Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the development requirements for creating HOTS-based thematic elementary school teaching modules that are digitally connected. In North Sumatra Province, the study was carried out utilizing a survey method at 9 Elementary Schools. 18 teachers of thematic learning in the classroom served as the research participants. The subjects of the study were principals' and teachers' reactions to the emergence of problem-based learning (PBL) integrated classrooms and social inclusion, instructors' propensity to use theme models in the classroom, students' thinking, and students' character. Interviews, questionnaires, observations, and tests were used to obtain the data. Data were descriptively examined. The analysis' findings demonstrate that school administrators have not offered advice on creating thematic models, therefore they are supportive of development initiatives

Abstract

True education is something that has a role as a foundation in human life. Therefore, the implementation of both formal and non-formal education must be carried out as well as possible and oriented towards the future of students. Education has the main goal of becoming a medium for developing potential and educating students, in this case students, so that they are ready to face life in the future. The era of globalization which is full of challenges, especially the world of education, requires students to be able to master literacy. It is known that literacy is an ability possessed by a person, both the ability to read, write, listen and speak. And what becomes one of the most important literacy in students is reading. Where reading is one of the language skills that must be possessed by students. Through the use of the teaching modules used, it is hoped that reading literacy will increase. This study aims to find out how the use of teaching modules increases reading literacy in PENDAS UPBJJ UT Padang students. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are by interview, observation, and documentation. The module is one of the teaching aids used by students in the lecture process. The existence of teaching modules can present new learning variants and make learning more understandable and reading activities can develop.

Abstract

This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research was conducted for 2 cycles with 3 meetings. Methods of data collection using written tests, observation sheets to observe the participation of Early Childhood Education students.The results showed that there was an increase in Student Participation Through Concept Map Learning for Early Childhood Education students. In cycle I it was 52.50% and in cycle II it was 75.83%. So, from cycle I to cycle II, students' reading comprehension ability increased by 23.33%. While the increase in student participation through learning concept maps for Early Childhood Education students in cycle I was 41.67% and in cycle II was 75%. So from cycle I to cycle II it increased 33.33%. Therefore it can be concluded that Concept Map learning can increase student participation in early childhood education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Letter Card Media on the Theme of Living in Harmony and the Sub-themes of Living in Harmony at Home to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Class II SD Negeri 095191 Lihas. The research design used was a quantitative approach with an experimental method in the form of a one group pretest posttest design without any comparison group. The population in this study were all second grade students at SD Negeri 095191 Lihas and the sample used was 30 students at SD Negeri 095191 Lihas. The sample technique used is random sampling with two research variables, namely the dependent variable in the form of student learning outcomes, and the independent variable in the form of letter card media. The data collection technique is the test technique. The results of testing the hypothesis using the t test technique paired sample t test with the help of the SPSS Version 21 program, based on the calculation results that the significant value is 0.000 <0.05, so that ho is rejected and ha is accepted or by slamming tcount > ttable with df = (n- 1) namely tcount = 14.68 > ttable = 2.04. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using letter card media on the theme of living in harmony, sub-theme of living in harmony at home, to improve student learning outcomes in class II SD Negeri 095191 Lihas

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of video media on student learning outcomes in Civics learning class IV SD Negeri 091542 Hutabayu. This research is an experimental research with Quasi Experimental Design. The design used in this research is Pretest-Postest. The sample in this experimental class research was fourth grade students at Public Elementary School 091542 Hutabayu and the control class research sample was fourth grade students at SD Negeri 091524 PNP Tonduhan. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research data, the results of hypothesis testing are obtained with the t-test, where t count = 2.30 if the significant value (2-tailed) <0.05, then there is a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class . The result of this study is the significance value (2-tailed) = 0.02. then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on these results it can be concluded that there is an influence of video media on student learning outcomes in thematic learning class IV SD Negeri 091542 Hutabayu.

