Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sarana yang paling penting dan utama untuk melakukan suatu perubahan secara mendasar dan sampai pada akar-akarnya. Pendidikan tidak hanya sekedar tentang pengembangan dari aspek intelektual, namun juga tentang pengembangan aspek-aspek lainnya seperti karakter. Karakter ialah sifat yang tertanam dalam jiwa, yang dengannya lahirlah berbagai macam perbuatan baik atau buruk, tanpa membutuhkan pemikiran dan pertimbangan. Dewasa ini, penanaman karakter mulia pada anak sangat diperlukan, hal ini karena krisis karakter, yakni penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh anak remaja. Penyimpangan tidak lagi tentang tawuran, namun lebih parah seperti mengkonsumsi narkoba, seks bebas, malas beribadah, munculnya sikap antisosial, tidak menghormati guru, melawan orang tua, dan sebagainya. Tentu ini menjadi tantangan bagi orang tua dalam menanamkan karakter pada anak. Sehingga Al-Qur’an dan hadits sebagai sumber rujukan yang utama dalam menanamkan karakter tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an dan hadits memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam membangun karakter mulia pada anak, yakni melalui pendidikan akhlak di lingkungan keluarga. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui cara Luqman mendidik anaknya dengan menjadikan dirinya sebagai suri tauladan yang baik bagi anaknya serta hadits Nabi saw tentang metode-metode pendidikan akhlak. Pesan-pesan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber utama bagi orang tua dalam memberikan pendidikan akhlak kepada anak. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Karakter, Akhlak, Al-Qur’an, Hadits

Abstract

The role of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the personality of students of Al Madaniyah Jaro, Nalui Village, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. Based on this description, the formulation of the problem in this study is what is the role of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the personality of Al Madaniyah Jaro students in Nalui Village, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency and the supporting and inhibiting factors in shaping the personality of Al Madaniyah Jaro students in Nalui Village, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. The subjects of this study were the teachers at the Jaro Al Madaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Nalui Village, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency. The techniques used in data collection are observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the author's data using qualitative descriptive analysis. After the data has been analyzed, it can finally be concluded that the role of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the personality of Al Madaniyah Jaro students, Nalui Village, Jaro District, Tabalong Regency is the management, especially teachers, always providing teaching and education, both in worship, social, independence, nationality, discipline and obedience to rules that have been set in the boarding school environment. In terms of support, it consists of internal factors, namely teachers, family, and adequate infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors consist of internal and external. Internal factors are teachers, family and the emergence of lazy/bored instincts. While the external factor is the existence of technology that is misused by the students when they are outside the Islamic boarding school environment.

Abstract

Pendidikan as a process of lifelong learning. Education plays a crucial role in preparing people for today's world because it can change the way the general public thinks about a variety of issues. Many people view education as a foundation for improving and developing human character and morality. Madrasah is one of the important Islamic educational institutions with the mission of preparing the next generation of Muslims to build mosques and bangsas in the distant past. This article is written using an appropriate citation style based on existing procedures and a variety of source materials, including relevant research articles, books, journals, and study results. The presence of Islamic education in madrasas is expected to enhance and strengthen students' keimanan through education and experience of Islamic subjects, making Muslims more resilient and self-assured.

Abstract

This examination inspects the congregational petitioning heaven propensities for understudies at the incorporated Al-Misbah Musholah at SMP IT Bina Insan Muara Wahau. Abstract

The goal of this research was to illuminate how students at Al-munawwir Islamic Boarding School, located in Sangatta Selatan, were affected by studying Al-Mabadi AlFiqhiyyah. This approach to research employs qualitative, descriptive methods. Purposeful sampling will be used to select research participants, and observation, interviews, and documentation will be used to collect data. Reducing and summarizing data, presenting findings, and drawing conclusions are all part of the data analysis process. Visualization and summarization of data. Using data triangulation and source triangulation to confirm the veracity of the collected information. Religious affiliation among students is supported by the results of this study. Congregational prayer and reading the wirid (prayer) afterward are clear signs of this. study of Salaf books and reading the Qur'an, the entire religious series is carried out in accordance with Islamic principles.

