Abstract

Increasing tax awareness and compliance among the younger generation is key to expanding the regional tax base and supporting sustainable development. Through the Independent Learning Community Service Program (KKN MBKM), the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, in collaboration with the Sukabumi Tax Administration and Tax Office (P3DW SAMSAT), conducted a Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) outreach program for high school students as first-time taxpayers. This activity was conducted in four schools in Sukabumi Regency using an educational and interactive approach, including facilitator training, observation, digital material development, and technology-based quizzes. Results demonstrated high participant enthusiasm, increased understanding of tax obligations, and increased utilization of digital regional tax services. This program not only impacted public tax literacy but also provided contextual field experience for students. This synergy between educational institutions and government agencies provides an effective collaborative model for developing a tax-conscious and socially responsible young generation.

Abstract

Primary health care services in Indonesia are primarily delivered through Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) and their networks, including auxiliary health centers and community-based health efforts such as Posyandu. In recent years, the government has implemented a transformation of primary health services through the integration of primary health care services known as Primary Service Integration (ILP). However, the implementation of ILP at the Posyandu level still faces several challenges, including limited understanding of cadres regarding the concept and implementation of integrated services. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge of Posyandu cadres regarding the implementation of Primary Service Integration in their working areas. The method used in this activity was health education through counseling sessions involving Posyandu cadres in Bojongsari Village, Nyalindung District. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaires to measure the level of participants' knowledge before and after the counseling session. The activity involved 32 Posyandu cadres. The results showed that after the counseling activity, most participants experienced an increase in knowledge. A total of 30 participants (90.6%) had good knowledge after the activity, while only 2 participants (9.4%) still had limited knowledge. These results indicate that educational activities can effectively improve the understanding of Posyandu cadres regarding Primary Service Integration. Strengthening the knowledge of cadres is expected to support the successful implementation of integrated primary health services at the community level.

Abstract

The Community Service activity was entitled "Increasing Work Productivity through Strengthening Employee Motivation at BUMDes Kamuning Jaya Cikaunding Village." The main problem faced by BUMDes Kamuning Jaya is the lack of optimal employee work productivity caused by low work motivation, lack of understanding of the importance of target-based performance, and the absence of a structured human resource management system. This condition has an impact on the achievement of organizational goals and the contribution of BUMDes to the improvement of the village economy. The solution offered in this activity is the implementation of education and training programs that focus on strengthening employee work motivation as the main factor in increasing productivity. This activity will provide an understanding of the concept of work motivation, factors that affect motivation, and strategies to increase work morale and commitment. In addition, participants will also be equipped with an understanding of the importance of work productivity, performance indicators, and how to increase work effectiveness and efficiency in organizations. The activity plan includes several stages, namely: (1) preparation and coordination stage with BUMDes and village governments; (2) identification of problems and needs of partners; (3) the implementation of education and training through lectures, discussions, and case study methods; (4) assistance in the application of work motivation and productivity improvement; and (5) monitoring and evaluation through pre-test and post-test to measure the improvement of understanding and changes in employee work behavior. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide socialization to members/employees of Bumdes Kamuning Jaya related to productivity and strengthening work motivation. The results of the evaluation show a significant increase in all aspects of knowledge with an average increase of 39 percentage points from pre-test to post-test. This proves that this PKM activity is effective in improving the village, work morale, self-development, achievements, awards and responsibilities.

Abstract

Cases of sexual violence against children in Indonesia continue to rise, with primary school pupils being the most vulnerable group. Cultural stigma, which regards sexuality education as a taboo subject, exacerbates this vulnerability due to limited communication about self-protection within both school and family environments. This community service initiative aims to enhance pupils’ knowledge, awareness and protective skills, whilst equipping teachers with appropriate communication strategies for sexuality education. The activity was held on 16 May 2026 at SDN 1 Beji, Boyolangu Sub-district, Tulungagung Regency, involving around 60 participants comprising pupils and teachers. The programme employed an educational-participatory approach using methods such as interactive lectures, group discussions, case studies, and question-and-answer sessions, supported by edutainment media including animated videos, role-plays, scenario cards, and educational songs. The activity took place in three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the participant feedback questionnaire showed a very positive response, with an average rating of ‘very good’ above 86% across all assessment aspects. Teachers expressed a strong commitment to building a protective environment for children. This programme is recommended for institutionalisation as a sustainable collaboration between schools and families in efforts to prevent sexual violence against children at an early stage.
