Abstract

This research aims to describe science and charity and the substance of both, with the formulation of the main problem; 1. How to maximize knowledge 2. What is meant by Sharia knowledge and the nature of Sharia knowledge 3. The focus of the problem in this paper is Science and Charity which then becomes the subfocus 1. The essence of knowledge and charity 2. Prioritizing knowledge over charity 2. No ignore one of the two. This research is qualitative research using the library research method. Data collection focuses on books, scriptures and scientific articles related to the subject matter being studied. From the research results, it was concluded that knowledge and charity are two inseparable components in the perspective of Sufism, prioritizing knowledge over charity. It is not permissible to neglect knowledge because of charity and it is not permissible to neglect charity because of knowledge.

Abstract

The use of smartphones in the current digital era has many positive and negative impacts on students. Therefore, it is necessary to use rules that are right on target so that they do not have implications for students' reading interests. The purpose of this research is to describe the impact of smartphone use intensity on students' reading interest at SMAS DDI Babussalam Boddie Pangkep. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Subject determination uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation regarding smartphone use and students' reading interest. The data analysis technique is carried out in the form of qualitative analysis. The results showed that students were allowed to use smartphones at school by following the rules of use, for example only as a learning medium. The positive impacts of using smartphones include: accessing a large number of reading sources, increasing students' interest in reading, and accessing reading quickly and easily. Meanwhile, the negative impacts are eliminating interest in reading books in the library, lack of concentration on reading material, potential for misunderstanding the content of reading texts, and access to learning video content reducing students' interest in reading.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum tentang Passampo Siri’ dan Hukum Menikahi Wanita Hamil Sebagai Passampo Siri’ Perspektif Hukum Islam. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research, data dikumpulkan dengan mengutip dan menganalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi terhadap literatur atau buku-buku yang mempunyai relevansi dengan masalah yang dibahas serta pendapat para fukaha (ahli hukum Islam) kemudian mengulas dan menyimpulkannya Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Passampo siri’ sudah menjadi problema yang sangat serius antara dua insan yang berbeda jenis. Problema ini membutuhkan solusi yang tepat karena hal ini membawa keresahan dalam masyarakat terutama orang tua. Jika hamil di luar nikah sudah terjadi, maka pihak perempuan mencari cara untuk menutupi perbuatannya. Ada yang aborsi, namun ada pula yang segera melangsungkan pernikahan dengan lelaki yang menghamilinya ataupun orang lain. Dalam Syariat Islam terdapat dua golongan pendapat dalam masalah Passampo siri’, Imam Syafi’i membolehkan pernikahan wanita hamil baik dengan orang yang menghamilinya maupun dengan lelaki lain. Sedangkan Imam Hanafi membolehkannya juga, akan tetapi Imam Hanafi tidak boleh melakukan hubungan seks hingga dia melahirkan kandungannya. Golongan kedua yaitu Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal dan Imam Malik tidak mombolehkan pernikahan wanita hamil sampai lahirnya bayi yang dikandung tersebut atau beristibra’. Apabila dilihat dari KHI, penyelesaianya jelas bahwa yang menikahi wanita hamil adalah pria yang menghamilinya.

