Abstract

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan di industri otomotif yang memproduksi velg untuk mobil dan sepeda motor. Banyak laporan aktivitas produksi menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel, yang menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pemrosesan data. Proses pengolahan data dalam laporan kegiatan produksi masih butuh waktu yang lama karena tidak didukung oleh sistem komputer. Mengingat permasalahan tersebut, maka harus ada pelaporan kegiatan produksi untuk mengatasi masalah di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini tujuannya untuk membuat laporan kegiatan produksi dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter, dengan mengolah data laporan kegiatan produksi secara termonitoring dan sistematis akan dihasilkan laporan kegiatan produksi harian yang tepat. Diharapkan hasil penelitian berupa laporan aktivitas produksi yang dihasilkan akan memberikan kemudahan untuk pengolahan data produksi dari pelaporan harian hingga laporan bulanan, kemudian penyajian laporan data aktivitas produksi pada PT XYZ dapat tersimpan dalam database, sehingga diharapkan dapat mempercepat dalam hal pencarian data.

Abstract

Fulfillment of the SN-DIKTI standards which consist of 24 standards is the obligation of universities to implement them and research is part of the tridarma activities of higher education. Evaluation is the most important part that cannot be left out in the quality assurance cycle. Internal Quality Audit is an evaluation process for standard assurance of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) as a form of effort made by universities to see whether the SPMI standards set by the university are effective or not. This Internal Quality Audit (AMI) model is focused on the field of research carried out by teaching staff at STIE YA Bangko. This internal quality audit, of course, refers to the SPMI standard in the field of research that has been set by STIE YA Bangko. This model is a web-based expert system using the Forward Chaining technique which can be used by auditors to carry out internal quality audits in the research field. This modeling can work well in conducting consultations.

Abstract

The trend of using technology is currently growing rapidly, especially in the field of education. As a result of the current pandemic, all learning is done online. Apart from all that, to improve the quality of each school competing in creating learning media as a tool in improving the quality of human resources, especially students. SMP X will build an android-based biology learning application as a new learning medium to improve students' understanding of biology learning materials, this application was created not to replace classroom learning but as an additional learning method by utilizing technology. Of course, before designing this android-based biology learning application, service providers must prepare various needs for the system to be built, the duration of the work and calculate the costs that must be spent. The method used in this research is a literature study of various cases in journals or articles that discuss the problem of software project management analysis according to the schedule and costs set so as to produce a descriptive analysis. The results of this study are an overview of system requirements, work schedules and costs that will be issued

Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan dokumen terpenting dalam suatu perusahaan, dengan perkembangan teknologi dan akses internet yang sudah luas maka google spreadsheet dipilih untuk menyusun laporan keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Memengah (UMKM) dikarenakan penggunaannya sangat mudah dan dapat diakses diberbagai perangkat gadget. Banyak UMKM yang telah menggunakan aplikasi akuntansi berbasis software komputer yang terintegrasi, namun mereka tetap menggunakan Google Spreadsheet atau excel sebagai data awal maupun sebagai data cadangan perusahaan. Banyak juga UMKM yang masih menggunakan cara tradisional dalam pembukuan keuangannya seperti UMKM lainnya. UMKM tersebut masih melakukan pencatatan akuntansi dengan secara manual, hal tersebut disebabkan keterbatasan dana untuk membeli aplikasi akuntansi yang terintegrasi, maka dari itu perlu dirancang model penyusunan laporan keuangan UMKM menggunakan Google Spreadsheet. Hal ini diharapkan dapat membantu UMKM lainnya yang ingin menyusun laporan keuangan dengan mudah, murah dan sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Entitas Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah berlaku efektif per 1 Januari 2018 menggunakan aplikasi Google Spreadsheet. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make it easier for students to use learning methods to help train mastery of foreign languages. The more developed an information technology and information system allows one to easily access various information that is spread on the internet. Not infrequently we can learn various learning media, especially foreign language material on the internet without having to take private lessons or take foreign language courses outside. OmeTV is a live video streaming application that is popular and easy to make this happen, allowing other ometv users from within the country and abroad to meet in the ometv room to simply interact, get to know each other, exchange cultures, entertain each other. others, even to train and hone, as well as develop mastery of foreign languages. The method applied in this research is the Literature Study method. The end result of using this method is useful information regarding the use of the OmeTV application. Abstract

To operate in a business system, a company must have a good mastery of knowledge about its customers, products and services. Product information that is clearly stated is the main basis of the business system. Decision support systems that are enriched with clear product information can increase customer satisfaction with the company's products and services. Product information consists of paint color and paint type. This decision support system is designed to be a knowledge base of paint, paint color, paint type and search for the type of paint that customers are looking for. In this Final Project, the author will create a decision support system using the SAW method and an electronic catalog (E Catalog) using the Android Studio application and using the waterfall method. This decision support system can help customers to choose the type of paint based on product quality. This decision support system will be a system with various types of paint according to customer needs with a list of paint colors according to customer needs to increase customer satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACT In planning accurate drug needs, the drug procurement becomes more effetive and efficient, so that it can be available with the type and amount that is needed. Clustering data mining can be used to analyze drug usage, drug palnning and management at the health center. The method that will be applied is the clustering method on drug data using the K-Means algorithm which can divide data into clusters so that data has similarities will be grouped into one group and different data will be combined in other groups. The purpose of this study was to classify drug data at the Karangsambung health center which could be used as a reference for decision making in planning and supplying drugs at the Karangsambung health center. The results of this study are classifying the level of drugs use at the Karangsambung health center, where the data was taken from 2019 to 2022. The resulting data was grouped into 3 clusters, which later collected high, medium and low usage.

Abstract

Management of data administration staffing within an organization or institution holding the role is important in the process of administration. In the case of this system of administration personel be one of the factors which affect the agency staffing and training regency XYZ thus greatly expected to process management administration employment in the service of the filing can be done with quickly and efficiently with the web based staffing administration system design can facilitate the admin in inputting administration data reducing the time that is quite long minimize the possibility of errors in recording and speed up the search process. Manage administration submission data through the process of filing the administration that can generate a report and letter of introduction storing the data administration to the MySQL database is easy and fast at the same securing the data administration of the order not be accessible to all people.

Abstract

Management Information System (MIS) is an information system that is specifically used by organizations for managing all matters relating to the management function and can be used in assisting organizational decision making. In its implementation, the Management Information System can function optimally if it is supported by quality technology and resources and has a commitment to organizational development. The management of the personnel management system at PMI Kudus Regency currently has several obstacles in processing its personnel data which results in problems due to errors in which data processing is still done conventionally, employee data synchronization cannot be done properly because data recording has not been carried out in an integrated manner. Based on some of these constraints, the research developed a web-based personnel management information system design using the UML design method. It is hoped that by utilizing this personnel management system the management of personnel data at PMI Kudus Regency can be managed properly and effectively in order to improve services, especially in the field of personnel.
