Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelayanan dan prosedur perbankan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam mengambil kredit pada bpr naga mulya Surabaya. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah yang mengambil kredit pada BPR Naga Mulya Surabaya yang berjumlah 11.517 orang, Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan sampel 240 responden.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit (Y), Pelayanan (X1) dan Prosedur Kredit (X2). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik product moment dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas dan uji linearitas.Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan (1) Pengaruh positif Citra Perbankan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit pada Bpr Naga Mulya Surabaya  dengan R=0,036 dan nilai R2=0,001, (2) Pengaruh positif Citra Perbankan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit dengan Pelayanan sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada PD BPR Bank SIDOARJO dengan R=0,041 dan nilai R2=0,002, (3) Pengaruh positif Citra Perbankan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit dengan Prosedur Kredit sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Bpr Naga Mulya Surabaya R=0,090 dan nilai R2=0,008.Kata Kunci : Keputusan Nasabah dalam Mengambil Kredit; Pelayanan; Prosedur Kredit.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor yang sangat diandalkan dalam pembangunan nasional karena pariwisata dapat menghasilkan devisa bagi negara serta dalam penciptaan lapangan kerja dan berusaha. Salah satu kota di Indonesia yang cukup menarik minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung adalah Kota Surabaya., salah satunya adalah objek wisata pantai kenjeran. merupakan ikon yang ada di Kota Surabaya,.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik wisatawan yang berkunjung ke pantai kenjeran dilihat dari aspek sosio ekonomi, serta mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh umur wisatawan, jenis kelamin wisatawan, pendapatan wisatawan, asal daerah wisatawan, jumlah anggota keluarga wisatawan, kedatangan wisatawan sebelumnya, biaya perjalanan ke objek wisata pantai kenjeran mempengaruhi frekuensi jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke objek wisata pantai kenjeran.Kedatangan sebelumnya berpengaruh nyata terhadap frekuensi kunjungan wisatawan ke pantai kenjeran, dan variabel pendapatan, jumlah anggota keluarga, biaya perjalanan ke pantai kenjeran tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap frekuensi kunjungan wisatawan ke pantai kenjeran.Kata Kunci : Frekuensi Kunjungan Wisatawan; Umur; Jenis Kelamin; Pendapatan; Asal Daerah; Jumlah Anggota Keluarga; Kedatangan Sebelumnya; Biaya Perjalanan; Objek Wisata Pantai Kenjeran Lama.

Abstract

House is representing requirement of human being base besides food and clothing. In its growth in the reality house also represent interesting invesment alternative on the chance of capital gain in the future. The analyzer for this research is using doubled linear regression. This Research responder is dweller of housing of Sidoarjo City. Based on result of analysis indicate that price, facility, location, environmental, substitution price and earnings have an effect on to decision of purchasing of house. From the examination of coefficient of determination has known that 68,6 % from variation of that happened in variable decision of purchasing by together in influencing by variable perception of price, facility, location, environmental, substitution price and earnings. While the rest equal to 31,4 % influenced by other factors. Based on the result of this research we got that facility factor very having an effect on in purchasing of house. Seen from level of coefficient influencing decision of purchasing of facility equal to 0,486; earnings equal to 0,443; location equal to 0,340; environment equal to 0,296; substitution price equal to 0,283; and price equal to 0,268Keyword : House ; Facility; Location; Price; Investment.

Abstract

Pengertian dari perilaku konsumen adalah tindakan-tindakan individu yang secara langsungterlibat dalam usaha memperoleh dan menggunkakan barang-barang dan jasa ekonomis, termasuk proses pengambilan keputusan yang mendahului dan menentukan tindakan-tindakan tersebut. Kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh adanya peran konsumen, sehingga masalah konsumen mendapat perhatian khusus, dan perusahaan berusaha untuk dapat mencapai serta memuaskan konsumen atau pasar sasarannya.Perilaku konsumen dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, baik faktor intern maupun ekstern, yang keduanya sangat berpengaruh pada konsumen dalam melakukan pembelian suatu produk.Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap konsumen terhadap faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan pembelian dan pemesanan di Toko Roti Pioneer Surabaya serta mengetahui faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh pada konsumen di antara keempat faktor pembelian yang ada (harga, kelengkapan jenis kue, cita rasa kue, dan pelayanan).Pada pelaksanakan penelitian ini, penulis memberikan kuesioner kepada responden yang berjumlah 100 orang, di mana keseluruhan responden adalah konsumen dari toko roti Pioneer Surabaya . Dalam kuesioner tersebut responden diberikan pertanyaan dan pilihan jawaban beserta alasannya, yang meliputi karakteristik konsumen, variabel pembelian yang paling berpengaruh, serta frekuensi konsumen dalam melakukan pemesanan kue taart dan pembelian produk-produk toko roti Pioneer Surabaya.Dari hasil survey responden, penulis dapat mengambil suatu kesimpulan bahwa variabel pembelian yang ada pada toko roti Pioneer Surabaya sudah baik, yang berarti konsumen mampu menerima, kecuali pada pelayanan wiraniaga dari toko roti Pioneer Surabaya. Sebagian besar dari responden berpendapat bahwa pelayanan dari wiraniaga toko roti Pioneer Surabaya tidak baik, dalam arti kurang ramah kepada konsumen / pelanggan. Hal ini dapat dijadikan sebagai kritik dan masukan bagi toko roti Pioneer Surabaya unuk memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya manusianya, terutama dalam memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada konsumen / pelanggan.Penulis juga memberikan bebrapa saran yang dapat dijadikan pertimbangan bagi toko roti Pioneer Surabaya dalam menghadapai persaingan usaha sejenis yang semakin ketat, khususnya di kota Surabaya.Kata Kunci : Perilaku Konsumen Dalam Pembelian Produk Pada Toko Roti

