Abstract

Analisis Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Dengan Metode RGEC Studi Kasus PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk Periode 2019-2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kesehatan PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk. Penelitian ini diukur menggunakan pendekatan RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital) pada tahun 2019-2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada Laporan Keuangan Bank Jatim. Variabel dan pengukuran pada penelitian ini terdiri dari faktor Risk Profile, faktor Good Corporate Governance, faktor Earnings, faktor Capital. Hasil penelitian ini Bank Jatim tahun 2019-2023 ditinjau dari aspek risk profile dengan rasio Loan to Deposit Ratio bank dalam kondisi Sangat sehat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya kenaikan rasio LDR dari tahun 2019 sampai 2023 yaitu63.34% ke 70.03%. Aspek Good Corporate Governance mendapatkan predikat sangat sehat. Hasil penilaian GCG menunjukkan adanya kenaikan peringakat tahun 2019 sampai 2023 dari cukup sehat dengan skor 2.53 ke 2.14. Kondisi Aspek Earnings ditinjau dari dua rasio, yakni rasio Return on Asset Bank Jatim dalam kondisi sangat sehat dan rasio Net Interest Margin bank dalam kondisi Sangat sehat. Hasil penelitian earning pada aspek ROA menunjukkan adanya penurunan nilai dari tahun 2019 menuju 2023 yaitu 2.73% ke 1.87%. Hasil penelitian earning dari aspek NIM menunjukkan adanya penurunan namun tidak signifikan selama 2019 sampai 2023 yakni 6.11% ke 5.57%. Aspek Capital dengan rasio Capital Adequancy Ratio bank dalam kondisi sangat sehat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya kenaikan dari 2019 ke 2023 yakni 21.23% ke 25.71%.

Abstract

his study aims to analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention on the Shopee application, focusing on undergraduate students at the University of North Sumatra. The research method employed is quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis as the data analysis technique. The results indicate that the t- test shows a significance value of 0.00, which is smaller than the predetermined significance level (0.05). This rejects the null hypothesis (H0) stating that there is no influence between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. It implies that customer satisfaction has a significant influence on repurchase intention on the Shopee application.The coefficient of determination (R²) obtained is 0.695, indicating that 69.5% of the variability in repurchase intention can be explained by the level of customer satisfaction. Simple linear regression analysis also reveals that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Thus, the higher the customer satisfaction with the service and shopping experience on Shopee, the higher the likelihood they will make a repurchase..

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of employer branding and its impact on job application interest at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional Office I Sumatra. Employer branding is defined as a package of economic and psychological functions offered by a company according to the jobs provided, with the main goal of building a company's image that cares about the interests and needs of employees. Key aspects of employer branding include developing the company's value proposition, external recruitment, and employee engagement in organizational culture. Job application interest is the process of someone's interest in a job, starting from searching for information about job vacancies, selection, and decision-making to apply to a particular company. This study found that employer branding positively influences job application interest at PT Telkom, especially among millennials who are accustomed to technology and more responsive to job promotions through social media. These findings support previous research indicating that employer branding has a positive impact on job application interest. Future studies are recommended to continue monitoring changes in technology and market trends, as well as retesting to evaluate opinions and process adjustments that may be needed. Thus, this research provides an important contribution to understanding the importance of employer branding in attracting potential employees and retaining existing employees at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional Office I Sumatra.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of human resource development and compensation on employee performance through work motivation in MSMEs in the city of Padang. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME employees in the city of Padang. The research results show that human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. The better the development of human resources, the more employee work motivation will increase. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. The better the compensation received, the more employee work motivation will increase. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The higher the employee's work motivation, the greater the employee's performance will increase. Human resource development and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation. This means that human resource development and good compensation will improve employee performance by increasing work motivation.

