Abstract

Purpose of this research is to know the most dominant factor influencing (that influences) to employees performance in PT. Telkom Sampang.Object of this research uses population sample to all employees in PT. Telkom Sampang, and the total  respondents are 45 employees.In this research, there are two kinds of analysis. They are qualitative and quantitative analysis. Qualitative analysis is to get description about object condition examined. This analysis will describe respondents’ answer by using likert scale. Beside that quantitative analysis is to get description about object condition examined by multiple linear regression.Based on research discovery and discussion abaut knowledge point of human resource manajement factors that are consist of recruitment, development and prosperity, it can be concluded as follow.On presentation analysis, partially or by t-test, Human resource management that is dominant influencing to employees performance done by PT. Telkom Sampang is prosperity factor.Based on research result, it’s concluded that hypothesis is independent variable. It’s human resource management consisted of same factors. They are recruitment, development and prosperity factors. The factors influence to employees performance in PT. Telkom Sampang has been proven right. Suggestion that can be given on this research to employees performance, human resource management done by PT. Telkom Sampang should be more enhanced. Abstract

RM Asela Sampang is a restaurant that is engaged in the processing of marine fish located in the district of Sampang. One of the efforts to improve employee performance in a business environment on an ongoing basis, employees can psychologically develop all the potentials and abilities that exist in him to do his work so that maximum results are obtained.This study was conducted to determine the effect and motivational factors on employee performance at RM Asela Sampang. The study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the motivation calculation test (X) effect on the dependent variable that is performance (Y) with an R value of 0.727 or 72.2%. While the calculation results of the independent variables namely motivation (X) have an effect on the fabric (Y) can be proven true. R squared or determinant R values of 0.574 or 57.4% influence simultaneously while the rest (100% - 57.4% = 42.6%) are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Keywords: Motivation; Employee Performance

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini akan dikaji tentang pemberdayaan masyarakat (Community Development) dan Kemitraan (Networking) Desa Ketawang, adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui pelaksanaan program pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pola kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh desa ketawang dan sejauh mana keberhasilan atau dampak dari program pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap progam pemerintah tentang desa mandiri dengan adanya dana desa.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Ketawang  Kecamatan Gondanglegi Kabupaten Malang dengan jangka waktu 8 bulan mulai bulan Mei sampai Bulan Desember 2019. Metode pengumpulan Data dengan Teknik Library Research, Field Research dan Interview sedangkan alat analisa data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari variable Pemberdeyaan Masyarakat dan program Kemitraan terhadap tercapainya Desa Unggul dan Kompetitif dengan pola pemberdayaan berbasis memberikan pinjaman dana untuk usaha kepada masyarakat yang masih membutuhkan sedangkan program Kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan cara menampung segala bentuk produk dari masyarakat sekaligus pemasarannya

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on tenant satisfaction and loyalty at Ciputra World Mall Surabaya; analyze the effect of satisfaction on tenant loyalty at Mall Ciputra World Surabaya; and analyze the effect of service quality on loyalty through tenant satisfaction at Ciputra World Surabaya Mall. This research uses a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all tenants in Mall Ciputra World Surabaya as many as 453 people. While the samples used in this study were 82 tenants at Mall Ciputra World Surabaya. The analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis. The results of the analysis that have been carried out can be concluded that the service quality variable directly affects the satisfaction and loyalty of tenants at Ciputra World Surabaya Mall with a positive direction; satisfaction variable influences tenant loyalty in Ciputra World Surabaya Mall directly in a positive direction, where the relationship is proven that satisfaction has a significant effect on tenant loyalty at Ciputra World Surabaya Mall with a significance value of less than 0.05; while service quality variables affect loyalty indirectly through tenant satisfaction at Ciputra World Surabaya Mall. Keywords: Service Quality; Customer Satisfaction; Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study is directed at building a basic and empirical theoretical model: Efforts to achieve strategic marketing outcomes based on the theory of relational marketing and power / power. Confirming and testing: the impact of smart power on trust, relational commitment, marketing cooperation, long-term relationship values (loyalty, relationship closeness, and chain messages); and the impact of long-term relationship values with strategic marketing outcomes (synergy of cooperation, competitive advantage and marketing performance). This study was conducted on tourism business organizations in Indonesia . The number of respondents was 315 leaders / managers of the organization. Measurement of research variables is done by using multiple indicators ,. in this research can be completed by positioning power / power and trust as a relational basis which is an antecedent of relational commitment and intensity of cooperation.Furthermore, long-term relationship values are social capital to obtain strategic marketing outcomes . Cooperation synergy is positioned as a mediating variable between behavioral results in relational marketing and strategic marketing results. So, the originality of the findings in this study is that the fabric of marketing relations between organizations will achieve higher marketing performance when based on relational marketing theory and power / power. The recommendations of this study, are: to build marketing cooperation must be based on an integrated market and resource base. At the operational and public policy level, the tourism industry in Indonesia needs to be developed by formulating a tourism development strategy based on local resources and culture.Keywords: Smart power ; Trust ; Relational Commitment

