Abstract

Professionalism in the learning process should be a demand that must be met for teachers in teaching. This criticism has been made by many parties, so it is something that is reasonable to be addressed wisely and prudently by interested parties. Where the concept of a professional teacher will always be associated with knowledge of educational insights and policies, learning and learning theory, educational research (classroom action), learning evaluation, educational leadership, classroom/school management, as well as information and communication technology. For this reason, the role of the teacher is highly demanded in determining efforts to improve the quality of formal education. This means that the gum which is a learning agent must be able to carry out the learning process as well as possible, in supporting educational development. Therefore, teachers need to be developed as a dignified profession, as mandated in Permandinas No. 16 of 2007 concerning Academic Qualification Standards and Teacher Competency dated May 4 2007. Where it is stated that teacher competency standards are fully developed from the four main competencies, namely pedagogical, personality, social and professional competencies. In Law no. 14 of 2005, professional means the work or activity of a person and is a source of income for life that requires expertise, skills or skills that meet certain quality standards or norms and requires professional education. Professionals are (1) concerned with professions (fields of work based on certain expertise education); (2) requires special intelligence to run it; (3) requires payment to do so. Problems and challenges in the era of globalization demand an increase in the quality of democratization, transparency, quality culture and human rights. The development of IMTAQ and the acceleration of science and technology require quality human resources who are able to go international. The free market requires all nations to prepare quality human resources so they are not dependent on other nations. Quality human resources capable of facing international competition is only possible through quality education.

Abstract

Public speaking is the process of speaking to a group of people in a structured way that is deliberately intended to inform, influence, or entertain listeners. Public speaking is not an easy task, it requires good language skills. Fear and anxiety are a big problem, especially for beginners who have no experience in public speaking Pst. Al Misbah Tasikmalaya city. This also happens to students. Their language competence is in adequate. That is why muhadharah activities are held. This is expected to improve their skills.

Abstract

This study used the literary method, namely the data source was obtained from literature/references related to the educational values contained in Umar bin Khattab's leadership, both in the form of books, papers, and other written sources contained in magazines. From the study of data sources, it can be concluded that Umar bin Khattab's personality and characteristics were a factor in his success in carrying out his leadership. These characteristics have implications for education, especially Islamic education. From firmness which has implications for the formation of discipline, then from an attitude of patience which has implications for perseverance, and from an attitude of sincerity which has implications for the formation of humility, then an attitude of authority has implications for wisdom, and finally, justice which is the embodiment of balance. It can be formulated that these are educational values that can be taken and made into reference material for educators and can be realized in a real way..

Abstract

The study is inspired by the importance of the role of ethics as the initial point of foundation in education, because education in principle is to bring and foster a person's mental better. This study aims to determine the concept of ethics or manners and morals of a student according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the Book of Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim and Sheikh Bakr in the Book of Hilyah Tholib Al-'Ilmi and the similarities and differences in the concept of students from the two books. This research uses a qualitative approach with an analytical descriptive method through the Library Research method, namely research activities that are sourced from literature books. The results of this study are: 1) The concept of adab and morals of knowledge seekers in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim consists of four aspects of adab and morals that must be carried out by knowledge seekers, namely: a) Manners for Seekers of Knowledge (Students), b) Manners of Students Toward Teachers, c) Manners of Learning for Seekers of Knowledge, d) Manners Toward Books. 2) The concept of manners and morals of knowledge seekers in the book Hilyah Talib Al-'Ilmi consists of four aspects of manners and morals that must adorn a knowledge seeker, namely: a) Manners for the person of a knowledge seeker, b) Manners for a knowledge seeker to his teacher, c) Manners for a knowledge seeker to his friend and d) Manners for a knowledge seeker in an atmosphere of seeking knowledge. 3) The similarities between the concepts of adab and morals of knowledge seekers in the two books are: a) The concept of student manners and morals explained by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and Sheikh Bakr both equally emphasize the aspect of empowering the heart, b) The thoughts of the two figures both discuss the urgency and understanding of ethics or manners and morals as a student into chapters that are written and become important points. c) In the contents of the two books, they both discuss the same two chapters, namely the chapter on morals and manners as a student for his person and the morals of students to their teachers, while the other chapters are very different.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of post-pandemic PAI learning, how the role of PAI teachers in fostering students' religious values, This research uses a qualitative approach using an analytical descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this research are in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses the interactive analysis method from Miles and Huberman which consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification / conclusion. The results of this study are: 1) The implementation of PAI learning after the co-19 pandemic at SDN Sindanggalih Tasikmalaya City is using three activities in it, namely: a) Initial activities, namely preparing students physically and psychologically, motivating and asking questions about the previous material by linking it to the material to be discussed, conveying the learning objectives to be achieved. b) Core activities, namely delivering material with methods and media that have been prepared, giving assignments and reinforcements to students. c) Final activities, namely giving conclusions, evaluating students on the material that has been delivered and conveying material that will be discussed at the next meeting. 2) The role of PAI teachers in fostering students' religious values is: a) As an educator, b) As a teacher, c) As a mentor, d) As a motivator, e) As an example, f) As an evaluator. 3) The challenges of Islamic Religious Education Teachers in fostering students' religious values at SDN Sindanggalih Tasikmalaya City after the Covid 19 pandemic are: a) Lack of interaction between teachers and students during face-to-face learning. b) Students' learning motivation is still decreasing due to online self-study at home. c) During the learning process, students do not concentrate so that participation and feedback or responses are not created in the learning process. d) Poor student character. e) The culture of religious habituation instilled by the school has faded a little, students forget about this culture and are ignorant in the school environment.

