Ecos-Preneurs: Alahyan Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Multidisiplin (E-ISSN: 3025-034X) adalah jurnal yang dikelola dan diterbitkan sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun (Mei dan Nopember) oleh PT Alahyan Publisher Sukabumi sejak tahun 2023. Jurnal ini memuat artikel hasil penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa, dengan ruang lingkup penelitian, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan kegiatan lainnya yang dimanfaatkan untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat, kegiatan sosial, pemberdayaan masyarakat, rancang dan teknologi tepat guna masyarakat dan lain-lain, dengan ruang lingkup multidisiplin keilmuan.

<![CDATA[One industrial sector that is very beneficial for Indonesia is mining. Its contribution includes export revenues, regional development, increased economic activity, job creation, and sources of funding for both national and regional budgets. The coal mining industry has a significant risk of work accidents and a high level of danger. The risk of work accidents in coal mining is very high, as evidenced by work accidents being one of the main causes of death in this industry. Finding the causes of work accidents in coal mining is the aim of this literature review. Research findings show that ignorance, lack of experience in using personal protective equipment (PPE), worker errors (unsafe actions), and failure to build a work safety culture in an organization are the main factors causing work accidents in the coal mining industry.]]>

<![CDATA[Several journals discuss the relationship between knowledge and preparedness in facing natural disasters such as landslides, earthquakes, floods and volcanic eruptions. These studies involve communities, students and villages in various regions in Indonesia. Disaster management laws are also mentioned in several journals. This literature study discusses the level of knowledge and preparedness of society in facing natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods. The research results show that the training and outreach program is effective in increasing community knowledge and preparedness. It is important to raise awareness and conduct training programs to build resilient communities in disaster-prone areas. Community knowledge and preparedness in facing natural disasters is very important to reduce disaster risk. Various studies show that the level of community knowledge and preparedness can influence the effectiveness of responses to disasters. The research method used to study this is survey and retrospective observational techniques. The research results show that people who have a good level of knowledge and preparedness tend to be better prepared to face natural disasters.]]>

<![CDATA[Fishing is also a job that carries a huge risk of danger. These disaster factors cause an emergency for fishermen. Disasters are a sign of human life that cannot be known exactly when they will occur, therefore we need to be prepared to determine the right way to deal with disaster events. The method used is a literature review to collect, identify and evaluate efforts related to emergency management that could endanger fishermen. The data source used in this research is a secondary data source, which was obtained through media publications and Google Scholar. Based on the articles that have been collected from the 11 articles analyzed, the results of the literature study analysis show that there are factors that influence fishermen's preparedness in facing disasters. All of these factors must be taken into account so that fishermen are better prepared to face disaster emergency situations, such as attitudes, knowledge and education about disasters, fishermen's readiness, disaster emergency response planning, disaster warning systems, resource mobilization are factors that influence fishermen's preparedness in facing disasters. All these factors must be considered so that fishermen are better prepared to face disaster emergency situations.]]>

<![CDATA[Occupational safety and health (K3) is one aspect of labour protection that is crucial for raising business productivity. In order to create a just and prosperous society defines occupational safety and health as the ideas and actions taken to guarantee the integrity and perfection, both physical and spiritual, of the workforce in particular and of people in general. This study employs a literature review methodology that centers on factors or subjects examined in earlier studies. A literature review requires gathering information from documents and libraries. Research publications and literature studies provided data for the K3 analysis of toll roads. Articles are gathered by searching literature sources using preset inclusion criteria, which are entire scientific publications published during the last five years. Google Scholar can be searched using the following keywords to find review literature sources: K3 Risk Management for Cisumdawu Phase III Toll Road Works. Employers need to be mindful of occupational health. An effective occupational health program will benefit workers greatly because workers will be away from work less frequently due to illnesses contracted by coworkers or other individuals.]]>

