Abstract

Agriculture is a very potential field developed in agrarian countries such as Indonesia. The country has abundant natural wealth as a food source for plants. In addition, the natural condition also has an important role on the quality and quantity of agricultural products. This study aims to model dependency structure of rice production and its environment indicators, in this case, includes temperature change, CO2 emission, and rainfall precipitation, in Indonesia using copula model. We identify the linearity of correlation between variables by comparing Pearson correlation with normality assumption and dependency structure modeled by copula function with any marginal distribution. We analyze and discuss how copula model shows the dependency between variables which cannot be identified by linear correlation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the comparison of the cost of renting karaoke rooms used by NAV Karaoke Management with the cost of goods using the Activity Based Costing System that will be used in this research, so that the results of the comparison can be known using this method. This Activity Based Costing System is worthy and relevant to be used in finding out karaoke room rental prices or it is not quite fitting for the current situation. Descriptive - qualitative technique is used in this study so that researchers can come directly to the related research object, that is NAV Karaoke Braga Citywalk branch, to acquire the data and information needed with a case study approach. The analysis that is used is a comparative analysis, meaning that the researcher has intention to compare the price set by NAV management with the cost calculated using the Activity Based Costing System method with a description of the discussion. The results of this study found a quite significant difference between the cost of goods set by NAV itself and the cost of goods calculated based on calculations using the Activity Based Costing System method, the description of the discussion shows the difference in prices for each type of room available in the current three-month period.

Abstract

The development of technology and science is a driving factor in the development of the world economy. This study aims to design a bookkeeping accounting information system in PPTK North Cimahi District. The research method used in the form of interviews, observations and literature review. The results of the study show several display structures on the menu, several hardware and software specifications used in the accounting information system design system. Then there are several problems encountered in the designed system, The design of the information system uses the Waterfall method using the Visual Studio 2010 programming language and the database uses Microsoft Access, so that it is expected to run as needed, and the implementation and testing of this information system can be said to have been appropriate and can run well so that it can be used to facilitate data processing. According to the needs of the institution concerned.Optimal use of accounting information systems in an institution can provide benefits to the organization, namely making it easier for organizations to adapt to a constantly changing environment, better internal control systems, and improving organizational external relations.

Abstract

Survival data are usually found in the fields of health, insurance, epidemiology, demography, etc. Survival data is characterized by a response in the form of time, one example is the duration of the birth process. The duration of the birth process is thought to be influenced by several factors, including the baby's weight, baby's height, mother's age, gestational age, gender and the method used to birth process. One of the regression models for survival data is the Cox regression proportional hazard model. Parameter estimation in the Cox regression is based on partial likelihood. If two or more individuals have the same survival value, it is called ties. If there are ties, then the partial likelihood will have problems in determining the risk set, so it is necessary to modify the partial likelihood. Methods that can be used to overcome ties are the Breslow, Efron and Exact methods. This method is a modification of parameter estimation using maximum partial likelihood. Parameter estimation results are obtained by maximizing the partial likelihood function using Newton Raphson iteration. The case study in this paper is data on the duration of the birth process. The best model for the duration of the birth process with ties is the Exact method because it has the smallest AIC value

Abstract

The estimated of claims reserve has a very important in insurance companies, because it is the company's liability to policyholders in the future and can also result in the bankruptcy of the insurance company. In general, there are two methods for calculating claims reserves are the deterministic method (Chain Ladder and Bornhuetter Ferguson) and the stochastic method (Benktander Hovinen and Cape Cod). This article compares the two methods and determines the best method. Using the claim payments data that have been paid by an insurance company in Indonesia, the best method is the Benktander Hovinen method.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know: (1) Procedure of honorarium’s payment at Dinas Pemakaman dan Pertamanan Bandung, (2) Solving the problem that appear to the reporting process, (3) Development of Honorarium Information System Design. This research use the waterfall design method and observation technique with through literature research that related to set of problems. The problems that are found are the less effective for recording because it is still using Microsoft Office Excel 2007. The result of the research: (1) Make a standardized procedures of honorarium’s payment, (2) Problems solved in the report, (3) Created an adequate of Information System Honorarium. Based on the explanation above, then , it can be concluded that the information systems honorarium can reduce the problem that appear to the reporting process. There are some suggestions: (1) Provide special training to employees, (2) Create a programs better in the future, (3) Produce of Human Resources that can be responsible for system maintenance

Abstract

People’s mining is a form of people's participation in mining business activities in areas that contain mining materials. As written in Article 33 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution, the earth, water and natural resources contained therein are intended for the prosperity of the Indonesian people. As an actual form of implementation of Article 33 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution, the people should actually be given a share in the world of mining. However, all people's mining activities are often hindered by the messy licensing procedure or what is commonly known by the acronym IPR (People's Mining Permit). In general, people or groups entitled to IPR are local residents, be they individuals or community groups and cooperatives, this is in accordance with what is mandated in Article 67 paragraph (1) of Law no. 4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining. Cooperatives in their activities are based on the principles of the people's economic movement which are based on the principle of kinship. This study aims to determine how mining cooperatives are formed in the eyes of Indonesian law and to clarify the basis for their formation. The results showed that the establishment of a cooperative to assist community miners in managing the mining process was normative, safe, and smooth

Abstract

Humans in life have many needs that must be met. To achieve these needs, humans can make a business or work. By working people earn income to meet their needs. Manpower according to Article 1 point 2 of Law number 13 of 2003 states: Manpower is anyone who is able to do work to produce goods and or services to meet the needs of themselves and the community. Most of the Indonesian people are workers, therefore the welfare of the workforce and their families has an important role in creating social justice for all Indonesian people. To achieve a just, prosperous and materially or spiritually prosperous society cannot be realized if the workforce and their families do not prosper. Improving the welfare of the workforce and their families is in the context of realizing the welfare of the Indonesian people. Mutation or placement of workers is a common thing in every company. Transfers between companies that are still in one group of companies have not been regulated in Law number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower.

Abstract

The main objective of the research is to find out the influence of operating cost to net profit PT. Sari Indah Teguh Purwakarta of period 2013 - 2017. The method used was a quantitative. The data collection by observation, and literature study. The technique used to analize the date were the normality test, coefficient of correlation, coefficient of determination and linier regeression analysis. The obtained data showed that the data was normally distributed. The correlation result 0,936. The coefficient of determination result is 0,876 it means that net profit can be influenced by operating cost 87,6 %. Linier Regression analysis result is Y=1775.963 + (0.722)X. The problems is: the lacks of minimized operational cost, and the recent price of gas. The suggestions: Reviewing operational costs in further detail, Controlling the usage of electricity, water, and office stationary.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the marketing mix, including product, price, place, promotion, employee, and process, as well as physical evidence of customer interest in the People's Business Credit product at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bandung Suniaraja simultaneously or partially. The population that the researcher used in this study is KUR customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Suniaraja. In addition, the analytical methods used in this study are the descriptive analysis method and the multiple regression analysis method using SPSS 26. The data collection technique for this study was used by distributing questionnaires, which resulted in 80 respondents. The hypotheses tested were the T-Test and the F-Test. Based on the results of the study, it was proved that partially the product, place, promotion, process, and employees did not have an impact on customer interest, but price as well as physical evidence had an effect on customer interest. Simultaneously, all these variables have an impact on customer interest in choosing KUR products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bandung Suniaraja.
