Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze in depth the academic performance of the supervision carried out by the principal in improving the performance of teachers at the State Kindergarten in the Kampung Rakyat District. The research method uses qualitative data collection techniques, observations, interviews and conclusions. The results of the research Planning for academic supervision by the principal at the Kampung Rakyat State Kindergarten can be well structured. It can be seen that the supervision planning starts from compiling a supervision schedule, determining the purpose of supervision, implementing supervision, the techniques needed, the instruments to be used, and important things that support the implementation of good supervision. Giving motivation to teachers is able to provide encouragement to improve teacher performance. The role of the principal in fostering teacher work motivation by carrying out academic supervision. The implementation of academic supervision by the principal is carried out according to the planning stages of academic supervision and takes a humanist approach that creates comfort for teachers, even the teacher is used as a friend to discuss and agree on the implementation of follow-up supervision of academic supervision starting from face-to-face direct coaching, evaluation, and analyze and process the results of the evaluation which in the end prepare a follow-up report and carry out the follow-up. In connection there are principals who find teachers who have difficulty in carrying out learning evaluations, the principals try to overcome them.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Analyze the validity of the e-module flip pdf based on a scientific approach in improving the spatial ability of students at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. 2) Finding a pdf flip e-module based on a scientific approach that is practical in improving the spatial ability of the students of MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. 3) Finding a flip pdf e-module based on an effective approach in improving the spatial ability of students at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. This research is a development research. The development model used in this study is the 4-D Thiagarajan model. The results showed that: 1) E-module flip pdf based on scientific approach that was developed meets the criteria of validity, practicality and effectiveness; 2) The increase in spatial ability using the e-module flip pdf based on a scientific approach increased in terms of the Ngain trial I by 0.30 with low criteria and in the second trial by 0.37 with moderate criteria.

Abstract

Categorization of Islamic thinking (bayani and burhani). Using library research, with literature data sources, books, articles, manuscripts. Shows that epistemology talks about the sources and ways of obtaining knowledge. Sources of knowledge include; mind, senses, heart, and religion. How to gain knowledge by functioning of the senses of the heart, religion that is adapted to the character of religion. As a categorization of thinking, Bayani means continuity, separate or separate, clear, bright, the ability to make light and clear. Characterized by textual reasoning used to analyze the texts of the texts (al-Qur'an and hadith). Burhani means argument, which is clear. Centered on the power of the senses, reason with the rules of logic. Used by philosophers to study, understand objects in the non-physical realm.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the ability of students of PGSD UPBJJ UT Medan to the ability to summarize the module by using the speed reading method. It is hoped that by using this speed reading method, students can easily summarize the contents of the module. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental method with a research design of Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. This study took a sample of 14 experimental class students and 15 control class students. The instrument of this research is a description test which consists of 10 questions related to the ability to summarize the content of the module. Test validity is calculated by construct validity. To measure the validity of the construct can use the opinion of experts (Expert Judgment). After testing the hypothesis using the independent samples T-Test analysis technique, it was obtained that tcount was 0.021 at a significance level of <0.05. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected because 0.021 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the speed reading method on the ability to summarize the contents of the module.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the Strengthening of Digital Citizhenship Education in Social Media to Grow Good Digital Citizens in FKIP students at Syiah Kuala University. The data collection method in this study used in-depth interviews, in-depth interviews were tried to get information that fits the research focus. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of descriptive research. Descriptive research is research that is made with the main objective of givingan objective reflection of an atmosphere. The location of this research is at the FKIP of Syiah Kuala University, namely on Jl. date Hasan Krueng Kalee, Kopelma Darussalam, Kec. Syiah Kuala, Banda Aceh City. The results of this study are that the convenience of social media is very easy to access from the results of interviews from users who continue to use social media by respecting and appreciating differences (Respect) while maintaining emotional resilience,responsibility, responsibility, then other data are also found students think that in social media they need to analyze and seek the truth, logical thinking when doing activities on social media/cyberspace . then what is so important about this social media is good ethics, limiting time and being wise.

Abstract

This study aims to explore, examine, and describe the implementation of disciplinary character education in and it is hoped that policies that support the success of character education can be found. This research is a qualitative approach. The research was conducted with the subject of school principals, teachers and students. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of checking the validity of the data used is the triangulation technique. The results of the study show that implementing disciplined character education is carried out through nine policies, namely (1) creating a character education program; (2) establish school rules and class rules; (3) performing Dhuha and Dhuhur prayers in congregation; (4) create affective posts in each class; (5) monitoring students' disciplinary behavior at home through daily activity logbooks; (6) giving affective messages in various corners of the school; (7) involving parents; (8) involving the school committee and (9) creating a conducive classroom climate.

Abstract

Basically this research is intended to see the level of feasibility and effectiveness of developing ICT learning media in the form of interactive power points on PKN material. This research was conducted at PAB 23 Patumbak Private Elementary School. The subjects of this study were all fourth grade students at PAB 23 Patumbak Private Elementary School. This research method is Borg & Gall development research. The results showed (1) Based on the results of the analysis of ICT learning media products from experts it was declared very effective and feasible to use with the criteria of validity of material experts 85.00%, design experts 91.23%, and linguists 87.34%; 2) ICT learning media based on experiential learning is categorized as practical because ICT learning media based on experiential learning results from student responses have increased; and 3) ICT learning media based on experiential learning is said to be effectively used in learning with the assumption that students' understanding is higher when using ICT learning media based on experiential learning in the PKN learning process.

Abstract

The skill of opening and closing this lesson is neither easy nor difficult, but sometimes the teacher forgets the importance of this skill. The purpose of this research is to find out about the nature of basic teaching skills, especially the opening and closing parts of learning. The method used in this research is literature study. The results of this study are that there are 8 KDM which are considered very instrumental in the success of teaching and learning activities, namely questioning skills, reinforcement skills, variations skills, explaining skills, skills of opening and closing lessons, skills of guiding small group discussions, skills of managing classes, skills teach small groups and individually.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development needs of the development of digitally integrated KBAT-based thematic elementary school teaching modules. The research was conducted using a survey method at 9 (nine) elementary schools in Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh districts. The research subjects were 18 classroom teachers who taught thematic learning. The objects studied were the responses of school principals and teachers to the development of KBAT integrated digital-based elementary thematic teaching module development, the tendency of teachers to apply thematic models in school learning, student reasoning, and student character. Data were collected by interviews, questionnaires, observations, and tests. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis show that (1) school principals have not provided guidance on developing thematic models, so they support development efforts.

Abstract

This research is based on the occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of Character education is an important part that cannot be ignored, it needs a serious and systematic approach as an effort to maintain the values of national nationalism which of course are increasingly fading due to the swift currents of globalization. Through history education, national values are instilled in every process of learning history so that history is taught not only as a lesson about the past and stops in the past but is also able to provide inspiration, ideas for the younger generation to realize the importance of nationalism and a sense of pride in their homeland. and work according to the times for the progress of the Indonesian nation. Globalization has penetrated into various aspects of life, political, economic, social and cultural as well as increasingly sophisticated technology is a necessity that must be accepted.