<![CDATA[A hospital is a complex, multifaceted, integrated medical facility in the modern healthcare system. Hospitals that provide comprehensive medical services that include the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of various health conditions are called hospitals. The risk of fires is high in hospital buildings because of the use of electrical equipment that causes short circuits and tubes containing gases and chemicals that can cause fires. The presence of patients with fragile health conditions, complex medical equipment, and various chemicals makes hospitals vulnerable to fire. Fire protection refers to the actions taken to respond to fire hazards in hospitals. Preparedness is a collection of actions aimed at preventing disasters by organizing and implementing appropriate and effective actions. The purpose of this study is to identify factors related to the readiness of nurses to deal with fire risks. This study uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method to assess the factors and what precautions are taken to overcome fires in hospitals. The SLR method was chosen because it is used to summarize, explore, disseminate, and comprehensively interpret recent research findings on the topic.]]>

<![CDATA[This case study research was conducted at a motorbike repair shop located on Lap Road. Golf, Kp. Tengah, Kec. Pancur Batu, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20353. This workshop has several workers whose posture is less ergonomic when working. This research aims to find meaning, investigate processes, and gain in-depth understanding and understanding starting from certain individuals, groups or situations. This research uses a qualitative approach to obtain primary data by conducting direct interviews with business actors. This research involves several important processes such as asking questions and procedures, as well as analyzing data inductively. The research results show that the results of the work posture assessment using RULA and REBA data processing with a final score result is 7 which means high risk. In connection with these results, it is necessary to investigate and change the work posture by providing a work desk to make it more ergonomic.]]>

<![CDATA[Blood donation is an activity that provides many benefits to both the recipient and the donor. Nonetheless, some health risk factors must be considered, especially cardiovascular health. This article aims to identify and discuss these risks. Anemia is one of the main risks, which can increase the heart's workload and potentially worsen cardiovascular conditions. A temporary drop in blood pressure after donation can also lead to impaired heart function in certain individuals. Infection at the needle puncture site, although rare, can lead to serious complications such as endocarditis. In addition, repeated blood donations without adequate fluid replacement can lead to electrolyte imbalances that affect heart rhythm. Decreased energy and physical performance after donation is also a concern. However, blood donation also has significant benefits, including reducing excessive iron levels in the blood and improving blood flow. Following medical guidelines and taking proper precautions can minimize these risks, making blood donation a safe and beneficial act for cardiovascular health. This article concludes that the benefits of blood donation far outweigh the risks if done correctly.]]>

<![CDATA[Lack of care and resources is a serious problem for the children of Pasir Permit village. Moreover, Pasir Permit Village is a village that has just experienced expansion from Titi Putih Village, causing ideas, ideas and village budgets to become factors that inhibit the intelligence of Pasir Permit Village children. Therefore, there is a need for modern breakthroughs both from various internal and external parties in order to overcome the decline in the knowledge of Pasir Permit village children. This program aims to find out and improve the understanding of Pasir Permit village children in terms of Islamic religious knowledge through the joint recitation movement program, which includes learning to recite iqro and the Qur'an, learning to pray the funeral prayer and the practice of caring for prayer rooms and mosques. The GMB program (joint recitation movement) is carried out in the form of the KKN 19 UINSU program by teaching the children of Pasir Village permits directly through the talaqqi method, memorization and practice. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with primary data sources through observation, interviews and practical documentation. The results of this study found an increase in the ability of children in Pasir Permit Village's basic knowledge of Islam in the form of 5 times prayer, reading the Qur'an and the practice of funeral prayer.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning motivation is an important factor in educational success, especially in rural areas where access to educational resources is often limited. One approach to overcome this problem is through a teaching program that involves student participation, such as what is done in the Real Work Lecture (KKN). The Teaching in Society program, which is part of KKN, seeks to help increase children's motivation to learn through engaging and participatory teaching. This study examines how the 19 KKN Group is able to contribute to increasing the learning motivation of children in Pasir Permit Village through this program.]]>

<![CDATA[Students from UINSU KKN organize the Sholeh Children's Festival with the goal of teaching religious moderation in society. Through a variety of imaginative and engaging exercises, this activity encourages kids to understand the virtues of harmony, tolerance, and respect for one another. It is believed that by promoting a greater knowledge of religious moderation through this celebration, the likelihood of societal unrest will be decreased. Supporting this education also requires the community's and parents' involvement. It is therefore hoped that the Sholeh Children's Festival would serve as a springboard for creating a society that is more accepting and peaceful.]]>
