEs) need to be aware of this. The purpose of this research is to examine how strategies to strengthen intellectual capital in increasing the organizational value of MSMEs. The dimensions studied in this study are Human Capital, Capital Structure, Customer Capital, and Social Capital. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. This human capital formation can be done through employee self-development by providing education and training. Learning about culture, infrastructure, and the right incentives to generate and disseminate knowledge are ways to strengthen the Capital Structure. Providing excellent service is an effort to retain customers. Bonding Social Capital, Bridging Social Capital, Linking Social Capital are social capital that can provide a conceptual understanding that social capital that is formed can create different results.Keywords: Intellectual capital, organizational values.

Abstract

Objective: This article aims to explore the importance of effective strategy execution in achieving organizational goals and draws insights from the case study of H. Lawrence Culp Jr. and the strategy-led execution at Danaher Corporation. The objective is to highlight the key learnings and implications of the study for leaders seeking to enhance their strategic leadership capabilities.Methods: The research employs a case study approach, analyzing the leadership and execution strategies implemented by H. Lawrence Culp Jr. during his tenure at Danaher Corporation. It utilizes secondary data from the book "The Strategic Leader’s Roadmap" by Harbir Singh and Michael Useem, which provides in-depth insights into the strategic leadership practices at Danaher.Results: The study emphasizes the criticality of effective strategy execution in driving organizational performance. By adopting the Danaher Business System (DBS) and incorporating principles from Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, Culp successfully transformed the company's culture towards a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation. This resulted in significant improvements in the company's financial performance, steady revenue growth, and successful expansion through strategic acquisitions.Limitations: The study is based on secondary data and the case of a single organization, Danaher Corporation, which may limit its generalizability to other industries or contexts. Abstract

Empowerment of human resources is a new approach that began widely used to improve the quality of human resources, thereby improving the quality of human resources in the activity may no longer just a training and development. Human resource development is an attempt to empower the potential possessed by the man himself in the form of competency, authority and responsibility in order to improve quality of care. Based on the results of preliminary research conducted by researchers, found problems relating to the quality of the ministry in Bandung KPU Secretariat staff are not optimal. Judging from the factor of transparency, accountability factors and participatory factors are low. This study aims to analyze the data and information about the empowerment of human resources for quality of service in the General Election Commission Secretariat Bandung. The research method used was survey explanatory that this method not only to explain or describe the empirical facts encountered in the field but also will explain the analysis of the influence of either partially or simultaneously between variables that are the focus of research. Based on the results of the study and discussion of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,946, this means that 94,6% variability of the variable quality of service can be explained by the independent variable in this case the desire terms (X1), the trust factor (X2), the confidence factor (X3) credibility factor (X4) accountability factor (X5) and communication factors (X6), which also means that there are influences shared between desire (X1), the trust factor (X2), the confidence factor (X3) credibility factor (X4) accountability factor (X5 ) and communication factors (X6) on the quality of service for the coefficient of determination (R2 = 94,6%) or it can also mean that the influence of variables outside the model that is equal to 1 - R2 = 0,054 (error). Simultaneously revealed that human resource empowerment variables empirically has a major impact on the quality of care Election Commission Secretariat Bandung. This implies that the operational empowerment of human resources is considered very important and strongly support the quality of service in the Election Commission Secretariat Bandung. The findings of the study also found that the variable quality of service at the Secretariat of the Election Commission of Bandung was not only influenced by variables empowerment of human resources per se, but there are other variables that also affect the quality of the service.  Kata Kunci : Pemberdayaan Sumber Daya Manusia, Kualitas Pelayanan Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis  mengetahui dan menganalisis kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung serta pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif pada 96 karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).Hasil penelitian melalui analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kepemimpinan di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daops II Bandung berada pada kategori tinggi. Kepemimpinan orientasi tugas dan orientasi karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Jika dilihat dari motivasi maka secara umum berada dalam kategori tinggi. Kebutuhan akan prestasi, kebutuhan aktulisasi diri berada dalam kategori tinggi. Ditinjau dari kepuasan kerja karyawan maka secara umum berada dalam kategori tinggi. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari faktor pekerjaan itu sendiri, promosi, pengawasan dan rekan kerja. Selanjutnya, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis tentang kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada restoran cepat saji Mie Gacoan di Kota Bandung. Faktor yang menjadi fokus utama adalah harga dan kualitas produk. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah perasaan positif yang timbul setelah pelanggan membandingkan harapan mereka dengan kenyataan yang diterima. Loyalitas pelanggan menggambarkan kesetiaan pelanggan dalam melakukan pembelian ulang secara terus-menerus. Berdasarkan literatur yang diulas, ditemukan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Semakin baik kualitas produk dan semakin terjangkau harga, semakin tinggi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan juga berkontribusi pada loyalitas pelanggan. Jika pelanggan merasa puas dengan produk atau pelayanan, mereka cenderung menjadi pelanggan yang loyal dan kembali membeli dari restoran tersebut. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana mengelola kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor harga dan kualitas produk. Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of government infrastructure expenditure to market capitalization infrastructure, utilities and transportation industry of listed companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2005-2014. Research analysis using descriptive and verification. Data used is time series data as realization of direct expenditures of government in infrastructure sector which consists of transportation and communication. Market capitalization data is capitalization of industry group infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2005-2014. Analysis data used descriptive and verification. Descriptive analysis is used to describe the research variables development. The verification analysis used to examine the effect between variables with include the selection models test, specifications model test, normality test, regression test, coefficient determination test, statistical t and f test. The result analysis showed government infrastructure expenditure variables is positive and significant impact on the market capitalization of the infrastructure, utilities and transportation industry listed companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2005-2014, with the determination level of 47.47% and the remaining 53.52% is explained by other variables that are not described or include in the research models function such as National income, inflation, exchange rates and others. Therefore central government should be consistent on each target and development activities that have been assigned in infrastructure expenditure every year. It is important to do, so the financing gap does not encourage inflation that couse high cost in the production process due to the inflation of infrastructure commodity. In addition, effective control efforts to development process is being carried out and also continue by synergy among the stakeholders that being implementation process development is done on time, as well as efforts to establish strategic policies and legal certainty for investors. So the investment climate more conducive to attracting private investors invest in the infrastructure, utilities and transportation sector in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. Key words : MARKET CAPITALIZATION, INFRASTRUCTURE, UTILITIES AND TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY, GOVERNMENT INFRASTRUCTURE EXPENDITURE, INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE.