Abstract

The aim of this article is to discuss how the meaning of man is perfect in view of the purpose of Islamic education. This research is a type of literature research. Library research is a method used by reviewing books related to the theme discussed. In collecting data, the author uses a literature study, which is research conducted by using data related to the purpose of Islamic education from books, journals, newspapers, the internet and other relevant sources. The results of this study suggest the purpose of Islamic education oriented towards human beings. That is, it explains man's position as a servant of God, the purpose of man's creation, and how man obtains prosperity and happiness in this world and in the Hereafter. Humans cannot become human beings without going through the process of education, through education humans can be educated both intellectually intelligent, spiritually intelligent, and intelligently behaved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum tentang Iddah Talak dan Hikmahnya Ditinjau dari Perspektif Syariat Islam. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis merumuskan beberapa masalah yaitu: sejauh mana iddah talak hikmahnya ditinjau dari perspektif Syariat Islam dan bagaimana pengaruhnyaiddah talak dalam suatu ikatan perkawinan. Untuk menjawab permaslahan tersebut di atas, maka penulis menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (library reserch) yaitu penulis mengumpulkan datadengan cara mengutip pendapat-pendapat para ahli dari buku-buku bacaan yang ada kaitannya dengan pembahasan ini dan membuka situs-situs internet sebagai pelengkap. Sedangkan dalam tekhnik penulisan, penulis menggunakan metode induktif, deduktif, dan komparatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh manakah iddah talak dan hikmahnya ditinjau perspektif Syariat Islam.. Setelah penulis mengelola data yang ada, maka penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa iddah talak dan hikmahnya ditinjau dari perspektif Syariat Islam adalah memberikan jawaban atas tanggapan bahwa seorang istri tidak diperbolehkan melansungkan perkawinan dengan pria lain sebelum habis masa iddah akibat perceraian oleh suaminya.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the results of previous studies with a view to knowing the responsibilities of families, schools, and communities in education. This research is library research using educational and psychological approaches. Sources of data are taken from primary data in the form of books or books that have relevance to the title discussed, from these references are analyzed and then concluded. The results of the study reveal that family responsibility in education is very meaningful, because the family is the first and foremost educational institution for children to get guidance to grow up with personality, intelligence, and skills. Then, the responsibility of the school is the continuation of the family education process. Therefore, school education institutions must be able to maximize their role so that the academic potential of students can develop, and the responsibility of the community is as a place for socialization, social control, cultural preservation, educational selection and social change, and as an educational institution. The implications of research on family, school, and community responsibilities in education have their respective roles to make children spiritually, intellectually intelligent, and also develop their psychomotor aspects. Family education institutions as the beginning of children getting education from both parents by introducing that God is the creator of everything in this world, educating their children so that they have noble character, then, school as a continuation of education that takes place in the family to shape children's academic intelligence. Then, the community contributes as a place for socialization and cultural.