Abstract

Development of multimedia-based power point learning media to improve PPKn learning outcomes for class III students on theme 4 "My Obligations and Rights". thesis. Basic education. graduate programs. Medan State University. 2023. This study aims to: (1) Describe the development of PPKn multimedia-based learning media for grade III students on theme 4 "My Obligations and Rights". (2) testing the feasibility of PPKn multimedia-based learning media for class III students on theme 4 "My Obligations and Rights". (3) Observing the increase in the results of Civics learning for class III students at SD 101884 Limau Manis. This research is a development research using the ADDIE development model namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were class III students at SD 101884 Limau Manis for the academic year 2022/2023, a total of 23 students. The instruments used were media expert validation questionnaires and PPKn material expert validation questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that (1) the process of developing multimedia-based power point learning media to improve PPKn learning outcomes for class III students in class III on theme 4 "My Obligations and Rights". Multimodal literacy-based literacy activities include five steps, namely: Analyze (analyze), Design (design), Development (development), Implementation (implementation), and Evaluation (assessment). (2) teaching materials for literacy activities based on multimodal literacy are feasible to use with an average percentage reaching 95.05% and the criteria are very feasible. 91 "high" criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Course Review Horay learning model on mathematical learning outcomes based on the learning independence of fifth grade students at SDN 103080 Tebing Tinggi. This research is a Quasi-Experimental research and the design used is Factorial Experimental. The population in this study were all fifth grade students at SDN 103080 Tebing Tinggi. The sample in this study was the VA class as the experimental class and the VB class as the control class. The sampling technique used in this research is Cluster Random Sampling. The instruments used were descriptive tests to measure mathematical learning outcomes and questionnaires to measure student learning independence. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the ???? test for all hypotheses. Based on the ???? tests carried out for hypotheses 1, 2 and 3, it was obtained ???? count > ???? table, meaning that ???? 1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between the experimental class which learns using the Course Review Horay model and the control class which learns using conventional learning. The average score in the experimental class is better than the average score in the control class. Whereas for hypothesis 4, it is obtained ???? count ? ???? table, meaning that ???? 1 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is no difference between the experimental class that learns using the Course Review Horay model and the control class that learns using conventional learning. With the same average score for the experimental class and the control class. The results of this study can be used by teachers to improve the quality of learning in class.

Abstract

Objective this research is to find out influence in a manner simultaneously , the influence of learning models based problem and motivation Study to results learning and ability solving problem students at SDN 174581 Sipahutar . This research is study experiment pseudo . Research data collected with test ability solving students and tests results learn science students . As for the amount sample in this research is 45 students with 26 students man boys and 19 students girl . Testing hypothesis done with use analysis manova . Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of Inquiry Training-based E-Modules in science subjects to improve HOTS literacy skills for Class IV Elementary School students. This research is a type of research and development (Reasearch and Development) using the ADDIE model ( Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation ). The results showed that the E-Module based on Inquiry Training in science subjects to improve HOTS literacy skills was "Very Eligible" with details of the average score given by design experts 4, 4 in the "Very Good" category with a feasibility presentation of 88 % with “Very Eligible” category. The material expert validation results were 4.56 in the "Very Good" category and the feasibility presentation rate was 91% in the "Very Eligible" category. And based on the results of the pre-test and post-test there was an increase in presentation of 29.3 %. Initial pre-test results were 5 4.5 % and post-test results were 8 4 %. Therefore it can be concluded that Inquiry Training-based E-Modules in science subjects to improve HOTS literacy skills are appropriate and effective for use in the learning process

Abstract

This research is motivated by PPKn learning activities still using conventional learning models so that learning is less than optimal. This study aims to determine: (1) how much influence the guided inquiry model has on students' social skills, (2) how much influence the guided inquiry model has on the learning outcomes of ppkn students in grade V of SD Negeri 091400 Dolok Saribu, (3) whether there is an interaction between social skills and ppkn learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri 091400 Dolok Saribu. This research is a quasi-experimental research. The population in this study was all grade IV students of SD Negeri 091400 Dolok Saribu for the 2020/2021 School Year consisting of two classes. The research sample used was all grade IV students of SD Negeri 0901400 using the total sampling sample technique. The instruments used are social skills questionnaires and ppkn class IV learning outcomes tests. The data obtained were then analyzed using ANACOVA and ANAVA in the spss 2 2 program. The results showed that: 1) the magnitude of the influence of the guided inquiry model on the social skills of grade IV students was 0.9 31 or 9 3.1%, 2) the large influence of the guided inquiry model on the learning outcomes of ppkn grade IV students was 0.967 or 9.67%, 3) there was an interaction between the inquiry learning model is guided by social skills and learning outcomes of ppkn grade IV students with a calculated F score of 3,906 so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.
