Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan. The phenomenon shows that employee performance has not fully achieved the company's targets due to the implementation of suboptimal leadership and less supportive work environment conditions, thus impacting employee job satisfaction. The population of this study was all 75 employees of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire with a quantitative approach and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results showed that Servant Leadership and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction and Performance. Job Satisfaction also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance and was able to mediate the influence of Servant Leadership and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of promotion and purchase interest on purchasing decisions with customer trust as an intervening variable at Sunmoracoffe. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 4.0, using a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of promotion on customer trust. There is a positive and significant effect of purchase intention on customer trust. There is a positive and significant effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect of purchase intention on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect of customer trust on purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect of the promotion variable on the purchasing decision variable through the customer trust variable as an intervening variable. The effect of promotion on purchasing decisions and the effect of purchase interest on customer decisions at Sunmoracoffe.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence Store Atmosphere and Price Perception on Consumer Trust with Trust as an intervening variable at Cafe Dari Sini. Method collection data through google form and questionnaires, which are distributed as mucl 150 respondents - In this study using the analysis tool structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Dari Sini. Price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Dari Sini. Consumer trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Cafe Dari Sini. Store Atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust as an intervening factor at Cafe Dari Sini. And price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction through consumer trust as an intervening factor at Cafe Dari Sini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy and capital structure on firm value, with profitability as an intervening variable, in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period. The population in this study was all 42 food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the IDX during the study period. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method to obtain a sample of 22 companies with an observation period of five years. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis with the help of the SPSS 26 program. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the results showed that capital structure had a significant effect on profitability, while dividend policy did not have a significant effect on profitability. Dividend policy had a significant effect on firm value, while capital structure did not have a significant effect on firm value. Profitability had a significant effect on firm value. The path analysis showed that dividend policy did not have a significant effect on firm value through profitability, and capital structure also did not have a significant effect on firm value through profitability in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2024 period.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and location on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at H. Amd Aziz Cosmetics in Solok City. The research method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0, using a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The results of the data analysis indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of product quality on customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of location on customer satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence of product quality on customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence of location on customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The influence of product quality on customer loyalty and the influence of location on customer loyalty at H. Amd Aziz Cosmetics in Solok City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence capital structure, company size, on company value with profitability as an intervening variable in property and real estate sector companies. This study uses quantitative research with sampling using purposive sampling method. The independent variables in this study are capital structure, and company size, while the dependent variable is company value. There are 22 companies as research samples. Data were obtained from the company's financial reports published by each company through its official website using SPSS 26. The results of this study are (1) capital structure partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability, (2) company size partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability, (3) capital structure partially has a positive and significant effect on company value, (4) company size partially has a negative and significant effect on company value, (5) profitability partially has a positive and significant effect on company value, (6) profitability is unable to mediate the effect of capital structure on company value, (7) profitability is unable to mediate the effect of company size on company value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the effect of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 45 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (3) Leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (4) Work Discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (5) Motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (6) Motivation does not mediate the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; and (7) Motivation does not mediate the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatera Province

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of technology usage, work motivation, and job training on employee productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang. This research is motivated by the phenomenon of several job positions not achieving performance targets and the existence of work facility constraints, internet access limitations, and adaptation difficulties affecting employee satisfaction and productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consists of all employees of Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang. The sampling technique used is a census/saturated sampling method, where all employees are taken as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis with statistical software.The results indicate that technology usage and work motivation influence job satisfaction and employee productivity, while job training does not fully improve productivity directly. Job satisfaction acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between technology usage and work motivation on employee productivity. This shows that improving employee productivity is not only influenced by technical and training factors but also by the level of job satisfaction experienced by employees.The study concludes that employee productivity improvement can be achieved through optimizing technology usage and enhancing work motivation accompanied by increased job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and workload on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at Malalak Public Health Center. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Malalak Public Health Center, with a saturated sampling technique used as the sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using path analysis with the support of statistical software. This research applied a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS 3.0 as the analysis tool. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance, while workload has no significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a significant effect on motivation, and workload also has a significant effect on motivation. However, motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, motivation does not mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, nor does it mediate the relationship between workload and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Haleyora Power Area Padang. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consists of all employees of PT. Haleyora Power Area Padang, with a census sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results indicate that transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, transformational leadership and work motivation also have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and is proven to mediate the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. These findings imply that improving employee performance can be achieved through effective transformational leadership, enhanced work motivation, and increased job satisfaction.
