Abstract

Corruption is an extraordinary crime because it has a negative impact on all aspects of life. This crime has the potential to bring misery, impoverishment and suffering to many people. Corruption occurs due to many factors such as hedonism, weak leadership, lack of religious and moral education, and others. Therefore, how does Islam view the crime of corruption and how to eradicate it. The aim is to find out the Islamic view in overcoming this problem. With the method used in this study, namely the library research method or literature by collecting various sources and comparing them with other sources. The word corruption literally means rottenness, badness, dishonesty, can be bribed, immoral, deviation from holiness. The Islamic perspective of corruption has an understanding of riswah, sariqah, and traitor. There are many factors that cause corruption, one of which is the perspective of wealth, and a materialistic lifestyle. Therefore, the sanctions for perpetrators of corruption from an Islamic perspective include hudud and takzir. So a strategy is also needed in its eradication, one of which is by implementing criminal law. Corruption is also a very bad crime and can cause harm to all people, especially the lower classes. Therefore, in Islam there are sanctions in the form of hudud and takzir for perpetrators of corruption, in addition, the efforts that we can make to eradicate it through criminal justice are focused on the repressive nature

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi secara komprehensif integrasi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam pendidikan agama Islam pada era transformasi digital. Fenomena meningkatnya digitalisasi pembelajaran serta hadirnya aplikasi AI berbasis big data dan natural language processing telah mengubah wajah pendidikan global, termasuk pendidikan keagamaan. Artikel ini mengkaji fenomena, tantangan, serta potensi implementasi AI dalam pendidikan agama Islam, dengan fokus pada konstruksi epistemologis, pedagogis, dan etis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-kuantitatif (mixed method) dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, survei lapangan, dan wawancara mendalam. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa AI berperan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan personalisasi pembelajaran agama, namun juga menimbulkan tantangan terkait otoritas keilmuan, bias algoritma, dan resistensi budaya. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka AI Islami berbasis maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah dan merekomendasikan kolaborasi pentahelix dalam merumuskan kebijakan pendidikan digital yang inklusif dan spiritual

Abstract

Religious multiculturalism awareness is needed in society in order to realize interfaith harmony. However, the formation of such awareness faces challenges in the form of conflicts of values and beliefs between groups. The purpose of this research is to identify solutions to value conflicts within the framework of forming awareness of religious multiculturalism from the maqashid shari'ah perspective. The research method used in this analytical paper is a bibliometric study that refers to the principles developed in the two disciplines of Maqashid Shariah and Multicultural Education. The results of the analysis show that the reconstruction of an inclusive religious education curriculum is a strategic solution, by incorporating the values of tolerance, justice and equality as the foundation of multicultural education. In conclusion, the formation of multicultural-religious awareness through an inclusive curriculum can minimize value conflicts. This requires the cooperation of relevant stakeholders in its implementation. Further research is recommended to evaluate the effectiveness of the inclusive curriculum implementation in fostering moderate tolerance from the maqashid shari'ah perspective.

Abstract

Religious moderation as a point of view can be a solution for mutual openness,accept differences, and maintain inter-religious harmony. Strengthening this moderation should also beintroduced early on to students so that they are not easily influenced by religious thoughts thatextreme, and close themselves to other religions through the role of a teacher of Islam. DestinationThis research is to describe the role of PAI teachers and to find out the supporting andobstacle in building religious moderation in SMA Negeri 5 Tasikmalaya City. This researchusing a descriptive qualitative approach. The place of research is SMAN 5 which has criteriaappropriate in this study. Collecting data using interview and documentation techniques.Data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, presenting and interestingconclusion. The validity of the data is done by using sources and triangulation techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1. The role of PAI teachers in building religious moderation inSMAN 5 Koa Tasikmalaya includes: a. Conservator as PAI teacher is responsible for his attitude,b. PAI teacher transmitters (successors) act as motivators and mentors, c. Innovators(developer) PAI teachers collaborate with all teachers from various religions, d. Teacherorganizers (executors) carry out the innovated activities, e. Transformers, PAI teachertranslating grades by becoming figures for students; 2. The values ​​of religious moderation that are builtamong others; justice (adl), balance (tawazun), simplicity (I'tidal), unity andbrotherhood (ittihad wa ukuwah). 3. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors in buildingModeration of religion in schools include: Supporting factors, namely PAI teachers have self-abilityand very supportive experiences to build religious moderation. Abstract

Based on the findings and discussion, it was concluded that: 1) Scout Education Management focused onthe process of personality formation, life skills, and noble character scouts through KMD, KML, KPD, PitaranTrainers, KPL, Karang Pamitran, Mabi Orientation, Mainstay Courses, Saka Pamong Course , 2) there is still alack of qualified human resources both as trainers and mentors, Budget, implementation and stagnant curriculum,inadequate facilities, 3) Efforts to overcome problems, namely HR development, diversity curriculum, completingeducation programs, cadre of young trainers empowered in each course or orientation, self-identity of coaches andcoaches as good role models through among systems, and separation of positions.4) Conceptual and programmaticresults, the development of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, and skills / abilities as human beings and citizens ofIndonesia in the context of Pancasila values and morality which are also called spiritual skills that practicereligious principles and implement the basic principles of Scouting and practice Pancasila, 5) Steps for futureimprovement are carried out by improving the image of trainers and coaches through activities with basicprinciples and scouting methods accompanied by 6 (six) integrated Sanusi value systems

