Abstract

Tujuan riset ini ialah untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui tingkat kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong. Populasi yang diteliti berjumlah 123 pekerja. Sampel sebanyak 95 karyawan dipilih menggunakan Sloane sampling dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kinerja pegawai dan promosi melalui etos kerja berada pada tingkat yang baik. Penilaian positif menunjukkan bahwa (1) semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang yang efisien dan efektif, (2) promosi kerja yang efektif berdampak positif dan bermanfaat terhadap semangat kerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang. ) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang, (5) etos kerja diterima dengan baik dan bermanfaat bagi pegawai yang bekerja di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Padang, (6) Kerja yang efisien dan efektif bagi pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong, dan (7) memajukan kerja yang efektif dan bermanfaat bagi para pegawai yang bekerja melalui kepuasan kerja Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pudong.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the feasibility of stock investment at PT. Kino Indonesia,Tbk., with growth analysis, profitability, liability and stock valuation. Using the case study method and quantitative approach, the result of the analysis show that the fundamental and profitability of the Company is in bad condition, even though it’s share price is below fair value. Investors are advised to monitor the company's future efforts, to improve their performance. Cause, it’s far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price, than a fair company at a wonderful price.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the influence of brand ambassadors and brand awareness on purchasing decisions moderated by brand image on Le Minerale consumers at Indomaret Soekarno Hatta, Malang City. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Primary data was obtained from 98 respondents. Data analysis used path analysis with the help of SPSS and Smartt-PLS software version 3. The results of this study indicate that (1) brand ambassadors do not influence purchasing decisions: (2) brand awareness influences purchasing decisions (3) brand image does not play a role in moderating the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchasing decisions: (4) brand image does not play a role in moderating the relationship between brand ambassadors and purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research investigates the role of content marketing in building brand loyalty through an empirical analysis. It evaluates the effectiveness of various content marketing strategies, including informative articles, engaging videos, and interactive social media posts, in enhancing consumer loyalty. The study emphasizes the importance of consumer engagement, perceived value, and two-way communication in fostering brand loyalty. Informative articles are valued for their ability to provide useful information and build trust. Engaging videos create emotional connections and memorable experiences, while interactive social media posts encourage active participation and community building. The perceived value of content, defined by its usefulness, relevance, and quality, is critical in determining consumer engagement and loyalty. Two-way communication, involving reciprocal interactions between brands and consumers, plays a pivotal role in building loyalty. It enhances engagement by facilitating direct dialogue, personalizing interactions, and effectively addressing consumer feedback and concerns. The research concludes that brands should focus on robust communication channels, personalized content, and active feedback mechanisms to strengthen consumer relationships.

Abstract

Low compensation given to companies is the cause of low employee commitment to the company. Many organizations are found to consider employees as not their main asset. This is evidenced by the large number of workers complaining about the amount of compensation they receive which is not fair, appropriate and reasonable, so that many employees look for other jobs which they think are more prosperous, ultimately turnover increases, this indicates that company management is unhealthy. The formulation of the problem in this research is How does employee compensation contribute to employee commitment at STIE IBMI Medan. This research aims to find out and analyze how employee compensation contributes to employee commitment at STIE IBMI Medan. Based on observations and interviews, research results show that compensation contributes to employee commitment, meaning that if employee compensation is fair, appropriate and reasonable then employee commitment will increase to the company, so that employees will devote all their energy, thoughts and knowledge to the company to the fullest so that the company can progressing rapidly. The hypothesis in this research is that employee compensation contributes to employee commitment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely descriptive research that tends to use analysis. Data was obtained by observation and interviews.

Abstract

Airports play a crucial role in the transportation system, linking flights with ground transportation and supporting the global economy. Flight safety is a top priority, and one important aspect of ensuring it is the optimization of the perimeter in the airport's airside area. At Oesman Sadik Airport, there is an issue with inadequate runway fencing, which causes the public to frequently approach the runway and threaten flight safety. This study aims to identify the constraints in optimizing the perimeter in the airside area of Oesman Sadik Airport and provide recommendations to enhance the security system for better flight safety.This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to evaluate perimeter optimization in the airside area of Oesman Sadik Airport in September 2023. The subjects are airport employees, and the object of the study is the perimeter system itself. Primary data is collected through interviews and observations, while secondary data includes documents such as SOPs and airport maps. Data analysis involves reduction, presentation, and verification. Data validity is tested using source and method triangulation. The research steps include observation, problem identification, planning, data collection, analysis, and conclusion.The results show that steps for optimizing the perimeter at Oesman Sadik Airport include utilizing advanced technology, enhancing security personnel, and physical improvements to significantly improve flight safety. Addressing the constraints in optimization requires a structured approach, including a thorough evaluation of security needs, efficient resource allocation, strong partnerships with relevant parties, and the implementation of innovative and adaptive solutions to face technical and environmental security challenges at the airport.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of E-Wom, Brand Image and Influencers on Purchasing Decisions at the Tokopedia Marketplace in DKI Jakarta. The population in this research is consumers who use the Tokopedia marketplace in DKI Jakarta, totaling 205 people. The population in this research are consumers who use the Tokopedia marketplace in Jabodetabek. Data analysis techniques used in this research include outer model testing (Convergent Validity, Discriminate Validity, Composite Reability), inner model hypothesis testing (R square value, Goodness of Fit Model boostraping), Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers and processed using a program Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this research show that E-Wom has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Influencers have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of monitoring and punishment on work discipline. The population in this study were employees of PT Bintang Kreasi Aroma. The sample in this study amounted to 73 employees. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire and unstructured interview. The data analysis method uses SPSS 25. This study proves that monitoring has a positive effect on work discipline. Punishment has a positive effect on work discipline. Monitoring and punishment together affect work discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction by using outsourcing PT. Indonesian Men's Anchor. The type of data used in this research is primary data. The method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The population in this study are customers of PT. Jangkar Putra Indonesia and the number of samples in this study were 113 customers. The data collection method uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 25 data processing software. The results of the study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positif and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfactions.

Abstract

PT. Talco Creative Indonesia Tangerang City is a company engaged in digital marketing and social media management which runs various kinds of event programs, media releases and social media management. This company has been established since 2020 and is located in Griya Jakarta block i1 No. 24 South Tangerang, Banten Province, Indonesia. PT. Talco Creative Indonesia Tangerang City also makes a product that focuses on media relations and event organizers. As well as focusing on solving problems by providing main needs such as pre-production to post-production needs and educational needs in the form of event planning, leadership and organizational structure. The data collection methods in this thesis research are questionnaires, observations, literature studies with a population of 33 employees and using a sample of 33. Determined using saturated sampling techniques and using the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this research show that work culture has a partial and significant effect. on employee performance. The work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee performance. Work Culture and Work Environment simultaneously influence employee performance.
