Abstract

Perkembangan sistem pembayaran digital telah mengubah cara kita bertransaksi ekonomi secara mendasar. Sistem-sistem seperti e-money atau uang elektronik menawarkan alternatif yang lebih efisien dan praktis dibandingkan dengan uang tunai konvensional. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur review, yang mengumpulkan referensi dari junal buku, dan penelitian terdahulu untuk melengkapi artikel ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembayaran digital di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 yang tidak dapat kita hindari yang dahulu hanya menggunakan barter ke penggunaan uang, sampai dengan alat pembayaran yang berkembang pesat dari tunai ke nontunai seperti cek, bilyet giro, transfer elektronik, kartu ATM, dan prabayar. Perkembangan pesat dalam sistem pembayaran digital menjadi bukti nyata akan adaptasi dan inovasi dalam menjawab tantangan zaman.

Abstract

Bank Syariah menawarkan produk penyaluran zakat yang diperuntukan bagi umat muslim sebagai solusi dalam merencanakan untuk menunaikan zakat. Seperti yang kita ketahui, saat ini Bank Syariah menjadi salah satu bank yang dipercaya oleh masyarakat luas sebagai tempat penitipan dan penyaluran zakat. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif karena akan melihat bagaimana Peran Bank Syariah Dalam Proses Penyaluran Zakat Oleh Nasabah (Studi Kasus Baznas Kab. Asahan). Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Peran Bank Syariah Dalam Proses Penyaluran Zakat Oleh Nasabah. Sedangkan dalam penentuan informan, peneliti melakukan identifikasi pihak-pihak yang terlibat dan bertanggung jawab seperti dari kepala Baznas Kab. Asahan sampai dengan para pegawai yang bekerja di lembaga tersebut mengenai perkembangan hingga saat ini. Setelah itu peneliti menganalisa tentang Peran Bank Syariah Dalam Proses Penyaluran Zakat Oleh Nasabah berdasarkan fakta- fakta yang tampak atau apa adanya. Berdasarkan pembahasan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa program kerja sama yang telah dilakukan oleh Bank Syariah dan BAZNAS Kabupaten Asahan adalah program pengembangan operasional, yaitu pemberian barang operasional yang dilakukan oleh BTN Syariah kepada BAZNAS Kota Bekasi, penyaluran dana infaq dan shadaqah yang dilakukan oleh pegawai Bank BTN Syariah dan Sumut Syariah ke BAZNAS Kota Bekasi, pembukaan rekening dan pengamplopan dana oleh Bank BJB Syariah dan Mega Syariah. Adapun peran perbankan syariah terhadap BAZNAS Kabupaten Asahan dari sisi Maqashid Syariah sudah memenuhi Maqashid Syariah. Diantaranya analisis terhadap perlindungan agama, analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan jiwa, analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan akal, analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan harta benda, dan analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan keturunan. Namun demikian partisipasi dari bank syariah lain perlu ditingkatkan baik dari sisi dana maupun program kerja sama.

Abstract

Good governance is a concept related to cooperation between government and society to influence policies related to people's lives in politics, economics, social and culture in order to achieve good and democratic government. Public services are the realm of governance elements that carry out very intensive interactions. The aim of this research is to optimize the concept of Good Governance in public services in East Java. This research uses a qualitative, descriptive analytical approach, by analyzing the factors that influence the optimization of the importance of the concept of good governance, especially in the public and private sectors. With a phenomenological approach, secondary data is used in the form of various regulations related to government governance and other literature. Based on research results, the governance index for East Java Province in 2012 was quite good when compared with other provinces in Indonesia and was above the national average, with a score of 6.43, ranking second after Yogyakarta Special Region Province with a score of 6.80. However, in the arena of government, it is the smallest contributor, especially to the principles of justice. It is important to follow up, especially in the principles of justice, both in budget allocations and program policies.