Abstract

Free trade opens up new opportunities for the Indonesian and Cambodian agricultural sectors. With the reduction of tariffs and trade barriers, market access for agricultural products in both countries is increasingly open. Indonesia has the opportunity to increase exports of commodities such as palm oil, coffee, tea and other plantation products to Cambodia. Meanwhile, Cambodia has the opportunity to export rice, vegetables and tropical fruit to Indonesia. This can encourage the growth of agricultural production and increase farmer incomes in both countries. However, free trade also poses the threat of intense competition. Imported agricultural products can flood the domestic market and displace local products if they are less competitive. Small-scale farmers in both countries have the potential to be marginalized if they cannot adopt efficient agricultural technologies and practices. In addition, strict quality and food safety standards can limit export access if they are not met properly. To optimize opportunities and mitigate threats, steps are needed such as increasing the productivity and competitiveness of superior commodities, strengthening the capacity of farmers and agricultural entrepreneurs, as well as harmonizing quality standards and certification. Technical cooperation, technology transfer and trade facilitation between the two countries are also the keys to achieving maximum benefits from free trade in agricultural commodities.

Abstract

Value co-creation is a concept where customers play an active role in creating value with the company. The role of Value Co-Creation in Consumer Engagement in companies like Shopee is very important. This research uses qualitative methods to explore how Shopee applies value co- creation in increasing consumer engagement. Through in-depth interviews and content analysis, it was found that active customer engagement in various company activities, such as gamification and product reviews, contributed significantly to increased customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research results show that customer participation in value creation not only increases satisfaction but also strengthens emotional attachment and trust in the brand. These findings emphasize the importance of value co-creation strategies in efforts to increase consumer engagement in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of customer experience on brand loyalty at the Gacoan Noodle outlet, the Dr. Mansyur Medan branch. A marketing strategy that focuses on long-term relationships with long-term relationships with customers, as well as the importance of customer experience and brand loyalty, are the main concerns in this study. Loyalty are the main concerns in this study. The research method used the research method used is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have transacted at transactions at the Mie Gacoan outlet, Dr. Mansyur Medan branch. Research results the results showed that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. Simple linear regression results regression results show that customer experience has a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty. Thus, increasing customer experience canincrease Brand Loyalty at the Dr. Mansyur Medan Branch of Gacoan Noodle Shop.

Abstract

Monetary policy is an important instrument in controlling a country's economy. This journal discusses the concept and theory of monetary policy, strategies and mechanisms for monetary policy transmission through the path of quantity and price, as well as the effectiveness of monetary policy. The purpose of this research is to find out the concept and theory of monetary policy. The discussion includes the definition of monetary policy, the mechanism of monetary policy transmission: quantity and price, and the effectiveness of monetary policy. This study uses literature study methods from various sources, such as books, journals, and scientific articles, which discuss the concept and theory of monetary policy, monetary policy transmission strategies and mechanisms, and the effectiveness of monetary policy in Indonesia. This journal concludes that monetary policy in Indonesia is quite effective in maintaining price stability and the rupiah exchange rate, but it is still limited in encouraging economic growth.

Abstract

The field of tourism in Medan city is an interesting research object to study due to the influence of technology in the current digital era. In the midst of the development of information and communication technology, the role of co-creation experience has been found to be one of the important factors to increase the attractiveness of tourism in a region. This research aims to analyze the impact of Experience Co-creation in business tourism development in the current digital era. today's digital era. This research uses a qualitative method research method. Data collection techniques about business development in the current digital era, through online surveys, Google form or directly by giving questions to several customers and observing social media to collect information about digital business. The results of this study from 10 journals and 35 respondent obtained that there are impacts of co-creation experience in business development in the current digital era where businesses such as the tourism sector become businesses that are affected by Co-creation Experience. In addition, social media was also found to be an effective means of interaction with customers so as to create Co-creation Experience for existing human resources, such as tourists. such as travelers. Individual usage experience, product community brand, usage experience, and collective experience emphasize the importance of the brand strategy to engage social members to stimulate Co-creation Experience.

This article investigates the important role of business digitalization in facilitating economic recovery and reducing unemployment rates. By analyzing concepts such as the digital economy, e-commerce, and their impact on unemployment rates, we explain how the integration of technology has opened up new opportunities and changed the business landscape globally. Through a literature review and case studies, we present evidence that business digitalization has become a key driver in expanding market access, increasing operational efficiency, and creating new jobs. Policy and business strategy implications are also discussed to strengthen the role of digitalization in supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
