Abstract

Palembang City is a metropolitan city with a population of more than 1.5 million, as a result of this, there is a regional expansion, namely in the Jakabaring area where in this area there is Jakabaring Sport City. Jakabaring Sport City is an area that has sports facilities, namely stadiums and other supporting facilities so that it can attract local people to visit if there is a certain event or event. As a result of these results, it can increase waste generation. This study aims to identify the waste management system in the Jakabaring Sport City area of ​​Palembang City. The method used is a survey and observation, namely by measuring the composition of waste. The results of the study showed that the waste collection scheme uses a collection container which will then be transported to a temporary TPS. The results of measuring the composition of waste in this area show that based on the results of the survey on weekdays, namely Monday and Thursday, the largest waste composition was obtained, namely food waste of 36% to 42%, garden waste of 14% to 23% and plastic waste of 17% to 31%. The results of measuring the composition of waste on holidays, namely Sundays, obtained food waste of 36%, plastic waste of 26% and garden/park waste of 14%.

Abstract

Roads are infrastructure that function as a link between one region and another that is used by the general public, and is passed by various types of motorized vehicles. Road pavement damage often occurs before reaching the design age due to peeling due to excessive moisture. The use of vacuum residue (VR) in hot rolled sheet (HRS) mixtures for road construction involves several important technical and economic considerations. This study analyzed the Marshall characteristics of HRS mixture properties using VR. The VR used came from AMP PT. Pertamina Persero with an average asphalt content of 5.88%. The results showed that the Marshall parameters that did not meet were voids in the mixture (VIM) and voids filled with asphalt (VFA), for other parameters had met the 2018 Bina Marga specifications. The Marshall stability value obtained was 1979.55 kg with a Marshall Quotient of 395.91 kg / mm. Based on the results obtained, it shows that the use of VR in the HRS mixture can increase the Marshall stability value.

Abstract

In a project, planning and controlling time and cost is parts of contruction management project completely, Earned Value concept is one of method that can monitoring project’s performance from the cost and time goodly. This research has aim to know project’s performance from the time and cost side weekly, predict cost and time for job finishing rest of jobs. So it can get correction action what next will do for project developing. It use Earned Value Analisys by collecting data in the field development project Panti Bhaktiningsih Charitas Belitang Hospital. The results of the analysis of the Panti Bhaktiningsih Charitas Belitang Hospital construction project, namely the actual cost to complete the Panti Bhaktiningsih Charitas Belitang Hospital construction project from May 2017 to July 2018 was Rp. 19,883,148,800 with a Schedule Performance Index (SPI) value of 0.887 while the Cost Performance Index (CPI) was 1.034, which means that the project experienced delays in terms of schedule but incurred actual costs that were less than the work that had been carried out. Estimate to Completion (ETC) value is Rp. 7.333.436.666 and Estimate Cost at Completion (EAC) value is Rp.27.216.585.466,00 whereas Estimated Completion Date (ECD) value become 558 days from finishing the project.

Abstract

On the Tanjung Lubuk Road to Pulau Gemantung Ulu Village, it is a road that connects the OKI Regency and OKU Regency roads which are very important access for the smooth running of the economy. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the infrastructure of the connecting traffic road, in order to create better economic, social, cultural and educational growth. The method in this study uses road stability analysis with the IRI method and the Roadbump pro application which is applied to the Tanjung Lubuk village road - Pulau Gemantung Ulu Village, Tanjung Lubuk District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency with three types of vehicles, namely sedans, SUVs, pick-ups. Furthermore, the data obtained is validated using the QGIS application to be more accurate. The results of the study show a comparison between the types of Kijang Innova SUV vehicles in 2016, Cary Sedans in 2005 and Hilux Pick-Ups in 2014. The comparison of years and types of vehicles greatly affects the IRI value in the Roadbump Pro Application. The results of the digitization of road stability mapping using the QGIS Application taken from the IRI value results on the Roadbump pro Application on the 6 km Tanjung Lubuk District Road section have been accurate and appropriate where there are 3 criteria, namely green indicates good road conditions, yellow indicates moderate road conditions and red indicates damaged road conditions.

Abstract

The development of the construction industry in Indonesia is progressing rapidly, as evidenced by the increasing number of buildings, bridges, roads, and other structures built to meet the needs of the community. In 2022, the population of Banyuasin reached 839,401 people, with 89.23% owning their own homes, 1.81% renting, 7.00% living rent-free, and the remaining 1.96% falling into other categories. The Permen PUPR 2023 method is a cost calculation approach that includes components such as labor, materials, and equipment to determine unit prices for specific types of work. Meanwhile, the real method involves calculating coefficients based on manual calculations of the quantities of materials and wages used, adjusted to the specific work being carried out. The aim of this research is to determine the total cost values calculated using both methods—Permen PUPR 2023 and the real method—and to compare the differences between these total costs in the construction of the Prita Residence 2 subsidized housing project. Cost estimation was conducted based on the building volume calculated from the project drawings. Based on data processing, the Permen PUPR 2023 method resulted in a cost of Rp. 137,874,758, while the real method yielded a cost of Rp. 97,316,225, with a percentage difference of 29.41%.