Abstract

A contract is a relationship or meeting of agreement and acceptance which gives rise to regulatory consequences. The mudharobah agreement is a cooperation agreement signed by the fund owner (Shohibul Mall) with the fund manager (Mudhorib), where profits are generated in accordance with the agreement made before the agreement. The purpose of this writing is to understand mudharabah financing according to OJK fatwas and standards, procedures and requirements for applying for mudharabah financing at BSI KC Surabaya further. Apart from that, so that prospective customers know the easy financing procedures using the Mudhorobah Agreement so that they can absorb more customers. The research uses qualitative with a library research method which is descriptive by means of analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpian transformasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 Karyawan Hijab Mart Magelang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, Observasi dan angket. Teknis analisi data yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi linier berganda dengan menggunkan Statistical Product and Servise Solution (SPSS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi (X1) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kepemimpinan Transomasioal (X2) secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Perdagangan antara Indonesia dan Thailand, khususnya dalam sektor pertanian, memiliki dampak signifikan pada kedua negara. Meskipun Indonesia adalah salah satu produsen beras terbesar di dunia, negara ini masih harus mengimpor beras dari Thailand untuk memenuhi kebutuhan domestiknya. Selain beras, kedua negara juga melakukan perdagangan dalam berbagai komoditas seperti kendaraan, produk kimia, dan barang elektronik. Salah satu contoh kerjasama ekonomi antara Indonesia dan Thailand adalah impor gula. Indonesia mengimpor gula dari Thailand karena tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan domestiknya sendiri. Permintaan akan gula terus meningkat sementara produksi dalam negeri cenderung menurun, sehingga impor gula dari Thailand menjadi solusi. Kerjasama perdagangan antara kedua negara ini memiliki keuntungan dan kerugian. Indonesia dapat memenuhi stok beras negaranya setiap tahunnya melalui impor beras dari Thailand, sementara Thailand mengalami peningkatan devisa. Namun, kerjasama ini juga dapat menghasilkan ketidakseimbangan perdagangan antara kedua negara. Dengan demikian, perdagangan antara Indonesia dan Thailand memiliki implikasi yang penting bagi kedua negara, terutama dalam konteks pertanian dan industri lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on investment decisions in the islamic capital market. There are six variables used in this study, namely Online Communities (X1), Interaction (X2), Sharing of Content (X3), Accessibility (X4), Credibility (X5), and Investment Decision (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach using primary data. Primary data obtained through books, journals that support research. The population in this study were students majoring in Business Management at the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic. Then te sampel used was 91 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis used in this research is instrument test, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study show that the variables online communities, interaction, sharing of content, accessibility, and credibility simultaneously influence the decision to invest in the Islamic capital market with a value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (7,606>2,32). Meanwhile, the partial tet results show that only the accessibility variable with tcount > ttable (2,241>1,992) has a significant effect on the decision to invest in the islamic capital market.

Abstract

In the current era, social media has become one of the largest platforms widely used by people throughout the world. Social media is known to make everything easier for people and can be a means for anything, even now social media is used to promote a product to increase sales. Currently, digital da'wah is popular among Muslim communities who use social media. There are many platforms that can be a means of conveying da'wah messages to the public, especially for the current generation who actively use social media. Informing about da'wah or offline studies via social media has also been widely carried out so that people are more interested and knowledgeable and can take part in offline studies easily. This research uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand a phenomenon regarding the experiences of research subjects. This is done by describing in the form of words and language, in a certain context naturally and utilizing various natural methods. The results of this research are that influencers and endorsements are marketing strategies used by companies to increase consumer awareness and interest in their products or brands. In a marketing context, influencers and endorsements can be seen as a way to promote a product or brand by using people who have significant influence on the targeted audience. Influencers and endorsements can help increase consumer awareness and interest in a product or brand by featuring the product in their content. Thus, influencers and endorsements can help increase the success of product or brand marketing by promoting the product or brand in an effective and efficient way.

Abstract

The way the sharia economy has developed in the marketplace—as demonstrated by the Shopee platform—indicates that it is always evolving and adapting to the demands of the digital market. This study examined Shopee's sharia economy and discovered a number of intriguing findings.In online marketplaces like Shopee, the sharia economy is growing significantly. Analysis indicates that Shopee's sharia economy is growing faster than the traditional economy. One of the industries influencing Shopee's sharia economy is sharia finance. The sharia economy is being driven by newcomers and small companies in the internet market. One of the things propelling the sharia economy in the digital market is the existence of platforms such as Shopee. One element affecting the sharia economy in the digital market is the COVID-19 epidemic. The growth of sharia economy at Shopee is influenced by government policies that support sharia economics. On Shopee, customers who require sharia goods or services turn into sharia economic drivers. At Shopee, technology that facilitates spending and transactions is what powers the sharia economy.According to this study, the Islamic economy is growing faster than the mainstream economy in online marketplaces like Shopee. The sharia economy in the digital market is fueled by a number of variables, including sharia financing, platforms, pandemics, startups and small enterprises, customers, and technology.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of training and human resource development on the performance of PT. Raja Rasa Kuliner (Dkriuk Fried Chicken). The type of research used in this research is explanatory research or known as hypothesis testing to determine the effect of independent variables, namely Training (X1) and Development (X2) on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y) using a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research was employees of Olive Fried Chicken), a total of 50 people. The sampling technique used was a purposive sample and 50 questionnaires collected which were used as primary data. The method used to collect data from respondents was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS version 20 to determine the training and development of human resources for PT employees. Olive Fried Chicken). The independent variables in this research are training (X1) and development (X2), while the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The results of this research are based on data analysis of hypothesis testing carried out, namely that the training (X1) and development (X2) variables simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y), apart from that the independent variable which has a dominant influence on the dependent variable is the development variable (X2).