Abstract

Human Resource Management Issues have recently been discussed and positions have become very important in terms of employee performance. Employee performance is very important in the company. For this reason, the authors are interested in conducting research and compiling the results of this study with the title Analysis of Technologi Acceptance Model and Friend Workplace to Improve Employee Performance.  From the description above, the formulation of the problems raised in this study are : 1.       Is there a significant relationship between Technologi Acceptance Model   on employee performance 2.       Is there a significant relationship between Friend workplace on employee the performance objectives of this study are:To know the relationship between  Technologi Acceptance Model to employee performance To find out the relationship between  Friend workplace on employee performance Data collection techniques in this study using quantitative techniques is the analysis of data that has been given a score in accordance with the measurement scale. Abstract

Koperasi Jasa Angkut is a cooperative that houses East Java Tourism transportation. One of the excellent facilities owned by East Java Tourism is the presence of vehicles that can take tourists from the bus park (terminal) to the East Java Tourism location. Here the Cooperative management requires management accounting information in analyzing the procurement of fixed assets in the place / terminal of Tourism which finally after that, the Cooperative can determine a decision.The purpose of this study was to determine the role of management accounting information in the decision making of Cooperative fixed assets investment. This research is a qualitative case study. Data collection methods include documentation, interviews and observations.The results of research conducted at the Transportation Services Cooperative in East Java show that cooperative management has used differential accounting information in making decisions on fixed asset investment, namely by buying elves in Malik Ibrahim Gresik Terminal based on smaller costs. Cooperatives should be more careful in assessing the relevant costs for making long-term investment decisions and evaluation should also be carried out so that further planning can obtain satisfactory results. Keywords: Management accounting information ; Fixed asset investment

Abstract

To find out consumer tastes, searches are often done so that consumers know the behavior and tastes that are increasingly dynamic and constantly changing. Dynamic environmental changes cause consumer lifestyle studies that are identified by how people spend their time (activities) can be seen from their style of speaking, style of dress and also their friends or teenage relationships. Then what they consider important in their environment (interest) that can be seen from hobbies, fun, or entertainment. As well as what they think about themselves and the world around them (opinions) can be seen from maintaining the image or self-esteem. The purpose of the study was to determine whether the effect of activity, interest and opinion variables had an effect simultaneously on the decision to buy Friday Killer Pamekasan products. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the entire community in Pamekasan. The sample used is random sampling, where the sample is taken randomly, regardless of the level in the population, each element of the population has the same opportunity and is known to be selected as an object. The number of samples used in this study is 100 respondents while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on multiple linear regression analysis stated that variable lifestyle consisting of activities, interests, and opinions, simultaneously influence the decision to buy Friday Killer Pamekasan products. Activity variables have a more dominant influence between interests and opinions on the decision to buy Pamekasan Distro Friday Killer products. Keywords: Lifestyle; Activities; Interests; Opinions; Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The center of Indonesian Employees Cooperative (PKPRI) is one of the cooperatives in Pamekasan regency which formed in the year 1960. Every year PKPRI make budget income and expenses and business run PKPRI is crediting, leasing, hospitality, USP GKPRI Jatim. But in the restoration of the remainder of the business results PKPRI can not stabilize the SHU received annually. As the year 2016 is very unstable, it reaches a decrease of 50% from the previous year. The purpose of this research is to know how budgets are made in the evaluation of SHU's achievement. This method of research is a quantitative and qualitative descriptive with static comparative analysis techniques. Data is collected with documentation and interview techniques. Analysis results showed that in making budget and evaluation in the achievement of SHU is still less good, such as two years showed from what is budgeted in terms of revenue did not experience, so that there is no stabilization in the achievement of SHU not even achieved. It is hoped that the management of cooperatives in conducting income budgeting and costs involve stakeholders and is more involved in promotion so that what is estimated in terms of revenue can be achieved and stable.Keyword: Budget income; cost; SHU

Abstract

The background problem of this research is when the researcher conducts a preliminary survey by becoming a buyer and while observing activies at PT Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan, there are some employees who are not as enthusiasthic in working as there are employees who only sit while pa\laying mobile phones even though there are buyers coming, employees who onlt offer goods without giving full information about products sold at that store. The purpose of this study is the first to determine the effect together the reasons for dismissal consisting of the company’s wishes and the desires of employees on the morale of PT, Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan. And to find out the most dominant  variable influencing the morale of the employees of PT Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan.One theory that underlies the analysis of this research is Malayu Hasibuan's Theory which provides a definition of termination is the termination of a person's employee employment with a company organization. Data collection in this study was to use interviews and distribute questionnaires, as many as 27 questionnaires to respondents. From the validity test as many as 11 items, consisting of 3 items are invalid and 8 items are valid while the reliability test proved all the data instruments used in this study are reliable or reliable.In the first hypothesis with F test, the F count of 103.908 is greater than the F table of 3.40, then the first hypothesis is true that there is simultaneously the influence of the reasons for termination consisting of the company’s wishees and employees’ desires on the morale of the employeess of PT. Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan. In the second hypothesis using the t test, it is evident that the most dominant company desires affect the morale of the employees PT Jakarta Phone 21 Pamekasan amounted to 12.23 and the first hypothesis was accepted. Keyword: Company Desire; Employee's Desire and Employee's Spirit.
