Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Dinas Kabupaten Solok. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai belum sepenuhnya optimal, dalam meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas pelayanan publik di lingkungan pemerintahan. Kondisi tersebut diduga dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi yang belum sesuai dengan beban kerja serta motivasi kerja yang masih rendah. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada kepuasan kerja pegawai yang memngaruhi pencapaian kinerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Solok, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 43 orang. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang ditentukan berdasarkan perhitungan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Solok sebagai responden, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pegawai. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kompensasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Selanjutnya, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Selain itu, hasil pengujian variabel intervening menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Selanjutnya, Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Selain itu, hasil pengujian variabel intervening menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi sektor publik, khususnya pada instansi pelayanan publik yang menuntut kinerja pegawai yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemahaman yang komprehensif mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja pegawai, di antaranya gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pegawai Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bukittinggi, dengan jumlah sampel yang ditentukan berdasarkan kriteria penelitian. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS, yang dipilih karena mampu mengolah data dengan jumlah sampel relatif kecil serta tidak menuntut asumsi distribusi normal secara ketat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa temuan penting, yaitu: (1) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (3) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (6) secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan (7) secara tidak langsung kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bukittinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja pegawai melalui penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang efektif, penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, serta peningkatan kepuasan kerja

Abstract

This research tres primary data obtained by distributing questionaires to 60 employees as respondents at PT RPSM (Rimbo Panjang Sumber Makmur), Kinali Passaman Barat. The analiytical method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) version 3 with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of this study indicated that (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on compensation. (2) job satisfication has a positive and significant effect on compesation. (3) work motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on employee perfomance. (4) job satisfication has a positive and significant effect on employee perfomance. (5) compensation has a positive and significant effec on employee perfomance. (6) compensation is not able to mediated the effect of work motivation on employee perfomance. (7) compensation is able to mediated the effect of job satisfication on employee perfomance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Teluk Luas Padang. The study population was 66 employees at PT Teluk Luas Padang. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling method with a sample of 66 employees. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) SmartPLS 3 method. The results of the study at PT Teluk Luas Padang indicate that work discipline significantly influences job satisfaction. Leadership style significantly influences job satisfaction. Work discipline does not significantly influence employee performance. Leadership does not significantly influence employee performance. Job satisfaction significantly influences employee performance. Work discipline significantly influences employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership style significantly influences performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness on Purchase Decision, with Customer Trush as a mediating variabel among Shopee users. The population of this research consists of Management studens at UPI YPTK, class of 2022. A quantitative method with a causal descriptive approch was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents selected via purposive sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of thisstudy are expected to demonstrate the extent to which digital marketing strategies and brand awareness effectiveness build consumer trush to enhance online purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work environment and compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Barung-Barung Balantai Community Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population of this study was 89 employees of the Barung-Barung Balantai Community Health Center, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples with a sample of 30 employees. The results of the study found that there was no significant influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, there was a significant influence of compensation on job satisfaction, there was a significant influence of the work environment on employee performance, there was no significant influence of compensation on employee performance, there was no significant influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, there was no significant influence of the work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction, compensation did not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company growth and liquidity on company value with profitability as an intervening variable in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2024. The research method uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique which resulted in 30 sample companies with a total of 150 observations. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with SPSS version 26. The results show that: (1) company growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability (sig. 0.006 < 0.05); (2) liquidity has a positive and significant effect on profitability (sig. 0.000 < 0.05); (3) company growth has no significant effect on company value (sig. 0.529 > 0.05); (4) liquidity has a negative and significant effect on company value (sig. 0.020 < 0.05); (5) profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value (sig. 0.000 < 0.05); (6) profitability is able to mediate the effect of company growth on company value with indirect effect (0.137) greater than direct effect (-0.048); (7) profitability is able to mediate the effect of liquidity on company value with indirect effect (0.346) greater than direct effect (-0.203). The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that profitability is influenced by company growth and liquidity by 30.7%, while company value is influenced by company growth, liquidity, and profitability by 32.3%. This study confirms the importance of profitability as a mechanism linking company growth and liquidity to company value, and provides managerial implications that companies need to optimize asset and liquidity management to increase profitability which ultimately impacts on increasing company value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of debt policy, firm size, and profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in consumer non-cyclical subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2024. Firm value is proxied by Price to Book Value (PBV), debt policy by leverage ratio, firm size by the natural logarithm of total assets, profitability by profit ratio, and dividend policy by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The study uses secondary data from annual financial reports obtained from the official Indonesia Stock Exchange website and applies panel data regression with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using EViews 12. Partial test results show that debt policy has a significant effect on firm value (t = −4.884942; p = 0.0000), profitability has a significant effect (t = 2.925401; p = 0.0042), while firm size is not significant (p = 0.4876). In the moderating model, the interaction between debt policy and dividend policy is significant (t = −3.323214; p = 0.0012), the interaction between firm size and dividend policy is marginally significant (t = 1.918709; p = 0.0578), and the interaction between profitability and dividend policy is not significant (t = −0.278780; p = 0.7810). The simultaneous test indicates the model is significant with an F-statistic of 14.87329. The Adjusted R² value of 0.682 indicates that 68.2% of firm value variation is explained by the variables in the model. These findings confirm that financing structure and profitability serve as important market signals, while dividend policy plays a selective moderating role.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and try to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Use of Technology on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable at PT. Nawakara in Padang City. This study is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tools. The population and sample of this study are employees of PT. Nawakara in Padang City. The results of the study found that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between the use of technology on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between the use of technology on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the influence of technology use on employee performance.
