Abstract

From various aspects, the role of MSMEs in the national economy involves the government in formulating the Development Program in the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). The 2004-2009 RPJMN emphasizes a program to develop a business support system for MSMEs and a program for developing entrepreneurship and competitiveness. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries that has entered the era of global competition, where there are no restrictions for each individual to develop a business, both small, medium and large. With the development of global competition that cannot be stopped, it results in small businesses being unable to compete with middle and upper class businesses in the business world.Competition between shops or kiosks in conventional markets and online shops cannot be avoided. The flood of online shops in cities cannot be stopped. The thing that can be done is to be ready to face it and to anticipate it so that the existence of a shop or kiosk in conventional markets is not eroded by the existence of an online shop.Keywords: Global Competition; Online Business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the right marketing strategy for businesses at Kedai Warung Kopi 777 Surabaya through a SWOT analysis. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research with the formulation of the problem. First, how is the marketing strategy for the business at the 777 Coffee Shop Surabaya. Second, how is the SWOT analysis in determining the right marketing strategy for the Kedai Warung Kopi 777 Surabaya business. This research is a field research with qualitative research type. To analyze the data using the IFAS, EFAS, SWOT matrix. The results of this study conclude that Kedai Warung Kopi 777 in terms of product, price, procces, place, promotion and people, phisycal eviden Kedai Warung Kopi 777 has implemented a strategy that is right on target with the company's goals. However, the physical evidence of Kedai Warung Kopi 777 did the wrong strategy so it needed to be evaluated. The strategy that can be used is the Kedai Warung Kopi 777 Surabaya based on the SWOT matrix, namely by maximizing promotions in online or offline media, prioritizing consumer satisfaction with product quality and affordable prices. Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan hal yang penting dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Karena sumber daya manusia tersebut merupakan modal dasar dalam proses pembangunan perusahaan, dimana dalam proses pengelolaan ini perusahaan mengharapkan kinerja yang baik,handal dan mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara benar dan tanggung jawab yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas organisasi dalam rangka mencapai tujuan. Salah satu aktivitas dalam pengelolaan SDM adalah manajemen disiplin, analisis beban kerja dan kompetensi.Penelitian menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja (X1), beban kerja (X2) dan kompetensi (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Pelindo Multi Terminal Branch Jamrud Nilam Mirah. Metode penelitian mengunakan uji kuantitaf deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden dari 114 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang di gunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan, menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), yaitu t hitung menunjukkan nilai 4,373 lebih besar dari t tabel nya yaitu 1,991 dengan tingkat signifikansiya 0,000 artinya kurang dari atau lebih kecil dari 0,05. Sedangkan beban kerja (X2) tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) , yaitu t hitung menunjukkan nilai -1,087 lebih kecil dari t tabel nya yaitu - 1,991 dengan tingkat signifikansiya 0,281 artinya lebih besar dari 0,05. Kompetensi (X3) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y), yaitu t hitung menunjukkan nilai 6,094 lebih besar dari t tabel nya yaitu 1,991 dengan tingkat signifikansiya 0,000 artinya kurang dari atau lebih kecil dari 0,05. Secara simultan disiplin kerja (X1), dan kompetensi (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y),yaitu nilai f hitung menunjukkan nilai 41,946 lebih besar dari f tabel nya yaitu 2,72 dengan tingkat signifikansiya 0,000 artinya kurang dari atau lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05

Abstract

This research explains the attitude of students accessing digital media to advertising impressions on digital media. Primary data collection was carried out by conducting in-depth observations and interviews with informants, and students accessing digital media through smartphones. By using the purposive sampling data snippet technique, the determination of informants is made aware of a number of criteria, namely students who actively access digital media via smartphones, have a sufficient understanding of English, have and are active in social media communication networks, and are active as internet accessors for distance learning purposes. The data from the study showed that not all students who access digital media refused the presence of advertisements. Rejection of ad impressions is based on consideration of the extent to which the appearance of such advertisements interferes with the convenience of the online media communication process. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Regional Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), Special Allocation Fund (DAK) and Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) on economic growth in the Greater Surabaya area of ​​East Java Province. This research was conducted in the Greater Surabaya area, East Java Province using the saturated sampling method in determining the sample with the population and the sample being the City of Surabaya, Sidoarjo Regency, Gresik Regency in 2015 - 2019. Data collection was carried out through non-participant observation techniques. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it shows that Regional Original Income (PAD) and Special Allocation Funds (DAK) have a positive effect on economic growth in the Greater Surabaya area, East Java Province. Meanwhile, the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and Revenue Sharing Fund (DBH) have a negative effect on economic growth in the Greater Surabaya area. Abstract

Existence is existence, the existence of microfinance institutions in rural areas clearly has a role and implications for society. Especially in terms of socio-economic community. The existence of financial institutions, especially the banking sector, occupies a very strategic position in bridging the needs for working capital and investment in the real sector and ownership of funds. It is clear that the existence of microfinance institutions in rural areas has a very important role as a provider of services and financing. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the existence of microfinance institutions and their implications for the socio-economic community, whether there are differences in people's income before and after the existence of microfinance institutions, what is the view of Islamic economics regarding the existence of microfinance institutions and their implications for the socio-economic community. This research is classified into field research, the primary data is obtained from interviews while the secondary data is from documentation. In this study researchers used qualitative methods. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the existence of microfinance institutions and their implications for the socio-economic community, and to find out how Islamic economics views the existence of microfinance institutions. Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether or not: 1) e-service quality influences customer satisfaction, 2) e-service quality influences customer loyalty, 3) brand image influences customer satisfaction, 4) brand image influences customer loyalty, customer satisfaction influences customer loyalty, 6) customer satisfaction mediates the influence of e-service quality towards customer loyalty, 7) customer satisfaction mediates the influence of brand image towards customer loyalty. In this research, the sample selection technique used is purposive sampling with 105 respondents. Then, the data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square by using warpPLS 6.0 application. The analysis reveals that: 1) e-service quality had a positive influence towards customer satisfaction, 2) e-service quality had a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 3) brand image had a positive influence towards customer satisfaction, 4) brand image had a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 5) customer satisfaction had a positive influence towards customer loyalty, 6) customer satisfaction mediated the influence of e-service quality towards customer loyalty, 7) customer satisfaction mediated the influence of brand image towards customer loyalty. Abstract

Employee engagement has become one of the most popular issues today. In the study of human resource management, this has become popular because employee engagement provides many benefits for the company. The more employees feel bound to the company, the more creative and enthusiastic employees will feel so that they feel enthusiastic about working and exert all their abilities to achieve company goals. The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine whether job satisfaction, organizational culture and quality of work life will have an influence on employee engagement (employee engagement) at PT. Teja Sekawan Group . And the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of each variable job satisfaction, organizational culture and quality of work life on the variable employee engagement (employee engagement) at PT. Teja Sekawan Group . The research data were collected using observation and questionnaire methods, using a saturated sample of 51 respondents from all non-production or office employees at PT. Teja Sekawan Group . The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests are then processed to obtain a regression equation. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that each variable of job satisfaction, organizational culture and quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on the variable employee engagement (employee engagement) at PT.
