Abstract

This research aims to describe individual stress, workplace condition and employee productivity in PT Sarana Kreasindo. This research was done because the researcher found that there were problems regarding those three variables. The total amount of respondents used in this research were 70 employees.Statistical tool used was SPSS. Statistical methods used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and impact test. The result showed that Individual Stress Variabel (X1) partially had an impact significantly on Productivity Variable (Y). Furthermore, Workplace Condition (X2) partially didn’t have any impacts and unsignificant on Productivity (Y). Finally, Individual Stress Variable (X1) and Workplace Condition (X2) simultaneously had positive impact but unsignificant on Productivity variable (Y).

Abstract

Environmental pollution is a major problem that has the potential to cause the extinction of mankind on earth if it is not immediately addressed. Companies that have adopted green supply chain management believe that environmental awareness is a "win-win" for business and the environment. In Indonesia, poor transportation facilities and infrastructure have an impact on increasing transportation costs so that the average logistics costs for sales have also increased. However, this condition does not mean that the company cannot reduce its logistics costs, because by applying the Green Supply Chain Management concept, the company will have the opportunity to increase the efficiency of logistics activities thereby reducing the company's total logistics costs. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Organizational Orientation Strategies on Green Supply Chain Management and Business Performance. This research is a type of quantitative research and is a causal research, with a total sample of 61 respondents who are MSME owners in the food sector. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square with hypothesis testing techniques using Structural Equation Modeling techniques with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 applications. The results of the study show that Organizational Orientation namely Supply Chain Orientation has no influence on Green Supply Chain Management; Environmental Orientation has an influence on Green Supply Chain Management; Green Supply Chain Management has a positive influence on Business Performance (Cost Efficiency, Consumer Effectiveness and Environmental Differences).

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the promotional strategy and sales increase at CV. Jaya Perkasa Motor Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung. The method used in this research was quantitative method with descriptive verification approach, that is the research method used to describe the facts or circumstances at the time the research took place and to test the truth of the hypothesis then concluded. Analysis results shows that the determinant coefficient (R2 ) between variables X and variable Y is R2 = 0,469 meaning that the contribution of X to Y is 46,9% and the remaining 53,1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research, so the level of the relationship between determination of promotional strategy and sales increase is said to be good enough. The suggestion for the company must carry out adjustment in promotional improvements that are set to get the expected benefits and the company must be able to be more creative and innovative in carrying out all promotional strategy.

Abstract

This Research aims to determine and describe The Impact of Celebrity Endorser and Advertising to Purchase Intention Honda Beat in PT. Daya Anugerah Mandiri which starred by Al-Ghazali and JKT48. The type of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population ini this research is the consumer of PT. Daya Anugerah Mandiri. The sample in this research area 100 respondents chosen with insidental sampling and data collection method using questionnaires. Analysis of data use descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of multiple linear regression analysis jointly show that both variables Celebrity Endorser & Advertising have significant influance toward Purchase Intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study to find out how forensic accounting and investigative audits applied in detecting fraud in the environment Digita. The research method with qualitative methods, the primary type of data used, the results of interviews with internal auditors and investigation to strengthen research, conducted interviews with 3 internal auditors and investigations. Data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques with descriptive approach.The results of this study indicate that the forensic accounting in detecting fraud in the digital environment can be made by Computer Forensic and investigation should be done is to make Copies of all log data, create Fingerprint of the data mathematically, making Fingerprint of Copies, making Hashes Masterlist and documentation of data has worked. Reasons forensic accounting and investigative audits applied to secure and analyze digital evidence. Another reason is to eradicate fraud in the digital environment

Abstract

The monetary management of conventional economy which revolves around bank interest uses multiplier money rather than high powered money. Consequently, its instrument of monetary policies tends to the utility of open market operation and change of discount rate. Both instruments cannot be applied in an Islamic monetary system which is free from interest whose monetary management relies on controlling high powered money by applying profit and loss sharing and financial intermediation. Therefore, Islamic monetary system can employ alternative instruments of monetary policy such as quantitative control of credit allocation and realization of socio-economic objectives. The first instrument is backed up with monetary instruments such as statutory reserve requirement, credit ceiling, government deposits, common pool, moral suasion, equity-base instrument. Whereas the second instruments include some monetary instruments such as treating the created money as fai’ and goal oriented allocation of credit.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know: (1) Procedure of honorarium’s payment at Dinas Pemakaman dan Pertamanan Bandung, (2) Solving the problem that appear to the reporting process, (3) Development of Honorarium Information System Design. This research use the waterfall design method and observation technique with through literature research that related to set of problems. The problems that are found are the less effective for recording because it is still using Microsoft Office Excel 2007. The result of the research: (1) Make a standardized procedures of honorarium’s payment, (2) Problems solved in the report, (3) Created an adequate of Information System Honorarium. Based on the explanation above, then , it can be concluded that the information systems honorarium can reduce the problem that appear to the reporting process. There are some suggestions: (1) Provide special training to employees, (2) Create a programs better in the future, (3) Produce of Human Resources that can be responsible for system maintenance