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : Untuk mengetahui bagainama Balai Latihan Kerja dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dan penangulangan pengangguran. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana ekonomi islam terhadap balai latihan kerja. Latar bealakang penelitian ini adalah Perkembangan ekonomi dan perdagangan, telah memacu perubahan struktur ekonomi dan industri yang tentunya akan mempengaruhi jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebagai sumber daya manusianya. Standart dan kualitas tenaga kerja pun perlu dipertimbangkan, baik dari jenis maupun kualifikasinya yang cenderung pada kompetensi yang semakin tinggi agar mampu bersaing di pasar nasional, regional, maupun internasional. Kota Surabaya saat ini menghadapi banyak masalah ketenagakerjaan yang sangat kompleks. Jumlah pengangguran secara akumulatif terus meningkat secara tajam, sejalan dengan meningkatnya jumlah lulusan pendidikan sekolah. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Knowing the influence of investment motivation on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOS students. (2) To know the influence of investment knowledge on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOS students. (3) Knowing the influence of investment motivation and investment investment knowledge on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOSstudents.The research design is quantitative. The population in this study is the Student Program Strata 1 Accounting Program, FE UNYOS and has passed the course of Portfolio Theory. The sample in this research is 100 students. Data collection in this study using questionnaire method. The test of the instrument was analyzed by using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used in this study are classical assumptions, simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Investment motivation has an effect on the interest of investing in capital market in FE UNY OSstudents, evidenced by probability value of 0.000 <0,05. (2) Investment knowledge has an effect on investment interest in capital market at FE UNYOS students proved with probability value equal to 0,000 <0,05. (3) The motivation and knowledge of investment simultaneously affect the interest of investing in the capital markets of FE UNYOS students, as evidenced by Fhitung of 227,363 and the probability of 0.000. (4) The independent variables together affect the dependent variable by the remaining 82.4% by 17.6% influenced by other variables.Keywords :   Investment Knowledge; Investment Motivation; Investment Interest in Capital Market.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures, which means that humans like to hang out and live in groups, so that in this relationship the identity of each individual or group facilitates relationships. Not only that, identity has an important role for the continuation of an agreement, with identity, the parties can know and know each other so that the agreement to be agreed is carried out properly. Especially for credit agreements where identity is the main condition that becomes the reference for receiving credit applications. The agreement that has been carried out and reached the agreement is valid as a law for the parties making it, so that in the legal relationship there are rights and obligations to be fulfilled and protected by each other. The purpose of this research is to find out how the legal protection of credit users whose identities are used by others and to find out the legal strength of the agreements that have been agreed by the parties before the credit is granted. This writing is done by examining primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of this writing, a person whose identity has been borrowed to get credit is entitled to his rights according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law in article 4 because the owner of the identity is listed as a consumer in a banking institution after the agreement is signed which is legally binding in accordance with Article 1338 of the Criminal Code, if that declare that the agreement is not under pressure or incitement from other parties, so that the agreement does not violate decency, public order and law.Keywords: Legal Protection; Credit Users; Identity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the mobile giro post service on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. The research sample used 83 respondents. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The results showed that the variables efficiency, reliability, fulfillment and privacy together had an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pamekasan. As for the results of the t test calculation, the efficiency, reliability and fulfillment variables have no effect on the customer satisfaction variable. Meanwhile, the privacy variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords : Efficiency; Reability; Fulfillment; Privacy; Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how true the effect simultaneously or partially on job competence anda direction on service levels and determine the more dominant influence on service levels. The model used in this research is the mothed of observation, interview, questionnaires, and literature study using a likertslale with the sample collection method used is accidental sampling of 30 samples. The analysis method used is multiple linier regression method. The result showed the job competence anda direction simultaneously or partially had a partially significant effect on service levels CV. Mega Duta ComputindoPamekasan.  The value of the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained 0,866, this suggests that the levels of service can be explained by twu independent variables, namely (Job Competence and Direction) CV. Mega Duta Computindo Pamekasan amounting 86,6% and the rest of 13,4% explained by other factors not included in this study.Keyword : Job Competence; Direction; Level of Service.

Abstract

Indonesia, as a developing country, realizes the importance of economic development to create national welfare. This national development covers various aspects of life such as the political, social, cultural, economic and defense and security sectors aimed at meeting the needs of all Indonesian people, whose main objective is towards a just and prosperous Indonesian society.Economic growth is a measure for the success of a country's development, especially in the economic field. A country has an economic growth that has increased continuously every year will promote development in that country. In macroeconomics, the overall economic condition of a country is explained in relation to economic growth. The success of a country's development lies in its economic growth. Therefore, the ups and downs of the economy will certainly affect several sectors.In the economy of a country or a region, in fact there are various sectors that show the level of economic growth, namely the formal and informal sectors. In the informal sector, generally small businesses with limited capital, scope and development and received very little official protection from the government. There are also many informal sectors that can be appointed as an activity or job to generate income in a community, one of which is establishing their own business or by establishing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are the business groups that have the largest number. The micro, small and medium enterprises are regulated based on Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning UMKM Article 1 number 1 what is meant by Micro Enterprises are productive businesses owned by individuals or individuals and / or individual business entities.2 Micro Economic Businesses are businesses that have the potential to be affected by the impact of there is an economic phenomenon, namely inflation.Keywords: UMKM; National development; National Economy.