Abstract

Professionalism in the learning process should be a mustfulfilled for teachers in teaching. Many of these criticisms have been made by some parties,it is something that is natural to be addressed wisely and wisely by interested parties. WhereThe concept of a professional teacher will always be associated with knowledge of insight and knowledgeeducation policy, learning and learning theory, educational research (classroom action), evaluationlearning, educational leadership, classroom/school management, and technologyinformation and communication. For this reason, the role of the teacher is very demanded in determining the businessimproving the quality of formal education. It means that gum which is a learning agent must be able toorganize the learning process as well as possible, in supporting developmenteducation. Therefore, teachers need to be developed as a dignified profession, such as:what is mandated in Permandinas No. 16 of 2007 concerning Academic Qualification Standardsand Teacher Competency dated May 4, 2007. Where it is stated that teacher competency standardsdeveloped as a whole from four main competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personality,social and professional. In Law no. 14 of 2005, professional means work or activityfrom someone and become a source of income for life that requires expertise, skills, orskills that meet certain quality standards or norms and require professional education.Professional is (1) concerned with the profession (field of work based on education)certain skills); (2) requires special skills to run it; (3) requires that there bepayment for doing so. Problems and challenges in the era of globalization demand improvementquality of democratization, transparency, quality culture and human rights. IMTAQ development and accelerationScience and technology requires quality human resources who are able to go international. The free market demands all nationsto prepare quality human resources so as not to depend on other nations. Quality human resources andable to face international competition, it is only possible through proper educationMeanwhile, Indonesia is a very crucial problem in improving the quality of educationnationally, among others: 1) Mismatched teachers at various levels of education. 2) Lack of equityteachers in urban and rural areas, particularly in remote areas. 3)Government policy"zero growth". 4) There is a shortage of teachers. Based on research findings and discussionIn chapter IV there are several conclusions that can be made. This conclusion is the finding of answers fromThe objectives and research questions are: 1. Initial identification of needs, as materials for makingplanning has not been implemented properly, so it is the main cause of ineffectivenessthe training process organized by the training center, 2 The implementation of the training has notaccommodate the principles of integrated teaching and learning strategies so as to cause concern forparticipants.3.Several evaluation models before, during the process, and after the training have not beenwell implemented by the training center. The training center has not been able to identify its unmet needs. So that the training center does not know the opportunities that have not beenutilized, training centers are less able to use information sources that can be used toachieve the training program, and also the Balai has not been able to assess the weaknesses and strengthstraining program procedures.systems

Abstract

This article describes the implementation of mursalah maslahat as an alternative source of lawIslam is related to transaction practices in the modern era that are increasingly flexible so that they canaccountable in sharia and can answer the challenges of the times. This researchusing qualitative methods and is a library research. Documentation data thatobtained from primary and secondary sources then reduced, verified and presented. ResultsThis research is: The perspective of the schools of jurisprudence, the pros and cons of the maslahah theory andthe comparison with qiyas, which turns out to only dwell in the realm of kaimat terms, becausein practice all schools use maslahah mursalah. Various forms of developmentIslamic economics, both institutional and product, shows that the role of maslahah mursalahvery significant. Like the trend of increasingly widespread Islamic banking, the emergence of Islamic credit cardswhich facilitates various transactions, updates in mudharabah transactions such as obligations,guarantee and profit sharing as profit sharing method. Abstract

Language is a characteristic that distinguishes humans from other creatures, so that language has become a human characteristic. These results show 1) There are differences in the learning outcomes of Arabic vocabulary mastery for class VI students as the experimental group (the group that uses the singing method in vocabulary learning 3) Based on the results of the questionnaire that the author gave to class VI MI Miftahul Huda Tasikmalaya students as the experimental group, it can be seen that based on the questionnaire, almost all students liked Arabic, although almost all also stated that learning Arabic vocabulary was indeed difficult. Most of the students had never used the singing method before in learning Arabic vocabulary. After being taught Arabic vocabulary using the singing method, most of the students stated that the singing method was interesting and that the singing method needed to be used in learning Arabic vocabulary.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the Imams of Madzhab thought about corruption and what the basics of each thought were. The research method used in this study is normative juridical research and it can be concluded: 1. Corruption in the minds of the Imams of Madzhab is an act of violating the Shari'a. Islamic Shari'a aims to realize the benefit for humanity with what is known as maqashidussy syaria'ah. From the perspective of the wider context of Islamic teachings, corruption is an act that is contrary to the principles of justice, accountability and responsibility. Corruption can cause various distortions to the life of the State and society which can be categorized into acts of damage to the face of the earth (facade). 2. The rationale of the Imam madzhab for punishment for perpetrators of corruption is to place corruption in the category of takzir takzir, takzir is a legal sanction that is imposed on a person who commits a crime that commits violations related to the rights of Allah SWT and human rights, and violations - the violation is not explicitly determined in the form of sanctions in the texts of the Al-Quran and hadith, because it is not strictly determined, the takzir becomes the competence of the judge or local authorities. Takzir legal sanctions can be in the form of prison sentences, fines, inclusion in the list of disgraceful persons, dismissal laws, and even the death penalty.
