Indomaret, as one of the largest convenience store chains in Indonesia, has become an important part of the lifestyle of urban communities. The rapid growth in the number of Indomaret outlets spread across various regions has made Indomaret the main destination for consumers looking for practical and easily accessible commodities and services. Research design is a type of research in which researchers design learning materials (such as learning activities and learning trajectories) for a particular topic and also at the same time build a theory about the learning process for that topic. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the results show that in the tests carried out on product quality variables, partial influence on purchasing decisions is significant. Based on the results of the t test carried out, it shows that the tcount value is greater than the ttable value, namely 4.392 2.322 with a significance level of 0.025 0.05. research results and discussion as well as hypothesis testing which aims to analyze the influence of product quality and service quality on consumer satisfaction.

PT Upods Karya Indonesia is a vape manufacturer in Indonesia whose mission is to provide smokers with the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of vaping as a low-risk tobacco delivery device. This study aims to see the effect of career development and work motivation on employee job satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research methods. The sampling method uses Saturated Sampling. The sample used in the study was 62 respondents. Data collection metods in research are observation, interview, and literature study methods. The data used in this study is primary data which is data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The results of the T test show that the Career Development variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. And Work Motivation Variables have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The results of the F Test show that the Career Development and Work Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Upods Karya Indonesia.

This research is entitled "The Influence of Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Employees of the III Regiment of the Pioneer Force". This study aims to see the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance partially and simultaneously. A sample taken for respondents. This study is a quantitative research by testing hypotheses using SPSS version 20. The results of the t-test (partial) test on the motivation variable showed that t counted 5.546 > t table 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the motivation variable partially affected and significant on the performance of employees of the III Passukan Pioneer Regiment. The results of the t-test (partial) test on the work discipline variable showed a t count of 4.973 > 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 < from 0.05, meaning that the work discipline variable partially affected and significant on employee performance III Regiment of the Pioneer Force. Based on the output results of SPSS version 20, the results of the f test (simultaneous) test show that the F value is greater than the f table or 441.704 > 3.16 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) together have a significant and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

This research aims to analyze the influence of disruption, diffusion, digitalization, and de-siloage on purchasing decisions. This research uses a primary data collection method, namely by distributing questionnaires where the population in this research is Shopee users in Surakarta City. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling. With a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results of this research show that disruption has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, diffusion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, digitalization has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and de-siloage has a positive effect and significant to purchasing decisions.

A good logistic system is really needed in a company to help in its development process. The aim of this research is to evaluate the logistic system and inventory cost at PT Solid Global Solution. This research uses qualitative methods with secondary data obtained from the observation and interview process. There are several problems found in the company which caused an increase in shortage costs and holding costs. These findings provide suggestions for improvements that can be implemented in order to minimize inventory costs incurred.

The type of research used in this research is survey research, with a quantitative approach, a questionnaire as a data collection tool containing structured statements given to respondents. The number of samples determined in this study was 52 people using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used is Correlation and Simple Linear Regression analysis. From the analysis carried out it is obtained that rxy=0.969 states that the correlation between variable X (Supervision) and Variable Y (Employee Performance) can be interpreted as a very strong correlation and the contribution of variable X to variable Y is 94 %. The results of the regression test obtained a value of a = 2.455 and a value of b = 0.943, so this was substituted into the linear regression formula: Ŷ = 2.455 + 0.943 ) Employee Performance is 2,455. The regression coefficient (B) = 0.943 states that for every additional value of the variable (X) Supervision, it is predicted that the value of the variable (Y) Employee Performance will increase by 0.943.

The objective of this study is to analyze the factors that have contributed to the rapid growth of digital marketing on social media, evaluate the importance of digital marketing in the context of social media in the digital age, and identify efficient strategies for implementing digital marketing on social media. The research methodology employed included a quantitative research design with a questionnaire distributed to Generation Z respondents. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis software to assess the efficacy of digital marketing strategies on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. The findings of the study indicate that Instagram and TikTok are more effective in attracting the attention and engagement of Generation Z than Facebook. Instagram demonstrated the highest level of engagement with visual content, while TikTok exhibited a clear advantage in terms of interactive short video content. The primary factor influencing efficacy is the provision of informative and relevant content aligned with individual interests. The most effective digital marketing strategy entails the use of creative and interactive content on TikTok and Instagram platforms. In conclusion, the results indicate that TikTok and Instagram are more effective than Facebook in attracting the attention of and engaging with Generation Z. The use of visual, interactive, and authentic content is a key factor in the success of digital marketing strategies on these platforms. This study provides guidance for marketers in selecting effective social media platforms and designing digital marketing strategies to reach Generation Z audiences.

The secondhand clothing market has become a popular alternative choice among consumers, especially in big cities like Jambi. This study aims to explore the factors that influence purchasing decisions of secondhand clothing in Aurduri Market, Jambi City. With the growing interest in second-hand clothing, it is important to understand the variables that influence purchasing decisions to provide deeper insights for sellers and market stakeholders. This study used a quantitative method with a sample of 40 respondents who were randomly selected. Data was collected through a questionnaire designed to evaluate the influence of price, product quality, brand, and socio-cultural factors such as local trends and norms on purchasing decisions. The results showed that price was the dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions, followed by clothing quality and seller reputation. Socio-cultural factors also influence purchasing decisions, albeit with a smaller degree of influence. The findings provide valuable insights for used clothing sellers in Aurduri Market in formulating marketing strategies, as well as enriching the literature on consumer behavior in the context of the used clothing market in Indonesia.

Financial technology (fintech) has become a major driver of transformation in the global banking sector, offering innovative solutions that not only enhance operational efficiency but also expand the reach and quality of financial services. This study aims to explore how international banks integrate fintech technologies into their business strategies to remain competitive in the ever-evolving global market. By analyzing data from various sources, including case studies of leading banks and academic literature, this study highlights the strategic and operational impacts of fintech adoption. The findings indicate that the implementation of fintech not only improves transaction efficiency and security but also opens new market opportunities and promotes global financial inclusion. However, this study also identifies several challenges in fintech implementation, such as complex regulations and cybersecurity threats, and provides recommendations for effective implementation strategies to overcome these barriers.

Micro enterprises in Indonesia are known to have obstacles in innovating, even though innovation is one of the demands in today's modern industrial era. The involvement of innovation in business strategy can be a strength for micro enterprises to grow and develop. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of innovation models in mediating the relationship between business strategy and competitive advantage in micro-enterprises in Bandung City. The method used is descriptive analysis and verification with non-probability sampling techniques. Data processing uses the PLS-SEM model through SmartPLS 4.0 with 100 micro enterprises as respondents. The research findings state that business strategy has a significant effect on competitive advantage. In addition, it is known that process and product innovation mediate the influence of business strategy on competitive advantage, but only on differentiation strategy. Meanwhile, human resource innovation has no influence as a mediator. Therefore, micro enterprises that use differentiation strategy are advised to carry out process and product innovation to increase competitive advantage. However, micro-enterprises that implement cost-leadership strategy are recommended to focus on cost efficiency strategy.
