Abstract

Effective leadership communication is a vital element in creating a positive work environment to increase employee motivation in an organization. This research aims to describe the role of leadership communication in increasing employee motivation. The author uses the literature review method from several articles to identify leadership communication in building clear and transparent communication between superiors and subordinates. The results of the literature review show that effective leadership communication plays a major role in creating motivation and improving performance. With this understanding, organizations can formulate appropriate communication strategies to create a productive and collaborative work environment to achieve common goals.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of agrarian ethics values, Islamic business ethics in the management of Madurese grocery stalls in urban areas. Using a qualitative method with a multilevel explanatory case study approach, this study found that Madurese grocery stalls adopt Islamic ethical values such as honesty, justice, and social responsibility, which are combined with the hard work ethic and persistence of Madurese agrarian culture. Results show a harmonious integration of Islamic business ethics, Madurese cultural values, and modern business practices, creating a unique and sustainable business model. The success of Madurese grocery stalls is based on strong business ethics principles, the mentality of farmers, the principle of making ends meet, and the ability to maintain traditional values while adapting to the demands of the modern market. The implementation of Islamic business ethics values is seen in the honesty of profit-sharing and reporting systems, fairness of profit sharing, trust in management, willingness in business agreements, and social responsibility. .

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada kesenjangan penelitian yang diidentifikasi oleh penelitian sebelumnya yang memiliki kendala, seperti jangkauan yang kurang luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jawaban kuesioner yang dikirim ke 100 responden melalui Google Form memberikan data primer. Sementara data sekunder dikumpulkan dari literasi buku, publikasi ilmiah, penyelidikan masa lalu. Karena sifat populasi yang tidak terbatas, tidak mungkin untuk menentukan ukuran pastinya. Baik pengambilan sampel penilaian maupun pengambilan sampel nonprobabilitas digunakan dalam prosedur pengambilan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, skala Likert dengan rentang skor 1 hingga 5 digunakan sebagai alat penilaian. IBM SPSS Statistics 24 digunakan untuk analisis dalam penelitian ini, yang menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Menurut temuan uji hipotesis 1, variabel promosi penjualan secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. lebih rendah dari 0,05, dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,010. Menurut temuan uji hipotesis 2, variabel atmosfer toko secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,004, yang berada di bawah 0,05.

Abstract

The digital transformation offers significant opportunities for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to expand market reach through e-commerce, enabling broader consumer access and enhancing competitiveness. The success of e-commerce implementation in SMEs is often influenced by the uniqueness of products that can attract consumer interest. Messi Shop, an online store based in Pekalongan, utilizes e-commerce to market local specialty products such as daster dresses, chino shorts, chino pants, and children's clothing. This study aims to identify Messi Shop's use of Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms to enhance product marketing through a qualitative case study approach, employing observation and interview techniques.The findings indicate that Messi Shop leverages engaging visual content, innovative promotional strategies, and active customer interaction to increase product visibility on e-commerce platforms. However, several challenges are encountered, including intense competition, consumer behavior dynamics, and the need for continuous technological adaptation. This study concludes that e-commerce utilization positively impacts Messi Shop's product marketing and offers practical recommendations for other SMEs seeking to develop digital marketing.

