Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the role of parents on learning motivation in online-based learning for Pannara Elementary School students, Makassar City. This research is classified as Ex post facto using a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Pannara Makassar City using a questionnaire instrument. The sample in this study were all students of class VA and VB SD Negeri Pannara Makassar City which consisted of 66 students with simple random sampling technique. The results of the study using descriptive statistical analysis, the average value of the role of parents is 90.83 in the very role category and the average value of learning motivation is 90.03 in the highly motivated category. Inferential statistical analysis, normality test results 0.537 > 0.05 (normally distributed), homogeneity test results 0.079 > 0.05 (homogeneous), linearity results 0.597 > 0.05 (linear), hypothesis testing shows a sig value of 0.000, with Sig criteria (0.000) < (0.05). The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of the role of parents on learning motivation in online Pannara Elementary School students, Makassar City.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the value of moral education in the book Washoya Al Abaa' Lil Abnaa' . The focus of the discussion in this study is how the moral education contained in the book Washoya Al Abaa' Lil Abnaa'. Moral education is the most important thing in education because with morals students will give birth to a religious person, close to God, and so on. This study uses a type of library research by looking at the texts contained in the book Washoya Al Abaa' Lil Abnaa'. The object of this research is explored in the book washoya al abaa' lil abnaa' by using a content analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that the moral education contained in the book Washoya Al Abaa' Lil Abnaa' has several criteria, including 1) Fear of Allah. 2) Rights and Duties towards Allah and His Messenger. 3) Rights and obligations towards both parents. 4) Rights and Obligations towards Friends. 5) Adab in Seeking Knowledge. 6) Learning etiquette, Review and Discussion. 7) The etiquette of eating and drinking. 8) Assembly and Meeting etiquette

Abstract

The existence of islamic education in pandemic times (case study on communities not having online learning facilities). the covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the world of education, including Islamic education. The limited facilities owned by students also affect the learning model. This study examines the factors that encourage and become essential reasons for the ongoing face-to-face learning process and the impacts of the pandemic. This research is field research with qualitative research methods. Participants in this study amounted to 12 people consisting of teachers, principals, guardians of students, and students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and open questionnaires. After a thorough interpretation, the collected data was analyzed by classifying, reducing, and then summing up. The study results found that three factors drove the continued existence of Islamic education in the first community because online learning policies were considered to cause problems for parents, schools, and teachers. Second, the public's understanding of COVID-19 is not very dangerous, so it is deemed to be regular. Some schools continue to carry out face-to-face learning adjusted to government policies. Third, there is support and agreement from the school, community leaders, and parents so that face-to-face learning can run as usual, even though the time is minimal.

Abstract

Leadership is an important factor in leading an organization because the leader determines the progress of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and organizational culture on teacher performance at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court. This study uses quantitative research, the respondents are 40 teachers of Wisdom Amanah, the research instrument uses a Likert scale, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results show that: 1. Leadership style has no significant effect on performance. teacher at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court with a t-count value of 0.828 and a significance value of 0.413.2. Organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher performance with a t-count value of 7.216 and a significance value of 0.000. 3. Simultaneously leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated F value of 28.796 and a significance value of F of 0.000, while the R-squared coefficient value is 0.609, which means that teacher performance at the Hikmatul Amanah Supreme Court is influenced by leadership style and culture. organization by 60.9% while around 39.1% is influenced by other variables outside. This study has limitations on the relatively small number of respondents, so that in the future the population can be added again.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning innovation of Tafsir Amaly at SMA Primaganda Jombang. Tafsir Amaly is a local content subject that is included in the Primaganda High School curriculum. Tafsir Amaly is a Sufism-based interpretation developed by Thoriqoh Syadziliyah Al Mas'udiyah Jombang. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods: observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. To check the validity of the data, research extension, observation persistence, and triangulation were used. The results showed that the innovation of the implementation of Amaly's Tafsir includes the application of a combination of student-centered and conventional methods in the form of jigsaw cooperative methods, drills, discussions, questions and answers, peer tutorials, exemplary affective methods, and so on supported by the book Tafsir Amaly juz 1 and Quran song as a compliment. Then the teaching aids use qurany 1-5 if needed according to the learning theme of Amaly's Tafsir, Then the learning media can be supported by other means, for example, audio speakers, and so on.

Abstract

Efforts on increasing creativity through finger painting activities in early education: developing children's creativity at a young age is necessary because creative children have an easier time solving their challenges. the development of children's creativity is suboptimal based on observations indicating that the teacher is less involved in the learning process and that the facilities available are restricted. this study aimed to determine children's creativity through finger painting activities. this research used 2 cycles of class action research (car) with 16 children as subjects. the data revealed pre-cycle and cycle 2 outcomes. in the pre-cycle, only 4 out of 6teen children had ideal development. in the first cycle, only 7 out of 6teen and thirteen out of 6teen children had an optimal effect in the second cycle. activities involving finger painting are beneficial for encouraging children's creativity. through finger painting, children's creativity can develop their adaptability, fluency, originality, and elaboration. the best developmental outcomes can be achieved if this exercise is performed regularly and under the supervision of professionals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavioral tendencies of hyperactive students in State Islamic Elementary School 3 of West Aceh and how the homeroom teacher manages hyperactive students in MIN 3 West Aceh. This study employs a descriptive qualitative methodology. Observations, interviews, and documentation were employed as data gathering strategies. This investigation was carried out at State Islamic Elementary School 3 of West Aceh. This study involved one principal of State Islamic Elementary School 3 of West Aceh and two homeroom teachers who teach hyperactive students. Based on the study's findings, it is apparent that the hyperactive students of MIN 3 Aceh Barat exhibit motor and mixed hyperactivity with a combination type. The homeroom activities for dealing with hyperactive students consist of (1) arranging seats, (2) issuing warnings, (3) providing hyperactive students with guidance, and (4) building a madrasa setting appropriate to the growth of hyperactive students.