Abstract

This study will evaluate concrete buildings with grades Fc'30 and Fc'35 in the planning model for the student organization building at Tridinanti University. The observation and literature approach was the research methodology employed in this study. The literature review, data collecting, planned structure drawings, primary data, structural modeling, load analysis, structural analysis, and design control are the eight stages of this research Structural analysis in compliance with SNI 2847-2019, SNI 1726-2019, and SNI 1727-2020 utilizing the ETABS application version 21.1. According to the results of the structural design utilizing the Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMM), the reinforcement is of quality Fy = 420 MPa, and the concrete utilized has a quality of Fc' = 30 MPa and Fc' = 35 MPa. Beam B1, measuring 400 x 200 mm, received reinforcement in the form of 4D13 and 6D13 for support, and 7D13 for field reinforcement. The child beam, measuring 250 mm by 150 mm, is produced by using 2D13 field reinforcement and 2D13 support reinforcement. Columns measuring 450 mm by 450 mm were found to have 2D-120 stirrup reinforcement in addition to 8D22 and 8D24 main reinforcement. The beam's tensile axial force is 693.1914 kN, compressive axial force is 1154.677 kN, shear force is 946.2809 kN, beam support moment is 1130.7728 kN, and field moment is 1007, 1748 kN. These are the resulting shear force, axial force, and moment of force. In the meantime, the column field moment is 6599.6249 kN, the column support moment is 2486.1633 kN, the column shear force is 3955.943 kN, and the column tensile axial force is 1902.8033 kN.

Abstract

Jalan Tanjung Barangan is located in Kecamatan Bukit Baru, Palembang City, which hydrologically is included in the Lambidaro river basin (DAS). Erosion occurred at several points along the road at Tanjung Barangan, with the dominant land use at the research location being housing. At this location, a landslide disaster occurred on December 25 2021. The aim of this research was to determine the value of erosivity, the amount of soil eroded per year and the level of erosion hazard using the USLE (Universal Soil Loss Equation) calculation method. Samples were taken at 3 points on Jalan Tanjung Barangan where sieve and soil erodibility tests will be carried out in the laboratory. Furthermore, for the purposes of calculating erosion values, slope level, vegetation cover factors, secondary data was also collected in the form of rainfall data for 5 years at two rain post points, namely SMB II and Tanjung Barangan obtained from BMKG and the Ministry of PUPR BBWS Sumatra VIII, slope map slopes and topographic maps that will be analyzed together with the samples. The research found that the erosivity value of rain in the Lambidaro watershed was 235,374 kj/yr, eroded soil in the Tanjung Barangan area of Palembang City was 26.42 tons/yr/ha and the level of erosion hazard that occurred at the research location was class II with a mild classification, namely eroded soil. as much as 15-60 tons/year/ha.

Abstract

Waste is a major problem faced by Indonesia that must be resolved immediately. Along with the increasing population, consumption levels and technological advances are factors in the increasing amount of waste produced. Muara Enim Regency has 22 (twenty-two) Districts, currently the coverage of waste services has only reached 29.44%, only able to serve 2 (two) Districts, namely Muara Enim District and Lawang Kidul District under the supervision of the Muara Enim Waste UPTD and Lawang Kidul Waste UPTD, with 1 (one) existing Final Processing Site (TPA) namely the Bukit Kancil TPA located in Muara Enim City. Muara Enim District. Which causes low service coverage, waste handling percentage. This study aims to determine the right waste management to be implemented in Muara Enim Regency.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, regional improvements can be seen through infrastructure development which is one of the important and essential aspects to accelerate the development process of a country and region. The central and regional governments continue to expand infrastructure throughout Indonesia every year. Infrastructure not only concerns the development of the transportation sector such as the construction of roads and bridges, but also basic service facilities in other sectors such as the business world, education, and health. The problem of poverty can be overcome by having infrastructure that supports the local community which can be done in the form of cooperation between business entities, this is stated in Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 2015. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the development of road, health, education and clean water infrastructure on poverty rates using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The data obtained came from the Central Statistics Agency of PALI Regency from 2019 - 2023. The data will be analyzed using a descriptive and quantitative approach, namely explaining the trends that occur. The results of the study showed that the variable that greatly influenced the poverty rate was the human development index (HDI) with a Pearson correlation of 0.970 and a multiple regression coefficient of 0.448.

Abstract

Tourist attractions have an important role in the economic development of a region, but can also cause negative impacts such as environmental pollution due to operational activities of tourist attractions that invite many visitors which can produce waste. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the environmental impacts that occur due to operational activities of the Sriwijaya Kingdom Archaeological Park in Palembang City. The research method used is survey and observation as well as sampling of ambient water and air quality which will later be analyzed by an accredited laboratory. Furthermore, the data analysis carried out is in the form of descriptive data analysis. The results of testing air and surface water quality samples showed that all parameters tested did not exceed the established environmental quality standards, and the noise level also did not exceed the threshold. For the magnitude of traffic congestion, a V/C value of 0.31 was obtained, which indicates that the traffic flow generated from this activity is a stable flow. Thus, the operational activities of the Sriwijaya Kingdom Archaeological Park tourist attraction do not affect environmental quality, but it is necessary to monitor the water quality around the location of the activity.
