Abstract

Retensi staf akademik telah menjadi perhatian penting bagi institusi pendidikan tinggi karena dampak langsungnya terhadap kualitas pengajaran, produktivitas penelitian, dan keberlanjutan institusi. Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh praktik Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Strategis (SHRM) terhadap retensi staf akademik melalui pendekatan meta-analitik. Dengan meninjau dan mensintesis secara sistematis temuan kuantitatif dari 10 studi empiris yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2020 dan 2025, penelitian ini mengkaji keseluruhan ukuran efek intervensi SHRM, termasuk insentif berbasis kinerja, program pengembangan karier, pengambilan keputusan partisipatif, dan inisiatif dukungan organisasi, terhadap tingkat retensi fakultas. Studi meta-analisis ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Strategis (SHRM) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap retensi staf akademik di universitas. Nilai efek estimasi gabungan sebesar 1.005 dengan tingkat signifikansi p <.001 menunjukkan bahwa praktik SHRM—seperti manajemen bakat, perencanaan suksesi, dan sistem penghargaan berbasis kinerja—secara konsisten meningkatkan loyalitas dan komitmen dosen terhadap keberlanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa sumber daya manusia merupakan aset strategis yang tidak hanya menunjang mutu pengajaran dan penelitian, tetapi juga menentukan keunggulan kompetitif dan reputasi lembaga pendidikan tinggi.   Academic staff retention has become a critical concern for higher education institutions due to its direct impact on teaching quality, research productivity, and institutional sustainability. This study investigates the effect of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practices on academic staff retention through a meta-analytic approach. By systematically reviewing and synthesizing quantitative findings from 10 empirical studies published between 2020 and 2025, the study examines the overall effect size of SHRM interventions, including performance-based incentives, career development programs, participatory decision-making, and organizational support initiatives, on faculty retention rates. This meta-analysis concludes that the implementation of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) has a positive and significant impact on academic staff retention in universities. The pooled estimated effect size of 1.005 with a significance level of p < .001 indicates that SHRM practices—such as talent management, succession planning, and performance-based reward systems—consistently increase faculty loyalty and commitment to sustainability. These findings confirm that human resources are a strategic asset that not only supports the quality of teaching and research but also determines the competitive advantage and reputation of higher education institutions.

