Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the Profitability Ratio, Liquidity Ratio and Solvency Ratio have an effect either simultaneously or simultaneously on Telecommunication Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The variables used in this research are Return On Asset Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio. The population used in this research was 22 companies and the sample that met the criteria (purportive sampling) was 8 companies. Data collection techniques in this research use documentation techniques and literature studies used in this research are secondary data sources published by the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) www.idx.co.id. The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis techniques, panel data regression, multiple linear analysis techniques, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. Data processing uses EVIEWS version 12. The research results partially have profitability and solvency having a significant effect on stock prices but partially liquidity has no significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, profitability, liquidity and solvency have a significant effect on the share prices of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

Abstract

In the face of increasingly tough business competition, companies need to utilize social media, especially Instagram as an effective promotional platform through videos. This study aimed to create an advertising video as a promotional medium and measure the effectiveness of advertising using the Direct Rating Method (DRM). The type of research used was action research (Action Research). This research used interviews, documentation, observation and questionnaires. The results of the analysis showed that the advertising video for Toko Kopi Ong Malang is included in the effective category, with the results obtained in the attention dimension of 14.0, the understanding dimension of 13.6, the cognitive dimension of 14.8, the affective dimension of 14.4 and the attitude dimension of 14.8, for a total DRM of 71.6. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that video advertising media using Adobe Premiere Pro for promotion on Instagram Toko Kopi Ong Malang is effective.

Abstract

The research was to analyze the relationship between SIM, Cloud Computing and Generation Z collaboration in the school environment, with a focus on SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pekanbaru. The research method applied is quantitative, it is done by collecting data on answers filled in by students in answering the distributed questionnaires. Likewise for data collected with teacher respondents. The analysis results show that the implementation of a cloud-based management information system has succeeded in increasing collaboration between students and between students and teachers, with a measurable increase in collaboration reaching 85%. These findings indicate that the integration of cloud computing technology in educational systems not only facilitates better communication, but also supports the development of collaborative skills of generation Z. This research recommends further implementation of cloud-based systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of learning in educational institutions.

Abstract

Various social and cultural issues have arisen as a result of the development of advertising among today's consumers. These are mainly related to the signs used, the images shown, the information conveyed, the meanings derived, and how they impact on people's perceptions, understanding, and behavior. Advertising aims to shape, strengthen, or change perceptions, attitudes, opinions, emotions, or beliefs embedded in belief systems. The objective of this study is to find out the influence of Animation Advertising and Brand Love on Purchasing Decisions for Pocari Sweat for students of the 2021 State Polytechnic of Malang’s cohort. This research was quantitative research with the variables Animation Advertising (X1), Brand Love (X2), and Purchasing Decisions (Y). This study used a questionnaire as the data collection method which was distributed to 100 respondents who are students of the 2021 State Polytechnic of Malang’s cohort using purposive sampling method. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial hypothesis testing, Animation Advertising and Brand Love have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing show that animation advertising and brand love have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The advancement of social media has had a positive impact by expanding the space for interaction, with TikTok being one of the key platforms. TikTok is a social media platform that offers various interesting effects that are easy to use by all users. TikTok also supports content marketing and electronic word of mouth strategies to influence purchase intention. This study aimed to examine the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth partially and simultaneously on purchase intention. This study used an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach, utilizing a questionnaire for data collection from followers of the TikTok account @larissamalangofficial, with a purposive sampling technique. The data analyses in this study used classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of partial hypothesis testing, content marketing had a positive but insignificant effect on purchase intention, while electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that content marketing and electronic word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many conveniences are provided, including information technology, such as in the shopping process that can be done through the internet or better known as online shopping. This activity causes many problems, one of which is a person's consumptive behavior due to opening the marketplace too often and being fun with the ease of online shopping transactions and increasingly diverse payment methods, this consumptive activity can have an impact on student finances. This study was conducted using a quantitative method of multiple linear regression to find out whether the factors of benefit, risk, hedonistic motivation, psychology and site design have an effect on students' online shopping behavior. However, from the results of the analysis that has been carried out, statements from respondents show that the consumptive activities carried out are still in the category of reasonable, not excessive and do not interfere with their finances. So it can be concluded from the analysis that has been carried out shows that with ease of online shopping transactions, students are still able to regulate shopping behavior according to their economic abilities and the results of the analysis show that several factors studied have a significant influence on student spending behavior, especially students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, National Development University "Veteran" East Java.

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is excessive buying behavior by prioritizing secondary and tertiary needs over primary needs which causes a person to become wasteful. In the current conditions, lifestyle and appearance are important among Gen Z, often what they do is not a major need, but only to fulfill desires and pursue prestige. By prioritizing appearance, Gen Z has a habit of buying items or what is often called shopping. Excessive shopping is usually referred to as consumptive behavior. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of Muslim fashion trends, the use of Instagram, on the consumptive behavior of Gen Z, Bogor Regency. This research method uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method which is collected through questionnaires. The sample for this research was 100 respondents with a collection technique using purposive sampling and assisted by using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS) analysis. The results of this research show that the Muslim Fashion Trend has a positive and significant influence on consumption, the path coefficient results show a value of 0.849, which is above 0, then the results of the hypothesis test show a statistical t value of 26,580> 1.96 and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 so hypothesis accepted. Instagram use has a negative and insignificant effect on consumer behavior. shows that the use of Instagram social media does not have a significant and negative effect on consumption, the path coefficient results show a value of 0.017, which is above 0, then the results of the hypothesis test show a statistical t value of 0.257 < 1.96 and a p-value of 0.797> 0.005. This result has meaning that this shows that the use of Instagram has not been maximized in creating feelings of interest among Gen Z consumers in the city of Bogor.

Abstract

This research aims to understand and test the analysis of the influence of product design, digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Abata Printing. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method. Research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents online, using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 24. The research results indicate that the product design variable and electronic word of mouth (e-wom) do not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the digital marketing and product quality variablea have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study stems from the decline in sales at Nasmoco Auto Gallery amidst highly competitive conditions. The research aims to identify the factors influencing purchasing decisions at the Nasmoco Auto Gallery Semarang quality used car showroom. The independent variables studied are Corporate Image, Service Quality, Price, and Trust, which influence Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. Based on these issues, the study is empirically tested using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques utilizing SmartPLS 4. The results of the analysis show that Price and Trust variables significantly affect purchasing decisions, whereas Corporate Image and Service Quality variables do not significantly impact the purchasing decision for quality used cars at Nasmoco Auto Gallery Semarang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sebanyak 50. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, studi pustaka ,dan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan yang kemudian di olah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel beban kerja (X1) terhadap loyalitas karyawan (Y) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Lalu, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel stres kerja (X2) terhadap loyalitas karyawan (Y), serta adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada variabel beban kerja (X1) dan stres kerja (X2) terhadap loyalitas karyawan (Y)