Abstract

This thesis aims to analyze and document the implementation of the integration of Islamic religious education and science in improving the quality of education and building brand image at MA Persis Sindangkasih Ciamis. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study as the research method. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of related documents.The results showed that MA Persis Sindangkasih Ciamis has successfully implemented the integration of Islamic religious education and science well. This integration can be seen in lesson planning, curriculum development and teaching methods used. This approach creates a holistic educational environment and helps students develop a comprehensive understanding of Islamic religion and science. The research also identified some challenges in implementing the integration of Islamic religious education and science, including a lack of resources, challenges in integrating the curriculum and the need for training and coaching for teachers. However, through collaboration between the school, teachers, students and relevant stakeholders, MA Persis Sindangkasih Ciamis managed to overcome these challenges. In conclusion, the integration of Islamic religious education and science at MA Persis Sindangkasih Ciamis provides significant benefits in improving the quality of education and building the institution's brand image. This study provides a deeper understanding of the practical implementation of such integration and contributes to the development of education in Indonesia. Recommendations are made for other educational institutions that wish to implement similar integration, including the need for adequate resource support and training for teachers

Abstract

Abstract Teachers are the dominant and most important factor in formal education in general, because for students, teachers are role models, role models and even become self-identification figures. Therefore, teachers should have adequate traits, behaviors and abilities to develop students as a whole in this case said to be a professional teacher. This research aims to find out how the criteria of Islamic Education teachers in QS Al-Fath verse 29, how the implications of QS Al-Fath verse 29 towards improving teacher professionalism, the values of teacher professionalism. The method used is descriptive method. Descriptive method is one way or presentation of work and descriptive is to use something according to the existing state of facts. The results of this study are the criteria for Islamic education teachers based on QS Al-Fath verse 29 that a teacher must have an Islamic personality, be firm, be a role model and role model for students, have high insight and know child psychology and be able to communicate well with students. The implication of Surah Al-Fath verse 29 on teacher professionalism is that a teacher must be tough on anyone who opposes religion, and is compassionate to fellow educators and students as well as all components of teaching and learning activities in the educational environment, has spiritual competence to make religion an application of science, especially religious science and devotes himself to God, religion, nation and state and the values of teacher professionalism contained in Al-Quran Surah Al-Fath verse 29 that every leader or educator should have a firm attitude, The values of professionalism of teachers contained in the Al-Quran letter Al-Fath verse 29 that every leader or educator should have a firm attitude, authoritative, and hard in defending the principles of Islam, especially those related to the issue of faith or the basic principles of Islam, have spiritual competence, make worship, especially worship makdhoh as a foundation and also a way to get closer to Allah in order to always get His guidance and taufik in carrying out their duties as educators

Abstract

Classroom management strategy is a pattern / strategy, which describes the steps used by teachers in creating and maintaining classroom conditions to remain conducive, so that students can learn optimally, actively, and fun effectively and efficiently to achieve learning objectives. This study, using a qualitative approach, descriptive approach, namely research aimed at describing and analyzing phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually or in groups. Data collection methods used observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. While data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis supported by percentage techniques. The results showed that classroom management strategies in PAI learning to improve student learning achievement at SDN Karikil Mangkubumi Tasikmalaya City The factors that support classroom management strategies in PAI learning to improve student learning achievement at SDN Karikil Mangkubumi Tasikmalaya City are the implementation of school rules. School vision, mission, and learning objectives based on devotion and akhlaq. Interactive learning strategies. Musholla as a place of worship and learning. The worship habituation program. Students' desire to have knowledge of Islam. While the inhibiting factors are: lack of parental support for improving the quality of children's religion. Lack of space and learning media in practicing PAI material. Students' enthusiasm, responsiveness to learning, concentration, and activeness in learning PAI are less than optimal. students do not have PAI allowance books. Lack of student confidence during PAI learning.

Abstract

If a letter indicates the meaning of another sentence, it is called a maani letter, and this rule is what has been formulated by nahwu scholars. The study of maani letters has a strong connection to understanding the meaning and basic legal basis of the Quranic text by means of ijtihad or ta'wil. This is because many legal arguments and fiqh issues depend on the meaning of the text through the wasilah dalalah (simantics) determined by the letters of the text. Not only limited to the study of tafsir and lughoh, ma'ani letters that have various dalalah also contribute significantly to the development of other sciences such as Ushul fiqh, aqidah, fiqh, and sharia science or Islamic law in general. This has led to endless debates between the schools of fiqh and aqidah. Seeing the importance of this study, the urgency of studying the science of dalalah and all that is related to lughoh is a prevalence. To understand the intent and purpose of sharia law from the Arabic texts of the Quran, Sunnah and the ijtihad of previous scholars.
