Abstract

In organizing to maintain the financial interface in a period of globalization, in which the number and actions of multinational corporations and transnational organizations are increasing, all countries in the region form economic alliances. The unification of all countries within the framework of a common showcase or the range of free exchanges is expanding. Worldwide law is the law that permits and controls political, economic, and other human relations across national borders. Their respective participations between Indonesia and Thailand were realized to meet the interface of the two countries. There are currently two Indonesian agent offices in Thailand. The main agent office is the Government of the Republic of Indonesia office in Bangkok, and currently the Department of the Republic of Indonesia (KRI) in Songkhla. The task of KRI Songkhla, which was most widely established in 1997, was to carry out consular relations in accordance with the 1963 Vienna Tradition. Keywords: Export, import, trade relations, international trade. To realize the establishment of this free trade area, ASEAN countries agreed to gradually remove trade barriers to form freer markets between member countries, including reducing import taxes on traded goods, through the removal of quota and non-tariff barriers. International exchange itself is also considered very important in international economic activities, especially in participation between Indonesia and Thailand. Thailand is Indonesia's largest trading partner in Southeast Asia and incorporates a long history of economic participation, particularly in universal exchange. Approving information from the Central Measurement Office (BPS), Thailand is included in Indonesia's 10 best exchange accomplices (Central Statistics Agency, 2018). One of the variables that strengthens participation between the two countries, in expanding into both within local Southeast Asia, is their commitment to ASEAN registration.

Abstract

This research was intended to carry out an analysis of profitability ratios Blue Bird 2019-2023. Covid-19 has had a major influence on the decline is a number of companies in the goods and services sector, especially serving public transportation. The research method used is descriptive quality methods, using secondary data originating from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample studied was calculating the profitability ratio of PT. Blue Bird 2019-2023. Data analysis techniques using Profit Margin, Return On Assets and Return On Equity methods. Based on research results, Covid-19 has an influence on the profitability ratio at PT. Blue Bird Tbk.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the implementation strategy of Green Human Resources Management (Green HRM) in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The purpose of this study is to analyze how MSMEs can apply the principles of sustainability in their human resource management The research method used is to use a case study research method with a qualitative approach, data collection is carried out interviews and observations. And the results of the study show that Toko Batik Zahra is not perfect in implementing Green HRM, however Toko Batik Zahra will strive to practice by training and development for employees. there are several benefits of implementing Green HRM, namely by adopting the use of environmentally friendly materials in the production process..

Abstract

International trade between Indonesia and Malaysia in the coffee sector has great potential for economic growth in both countries. Even though Indonesia is one of the largest coffee producers in the world and Malaysia is the main market for Indonesian coffee, challenges such as competition with other countries, global price fluctuations and dumping practices need to be addressed to ensure the continuation of fair trade. Balanced and sustainable. Free trade between the two countries opens up opportunities for product diversification, increased market access, and strengthened cooperation, but differences in trade regulations, export-import policies, as well as price and quality competition need to be taken into account. Economic cooperation in the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) also has a significant impact on Indonesian coffee exports to Malaysia. By paying attention to these factors, trade cooperation between Indonesia and Malaysia in the coffee sector can become the basis for sustainable and mutually beneficial economic growth for both countries.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the role of tax law as a source of state finance on national development in the effort to realize people’s welfare, Taxation is one of the tools of public policy that cannot be avoided to regulate and maintain the economic stability of the country. This research uses a qualitative method in which research is conducted in the library through the collection of books, documents, archives, and other types. tax law has a very important role as a source of state finance in national development. Through a good and effective taxation system, the state can collect the revenue needed for infrastructure development, public services, and people's welfare programs. Thus, tax law not only functions as an instrument of revenue collection for the state, but also as a tool to achieve national development goals and realize people's welfare. This research shows that tax law does not only serve as an instrument of revenue collection, but also as a tool to achieve national development goals and realize welfare for all the people.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk melihat apa saja dampak terhadap karyawan yang mengalami Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) dari pihak yang pemberi kerja. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PHK menyebabkan isolasi sosial karena hilangnya jaringan sosial di temapat kerja. Selain itu peran sosial individu dalam keluarga dan masyarakat berubah, sering kali mengakibatkan ketegangan dan konflik. Stigma sosial terkait kehilangan pekerjaan menambah tekanan psikilogis dan memperburuk perasaan malu dan rendah diri. Selain itu jaringan profesional karyawan yang terkena PHK mengalami kerusakan, menghabat peluang untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan baru.

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand the influence of Ewom on purchasing interest mediated by Brand Image. The more specific aim of this research is to analyze the influence of eWOM on purchase intention mediated by Brand Image (case study of iPhone users in the city of Padang. The research was conducted on 80 samples of iPhone users in the City of Padang as purposive sampling, and the data analysis method used SmartPLS Version 3.0 to test the relationship of influence in the SEM model. The results of the research obtained are that eWOM has a direct effect on buying interest which is mediated by Brand Image, while eWOM has a direct effect on Brand Image and Brand Image has a direct effect on buying interest. Brand Image is a mediation between eWOM and buying interest, thus totally strengthening this influence. The path that states the strongest influence relationship is that eWOM has a positive effect on brand image by 38% and then has a positive effect on buying interest by 29% and the rest is influenced by other indicators

Abstract

Amid declining export demand from major markets, Indonesia needs to shift its attention to alternative markets. Vietnam emerged as a promising option to expand the reach of exports, in the context of flour. The study aims to assess the potential and seriousness of the Vietnamese flour trade market, as well as identify the tax and non-customs barriers seen in the commodity cycle there. The UN-Comtrade trade database and the World Integrated Trade Solution (WITS) provide data used for the years 2010 to 2019. The investigative technique applied is RCA or Uncovered Relative Benefit. The results of the study show that the coordination of trade between Indonesia and Vietnam is still weak, and the importance of Indonesian flour in the Vietnamese market remains weak. Under another state. Indonesian flour exports to Vietnam are also affected by significant non-tariff barriers. Productivity is also a major factor affecting a country's export capacity. To increase the added value of Indonesian flour products, it is necessary to pay attention to the aspects of quality and diversification of products. Therefore, an integrated policy is needed that covers the entire production and distribution chain, including cultivating seed and creation properties, pesticide protection efforts, cultivating the nature of management enterprises, increasing the productivity of creation costs, and fostering political participation both provincially and multilaterally.

Abstract

Value co-creation memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran di kalangan pengguna Shopee Food di Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana value co-creation berkontribusi pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya mendorong kinerja pemasaran. Dengan melibatkan pelanggan dalam proses penciptaan nilai, Shopee Food dapat lebih memahami kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka, yang mengarah pada peningkatan penawaran layanan dan pengalaman yang dipersonalisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran, menggabungkan survei kuantitatif dan wawancara kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data komprehensif dari pengguna Shopee Food di Medan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi aktif pelanggan dalam proses cocreation meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kepuasan mereka, yang pada gilirannya berdampak positif pada kinerja pemasaran. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya value co-creation sebagai alat strategis bagi bisnis di pasar pengiriman makanan yang kompetitif, memberikan wawasan praktis untuk meningkatkan hubungan pelanggan dan mendorong kesuksesan bisnis.