Abstract

Tingginya potensi UMKM dalam membantu perekonomian, penyediaan lapangan kerja, dan pemerataan pembangunan tidak didukung dengan pembukuan yang baik. Dengan hadirnya standar yang lebih sederhana dibanding SAK ETAP, kehadiran SAK EMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penyusunan laporan keuangan pada UMKM. Akantetapi dalam praktiknya diketahui bahwa tidak semua pelaku UMKM familiar dengan laporan keuangan dan standar apa yang harus digunakan. Penulis bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaporan keuangan pada PT. ABC dan menyusun laporan keuangan entitas berdasarkan standar SAK EMKM. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. SAK EMKM dipergunakan sebagai instrumen analisis data. Dari kegiatan wawancara dan observasi ditemukan bahwa perusahaan masih belum dapat menyusun laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan laporan keuangan yang kita susun bersama, didapati hasil sebagai berikut: pada akhir periode Tanggal 31 Desember 2023 jumlah aset perusahaan adalah sebesar Rp236.470.946 yang bersumber dari hutang Rp117.016.482 dan modal sebesar Rp119.454.464. Berdasarkan laporan laba/rugi periode 31 Desember 2023 diketahui bahwa jumlah kerugian pada tahun 2023 mencapai Rp19.595.536. Catatan atas laporan keuangan juga telah disusun, dengan tujuan memberikan pernyataan mengenai ketersesuaian laporan dengan SAK EMKM,  dan beberapa informasi tambahan dengan harapan dapat berguna bagi pihak yang berkepentingan.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of circular economy in Indonesia and its impact on green growth. Indonesia, as a country with abundant natural resources, faces great challenges in waste management, thus the application of circular economy becomes relevant to create a more efficient and environmentally friendly economic system. The main focus of this research is to analyze how circular economy principles can be applied to support environmental sustainability and national economic growth. In addition, this research also evaluates the impact of the green economy on Indonesia's GDP growth, by examining how green economy policies can encourage innovation, create green jobs, and improve the competitiveness of the Indonesian economy in the global market. The method used is qualitative research with a literature study approach, which allows for an in-depth analysis of this topic. The results show that the implementation of a circular economy has great potential to boost the green economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Peningkatan teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan merupakan salah satu langkah untuk mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan. Teori dan ilmu pengetahuan yang baik perlu diimbangi oleh perkembangan teknologi yang mendukung terciptanya inovasi. Inovasi yang diterapkan dalam berbagai sektor dapat memiliki dampak positif terhadap pencapaian kesetaraan gender, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Gender dengan menciptakan peluang baru untuk pemberdayaan perempuan, mengurangi ketimpangan, dan meningkatkan akses terhadap layanan dan sumber daya, inovasi membantu mempercepat perbaikan dalam indikator IPG dan memperbaiki kualitas hidup perempuan secara keseluruhan. Hal tersebut yang mendasari penulis untuk melihat pengaruh melek huruf, lama sekolah dan indeks pembangunan gender terhadap penguasaan komputer pada rumah tangga di Indonesia. Sumber data diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dengan sampel 34 Provinsi di Indonesia dan dianalisis dengan Data yang digunakan bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik dengan sampel dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia menggunakan model regresi berganda dengan data cross section. Penelitian menunjukkan hanya indeks pembangunan gender yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap penguasaan komputer.

Abstract

This research integrates two marketing approaches that are often considered separately, word of mouth (WOM) and personal selling, to explore their influence on purchase decision in the context of concrete products. This study offers new insights into the synergy of these two strategies in influencing purchase decisions by considering the role of corporate trust and competitive advantage as mediator variables. Corporate trust serves as a link between the influence of WOM and personal selling on purchase decision, while competitive advantage allows companies to offer products that are superior to their competitors. This research uses a quantitative approach with causal explanatory. The population in this study were customers of PT Varia Usaha Beton Gresik branch who made cash purchases of ready-mixed concrete products in July-September 2024. The sample used in this study was 103 respondents. This research uses purposive sampling method. The results showed that word of mouth has a significant effect on competitive advantage, personal selling has a significant effect on competitive advantage, word of mouth has a significant effect on corporate trust, personal selling has a significant effect on corporate trust, word of mouth has a significant effect on purchase decision, personal selling has an insignificant effect on purchase decision, competitive advantage has an insignificant effect on purchase decision, corporate trust has an insignificant effect on purchase decision of readymix concrete products at PT. Varia Usaha Beton in Gresik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage periode 2020-2023 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Populasi diambil dari 24 perusahaan food and beverage dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yang telah diambil 10 perusahaan sesuai kriteria. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan SPSS untuk mengukur dampak likuiditas (Current Ratio) terhadap profitabilitas (Return On Asset). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan food and beverage periode 2020-2023.