Abstract

The "warga Sauyunan " cooperative in Kampung Naga as well as cooperatives in Indonesia generally has a very important role in the economy of the community. This cooperative serves local residents to purchase daily consumption needs and savings and loans. This cooperative is unique because of the existence of this cooperative in the environment of an indigenous community that still maintains strong traditions. However, this cooperative faces the problem of the limited competency of cooperative human resources (which includes the board of cooperatives and members of cooperatives) on the aspects of cooperatives values and the management of cooperatives. Therefore, one of the urgent efforts made by the cooperative is conducting cooperative counseling, both for staffs and members of cooperatives. Based on this background, a "need assessment" was conducted for the preparation of cooperative education programs for managers and members of the Warga Sauyunan ' cooperative. This activity as an effort to help the Warga Sauyunan Cooperative develop a cooperative education program needed to improve the quality of human resources in the Warga Sauyunan Cooperative.

Abstract

Euphoria of race event in Indonesia are very big and have many opportunity to make profit. With more than one million productive young people, Bandung has the big market target to fulfill the passion and enthusiastic race lovers. And also the growth sales of the motorcycle make and supporting component to the continuity progress on its demand highly contributing for the race event.Tamakreasi is a company based in Jakarta as a company in MICE (meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions) industry. Their second MiniGP event will be held in Bandung in uncommon event place because they could not find an appropriate trade center or mall like their first event in Jakarta. That is why the probability of low traffic is considering high in their second event in Bandung. Internal analysis consists of STP and Marketing Mix analysis. On STP analysis, author found out that Tamakreasi MiniGP event targeted the costumers who lived in Bandung, like to watch unique motorcycle 208 Co-Management Vol. I, No. 2, Juni 2019race event, minimum education is high school, male gender, almost all generation, and living their lives as above middle social class. On marketing mix analysis, author found out that Tamakreasi want to deliver unique race competition experience both for their visitors and for their sponsors. External analysis consist of Porter 5 force analysis. What author found on Porter 5 forces analysis is that competitiveness tension of this industry is high, because from 5 forces there are three forces that considering high which are threat of substitutes, bargaining power of suppliers, and industry rivalry. Root caused analysis addressed three problems and two sub-problems, they are limited marketing communication activities, people did not familiar with their next venue in Bandung, and race circuit is in uncommon event space. Tamakreasi use marketing communication tools that combined as their promotional mix to solve these problems.To fix these problems, Tamakreasi use marketing communication tools which consists of Advertising, Public Relation, and Social Media. Advertising channel consists of brochure, x-banner, and billboard. Public relation channel consists of radio, TV, magazine, newspaper, and community. Social media channel consists of Facebook fan page, Instagram, youtube channel, and buzzer or social media influencer. The combination between all of these marketing communication tools called promotional mix. Promotional mix used as the strategy to overcome the issue that Tamakreasi face.

Abstract

The cooperatives, in accordance with its identity will all the time prioritize the service for and welfare of its members properly. The research is intended to know the soundness rate of Asisi Credit Cooperatives year 2011 - 2015 based on Regulation of State Minister for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Scale Business of The Republic of Indonesia Number: 20/Per/M.KUKM/XI/2008 regarding guidance of valuation of Soundness of Saving and Loan Cooperatives (KSP) and Cooperatives Saving and Loan Unit (USP Koperasi) relating to the aspects of Equity, Productive Assets Quality, Management, Liquidity, Efficiency, Independence and Growth as well as Cooperatives Identity. This research is the descriptive evaluation research type. The research subject is the Asisi Credit Cooperatives. The data analysis technique in this research applies the descriptive analysis. In this research the data is gathered through documentation and interview methods. The result of this research indicates that the soundness rate of Asisi Credit Cooperatives year 2011 - 2015 is in quite sound category with average score 69,64.