Abstract

Pokok masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tinjauan kriminologi kekerasan terhadap anak di pesantren modern tarbiyah Takalar? Pokok masalah tersebut selanjutnya spesifikkan ke dalam beberapa submasalah atau pertanyaan penelitian, yaitu: 1) Bagaimana factor-faktor kekerasan terhadap anak dalam perspektif Kriminologi? Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian kriminologi. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah beberapa literatur seperti buku referensi, jurnal, dan bebrapa artikel pendukung, dan tentunya naskah putusan kasus yang ingin diteliti sebagai bahan referensi pokok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dalam UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 sudah sangat jelas mengatur mengenai ketentuan-ketentuan yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan terhadap anak. kentuan tersebut meliputi pengertian anak yang terdapat dalam bab 1 ketentuan umum, pasal 1 ayat 1 undang-undang perlindungan anak, menjelaskan bahwa anak adalah seseorang yang belum berusia 18 (delapan belas) tahun, termasuk anak yang masih dalam kandungan. begitupun dengan hak-hak anak dijelaskan dalam pasal 1 ayat 12 UU perlindungan anak menjelaskan bahwa hak anak adalah bagian dari hak asasi manusia yang wajib dijamin, dilindungi dan dipenuhi oleh orang tua, keluarga, masyarakat, pemerintah, dan Negara. Salah satu hak seorang anak yang harus dipenuhi adalah hak atas pendidikan dan pengajaran, sebagaimana yang tercantum pada Pasal 9 ayat 1 dan 2 UU No. 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. menyangkut masalah fenomena-fenomena kekerasan terhadap anak dalam lingkungan sekolah yang beberapa tahun terakhir ini menyita perhatian kita. Fenomena seperti ini harusnya dilarang terjadi di Indonesia, karna UUD RI nomor 23 tahun 2002 tentang perlindungan anak. Di dalam pasal 54 sudah sangat jelas mengatakan Anak di dalam dan di lingkungan sekolah wajib dilindungi dari tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh siapun. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) ketentuan UU tentang Perlindungan anak seharusnya lebih ditekankan lagi, terutama persoalan implementasi dan penerapannya. Karna masih banyak kekerasan terhadap anak khusunya di lingkungan sekolah yang tidak dapat dijangkau oleh UU tersebut. Untuk guru, Proses mendisiplinkan siswa juga tidak seharusnya dan tidak selamanya harus menggunakan kekerasan. Kalaupun ada kekerasan, haruslah melalui tahapan-tahapan atau prosedur-prosedur yang tidak menyalahi aturan. 2) sangat penting peranan guru-guru dan Pembina dalam penerapan undang-undang perlindungan anak, agar ke depannya tidak terjadi kekerasan terhadap anak khususnya di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using audio visual media on the achievement of student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects for class XII MIPA at Madrasah Aliyah School in Parepare City. This type of research is Ex-post facto quantitative research. The research sample used random sampling, namely 45 samples of students of class XII MIPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Parepare City. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, questionnaires using SPSS software version 2.4. Based on the results of the analysis on the effect of using audio-visual media and student learning outcomes, the data value of person corelattion is 0.921 or 92.10% at the relationship level of 0.80–1,000. It is known that the f value is 232.64 with a significant level of 0.02 0.05 . it can be explained that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the effect of using audio-visual media on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Class XII MIPA at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Parepare City. While the value of SE = 0.831 or 8.31.% which means that the effective contribution (SE) of audio-visual media (X) to students' learning motivation (Y) is 8.31%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the nature of the doctor's civil responsibility in malpractice and the sociological aspects of legal responsibility in medical malpractice. This research is classified as descriptive qualitative. the researcher uses a sociological and syar'i approach, data is collected by quoting and analyzing using content analysis of literature or books that have relevance to the problems discussed and the opinions of jurists (Islamic jurists) then review and conclude. The results of this study indicate that the nature of the doctor's responsibility in malpractice to his patients is very risky and the medical profession must have high accuracy in its services to its patients. High accuracy in the medical profession indicates that the medical profession is full of risks. So not infrequently a doctor is often considered to have committed a crime or negligence in his actions which is often called medical malpractice, the ignorance of the community in distinguishing between malpractice, accident and negligence in medical action. The doctor-patient relationship is a legal relationship in a legal engagement. Legal engagement is a bond between two or more legal subjects to do something or not to do something or to give something article 1313 in conjunction with article 1234 burgerlijk wetboek in short BW which is called achievement. So based on the provisions of the law, there are three kinds of achievements, namely a legal obligation of one party to the other or vice versa the legal subject who makes the engagement. Reciprocal legal engagements always burden each other with obligations, in addition to giving birth to rights on each party. The obligation to provide achievements for one party (the debtor) becomes the right to receive achievements on the other party (the creditor). And vice versa.

Abstract

to read and write the Koran among students at SDN 73 Parepare. As a complement, the type of research used is field research with a qualitative approach with research instruments and data collection procedures that are guidelines for observation, interviews and further documentation, data processing and analysis techniques, namely; data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and data interpretation. Check the validity of the data, namely; credibility of the informant, time of disclosure, conditions experienced. The results of the research show that students at SDN 73 Parepare still experience difficulties in reading and writing the Al-Qur'an because students are not yet accustomed to reading Arabic letters or hijaiyyah, let alone the law on reading the Al-Qur'an. or recitation. The existing phenomenon is a system of teaching the Koran which is limited to reading only. Optimizing reading and writing the Koran for students at SD Negeri 73 Parepare, namely by knowing the level of ability of each student by understanding student characteristics, choosing the right methods and strategies for learning to read and writing the Koran, creating a comfortable learning place , building relationships with students, conducting evaluations, and providing motivation to students