Abstract

Kecemasan sosial merupakan salah satu permasalahan psikologis yang sering dialami oleh remaja akibat ketidaknyamanan dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosialnya. Individu dengan kecemasan sosial cenderung memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap penilaian orang lain, sehingga memunculkan perasaan cemas dan rendah diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua, harga diri, dan konsep diri dengan tingkat kecemasan sosial pada remaja di MA Hamzanwadi NWDI Pancor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi skala pola asuh, harga diri, konsep diri, dan kecemasan sosial. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua, harga diri, dan konsep diri masing-masing memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kecemasan sosial (p < 0,05). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi signifikan terhadap tingkat kecemasan sosial remaja. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin positif pola asuh, harga diri, dan konsep diri remaja, maka semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan sosial yang mereka alami.   Social anxiety is one of the psychological problems commonly experienced by adolescents due to discomfort in interacting with their social environment. Individuals with social anxiety tend to have negative perceptions of others’ judgments toward them, which lead to feelings of fear and insecurity. This study aims to analyze the relationship between parenting style, self-esteem, and self-concept with social anxiety among adolescents at MA Hamzanwadi NWDI Pancor. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sample consisted of 100 students selected through purposive sampling. The instruments used included scales of parenting style, self-esteem, self-concept, and social anxiety. Data were analyzed using correlation tests and multiple regression analysis. The results show that parenting style, self-esteem, and self-concept each have a significant relationship with social anxiety (p < 0.05). Simultaneously, these three variables significantly contribute to adolescents’ levels of social anxiety. The findings indicate that the more positive the parenting style, self-esteem, and self-concept, the lower the level of social anxiety experienced by adolescents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas relevansi tasawuf sebagai dasar pembinaan akhlak dalam konteks modern melalui analisis terhadap karya Syaikh Ahmad Shohibulwafa Tajul Arifin berjudul Akhlaqul Karimah Akhlaqul Mahmudah Berdasarkan Mudaawamatu Dzikrillah. Di tengah krisis moral yang kerap dihadapi dengan pendekatan normatif dan kognitif, karya ini menawarkan gagasan pembinaan karakter yang menempatkan dzikir sebagai inti penyucian jiwa (tazkiyatun nafs). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis konsep mudaawamatu dzikrillah atau dzikir berkelanjutan sebagai metode spiritual dalam membentuk akhlak mulia dan mencegah akhlak tercela. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dan analisis tematik yang diperkaya dengan hermeneutika untuk memahami makna ajaran secara kontekstual. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Syaikh Ahmad Shohibulwafa memadukan dzikir jahr dan dzikir khafi dalam upaya menumbuhkan kesadaran ilahiah (muraqabah) sebagai dasar pengendalian diri dan pembinaan moral. Dzikir dipahami sebagai fondasi etika spiritual yang melahirkan ketenangan batin, perilaku etis, dan hubungan harmonis dengan Tuhan serta sesama, selaras dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dan UUD 1945.   This study explores the relevance of Sufism as a foundation for moral education in the modern context through an analysis of Syaikh Ahmad Shohibulwafa Tajul Arifin’s work Akhlaqul Karimah Akhlaqul Mahmudah Berdasarkan Mudaawamatu Dzikrillah. Amid the ongoing moral crisis often addressed through normative and cognitive approaches, this work offers a transformative perspective that places dhikr at the core of spiritual purification (tazkiyatun nafs). The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of mudaawamatu dzikrillah, continuous remembrance of God, as a spiritual methodology for developing virtuous character and preventing immoral behavior. This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach and thematic analysis, complemented by hermeneutics to interpret the contextual meaning of the teachings. The findings indicate that Syaikh Ahmad Shohibulwafa integrates dhikr jahr (verbal remembrance) and dhikr khafi (silent remembrance) to cultivate divine awareness (muraqabah) as the basis for self-control and moral development. Dhikr is understood not merely as ritual worship but as a spiritual-ethical foundation that nurtures inner peace, ethical conduct, and harmonious relationships with God and others, in accordance with the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji secara mendalam praktik deteksi dini gangguan perkembangan motorik kasar dan halus pada anak usia dini serta mengidentifikasi hambatan pelaksanaannya di tingkat lembaga PAUD. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di satu lembaga PAUD di wilayah penelitian dengan melibatkan 6 informan, terdiri atas 3 guru PAUD dan 3 orang tua anak usia 3–6 tahun, yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan keterlibatan langsung dalam pemantauan perkembangan anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi aktivitas anak, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deteksi dini perkembangan motorik di PAUD masih dilakukan secara non-instrumental, bergantung pada pengamatan guru terhadap aktivitas harian anak seperti berlari, melompat, menjaga keseimbangan, menggenggam, dan menggunakan alat tulis. Guru belum menggunakan instrumen baku seperti KPSP atau DDST karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dan pelatihan. Hambatan utama meliputi minimnya pemahaman guru dan orang tua tentang indikator keterlambatan motorik, tidak tersedianya panduan observasi terstandar, serta lemahnya koordinasi antara PAUD dan layanan kesehatan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan kapasitas guru dan orang tua melalui pelatihan deteksi dini berbasis instrumen sederhana serta integrasi sistematis antara PAUD dan posyandu sebagai implikasi praktis penelitian.   This study aims to examine early detection practices of gross and fine motor developmental delays in early childhood education settings and to identify barriers encountered in their implementation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed and conducted at a preschool institution in the research area, involving six informants, consisting of three early childhood teachers and three parents of children aged 3–6 years, selected purposively based on their direct involvement in child development monitoring. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data credibility was ensured through source and technique triangulation. The findings reveal that early detection of motor development in the PAUD setting is predominantly conducted through informal daily observations, without the use of standardized screening instruments. Teachers rely on children’s routine activities such as running, jumping, balancing, grasping objects, and using writing tools to identify potential delays. Major barriers include limited teacher and parental knowledge of developmental indicators, lack of standardized observation tools, and weak collaboration between early childhood institutions and health services. These findings highlight the need for practical policy interventions, particularly capacity building for teachers and parents and the development of simple, standardized observation tools integrated with local health services.

Abstract

Kajian metodologi pendidikan Islam kontemporer masih didominasi pendekatan deskriptif-normatif dan belum secara sistematis menempatkan Al-Qur’an dan Hadits sebagai sumber metodologis utama. Kondisi ini menyebabkan belum terbentuknya kerangka teoretis metode pendidikan Islam yang dirumuskan secara akademik. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis metode pendidikan Islam yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadits serta kontribusinya terhadap pengembangan metodologi pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan melalui analisis ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, Hadits Nabi, dan literatur ilmiah terkait. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Al-Qur’an dan Hadits memuat beragam metode pendidikan, antara lain tabligh, dakwah, amtsal (perumpamaan), targhib dan tarhib, pendekatan lemah lembut, pembiasaan, pengulangan, serta pemecahan masalah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa metodologi pendidikan Islam bersifat holistik dan aplikatif serta berkontribusi dalam memperkuat landasan teoretis pengembangan metode pendidikan Islam berbasis sumber normatif yang dianalisis secara akademik.   Contemporary studies on Islamic educational methodology are largely dominated by descriptive and normative approaches and have not systematically positioned the Qur’an and the Hadith as primary methodological sources. This condition has resulted in the lack of a clearly formulated theoretical framework for Islamic educational methods grounded in normative Islamic texts. This article aims to analyze Islamic educational methods derived from the Qur’an and the Hadith and to examine their contribution to the development of Islamic educational methodology. This study employs a qualitative approach with a library research design through the analysis of Qur’anic verses, Prophetic traditions, and relevant scholarly literature. The findings show that the Qur’an and the Hadith contain various educational methods, including tabligh, da‘wah, parables (amtsal), targhib and tarhib, gentle approaches, habituation, repetition, and problem-solving. These findings demonstrate that Islamic educational methodology is holistic and applicable and contribute to strengthening its theoretical foundation through an academic analysis of normative Islamic sources.