Abstract

<p style="text-align: justify;">Quraish Shihab revealed a pattern of unregistered marriages, namely that marriages are not approved by religion, nor are they sanctioned by the marriage law. In addition, the Prophet advised those who were married to have a walimah party, even if they only invited a certain number of people for a meal of one goat. He is an Indonesian cleric whose thinking tends &nbsp;to &nbsp;be &nbsp;in &nbsp;the &nbsp;field &nbsp;of &nbsp;interpretation &nbsp;and knowledge&nbsp; of&nbsp; the&nbsp; Al-Qur'an. &nbsp;However, &nbsp;in &nbsp;its &nbsp;development, &nbsp;M. Quraish Shihab began to enter the realm of Islamic law by answering Islamic legal problems and was then published by a publisher with the character al-as'ilah wa al-answer. In researching M, Quraish Shihab,&nbsp; the&nbsp; author &nbsp;conducted&nbsp; library research &nbsp;in &nbsp;the&nbsp; form &nbsp;of&nbsp; his works using a content analysis approach, namely trying to understand and analyze data related to unregistered marriages, with this approach the author hopes to find a conclusion about thoughts M. Quraish Shihab. M. Quraish Shihab is of the opinion that a marriage without a registered marriage can result in a sin for the perpetrator because it violates the provisions set by the government and the DPR (Ulil Amri). He took the legal basis regarding sirri&nbsp; marriage by using contextualization of school of thought thinking, and using the qiyas method in Surah Al-Baqarah, the rules of Islamic fiqh sad az-zari'ah, as well as KHI and Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974. This research is qualitative research, namely descriptive-analytic library research. The author collects information through reading books and other primary and secondary materials relevant to the research topic. The author adopts normative juridical methodology in this research.</p>

Abstract

Along with the development of the Indonesian state, Islamic banking plays an important role in achieving the goal of building a just and prosperous society based on economic democracy based on the values of justice, unity, and benefit in line with sharia principles. The Islamic banking industry in East Kalimantan has a lot of potential, but there are still many obstacles in the way. The purpose of this study is to examine the barriers to the expansion of Islamic banking in the region. This research uses qualitative techniques with an emphasis on the literature approach method, which is a way to collect and evaluate data from various sources relevant to the research problem. The research also utilized relevant statistical data and conversations with relevant stakeholders. The conclusion of this study shows that although Islamic banking has made significant strides, a number of challenges remain to be resolved to enhance the resilience and growth of the industry. Lack of goods and services that cater to local needs, regulatory gaps between conventional and Islamic banking, and limited public awareness of the concept and advantages of Islamic banking are some of the main obstacles to Islamic banking in East Kalimantan. This research provides a significant addition to stakeholders' understanding of the dynamics and difficulties facing Islamic banking in the East Kalimantan region. This journal aims to examine the reasons behind the slow growth of Islamic banking in East Kalimantan.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Sangatta Utara faces several challenges in enhancing its educational quality, including teacher competency in implementing student-centered learning, technology integration, teacher communication and collaboration, and effective monitoring and evaluation of learning processes. To address these challenges, the school has implemented educational supervision strategies. This study investigates the effectiveness of these strategies in improving learning quality. Data was collected through in-depth structured interviews with the school principal, supervisors, teachers, and students. Classroom observations were conducted to examine the implementation of supervision strategies. The findings indicate that the supervision strategies comprise two components: planning and implementation. The implementation of these strategies has demonstrated positive impacts on learning quality, as evidenced by indicators such as improved teacher competency, technology integration, teacher communication and collaboration, and student learning outcomes. However, some limitations remain, such as insufficient time and resources for supervision activities.
