Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam pembelian gitar dari salah satu toko gitar di wilayah Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif yang melibatkan 67 responden dari berbagai kalangan dengan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Pengumpuland data menggunakan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk memberikan jawaban mengenai item-item pernyataan yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen memiliki kepuasan yang baik pada indikator kecekatan dan kesigapan pelayanan, pemberian respon terhadap masalah, dan kesiapan dalam transaksi. Namun demikian secara umum masih perlu adanya peningkatan pelayanan terhadap konsumen, karena hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan responden memberikan kepuasan dengan kategori cukup. Hasil analisis gap menunjukkan terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu mendapat perhatian agar kepuasan konsumen dapat meningkat, yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan pemahaman dalam memberikan pelayanan

Abstract

Hotel WP salah satu usaha bidang hospitality dengan sistem pemasaran, reservasi, dan sistem operasional yang profesional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi HRD pada kegiatan pelatihan dan mengawasi kinerja SDM di hotel WP. Metode kualitatif yaitu mengamati peran HRD dalam pelatihan dan pengawasan kinerja SDM termasuk Standart Operasional Prosedur (SOP), standart kinerja, dan disiplin kerja sebagai keberhasilan kinerja. Pemilihan obyek penelitian karena usaha banyak customer order namun masih membutuhkan perhatian terhadap Peranan HRD sebagai backup utama pelatihan dan pengawasan kinerja SDM. Peran HRD dalam pelatihan yaitu perencanaan, penjadwalan, pelaksanaan serta analisa dan evaluasi pelatihan terhadap karyawan. Dalam pengawasan, HRD memenuhi Standart Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang dijalankan dan memberi hasil kinerja lebih baik sesuai tujuan. Pengawasan secara continuous improvement dapat mengendalikan kinerja dan meminimalisir kesalahan supaya lebih efisien. Kata kunci : pelatihan, pengawasan, hotel, kinerja, efisiensi

Abstract

Analisis dalam penelitian ini dapat diketahui tentang sistem jual beli buket uang dilihat dari sudut pandang Islam. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, adapun sumber yang diperoleh data sekunder yaitu kitab, kajian-kajian Islami.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pertama yaitu, tata cara akad jual beli buket, kedua, perspektif Islam yaitu, transaksi proses pengadaan buket uang sesuai hukum syara’. Dimana dalam memperoleh suatu jenis barang dengan akad jual beli yang sering ditemui saat perayaan resepsi wisuda yaitu, prinsip utama dalam proses jual beli merujuk kepada sumber hukum Islam yaitu kitabullah dan sunnatullah. Transaksi sistem jual beli suatu barang dituntut untuk tetap berpedoman kepada kedua sumber hukum tersebut, dimana tidak mengabaikan tata cara bermuamalah yang sesuai dengan hukum syara’ yang berhubungan dengan jual beli buket uang menurut persepktif Islam yang implementasinya tidak mengandung unsur riba. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat adanya pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap opini audit going concern pada perusahaan sektor pariwisata, restoran, dan hotel. Metode yang diterapkan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis sebuah data yang diambil adalah jenis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan. Populasi yang diambil dan digunakan adalah 30 perusahaan sektor pariwisata, restoran, dan hotel. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 perusahaan sektor pariwisata, restoran, dan hotel. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan alat bantu statistik SPSS 24. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: bahwa pengaruh secara parsial profitabilitas dan pertumbuhan laba tidak memiliki pengaruh, sedangkan likuiditas memiliki pengaruh. Dan secara simultan semua variabel memiliki pengaruh dengan menghadirkan opini audit going concern. Kata kunci : Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Going Concern Audit ABSTRACT The research objective is to see the effect of profitability, liquidity and company growth on going concern audit opinion in tourism, restaurant and hotel sector companies. The method applied is a quantitative approach. The type of data taken is secondary data from the company's financial statements. The population taken and used were 30 companies in the tourism, restaurant and hotel sectors. The sample used was 15 companies in the tourism, restaurant and hotel sector. This research was tested using SPSS 24 statistical aids. Results obtained from this study follows: that the partial effect of profitability and earnings growth has no effect, while liquidity has an effect. And simultaneously all variables have an influence presenting of going concern audit opinion. Keywords: Profitability, Company Growth, Going Concern Audit

Abstract

Abstract The work environment is important in encouraging employees to be enthusiastic about working. Creating a good work environment is one of the many systems a company must use to run a large business. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the work environment influences job satisfaction in foreign companies working in the manufacturing industry. Data collection was carried out through descriptive and verification research. The results showed that most respondents felt and accepted the organization's policies, practices, and procedures. Therefore, the conclusion shows that the work environment only influences job satisfaction marginally. Keyword : Job Climate, Job Satisfaction, Manufacturing Sector Foreign Capital Companies

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of brand trust and perceived quality on the purchasing decisions of consumers who choose Toyota cars. This research uses a population consist-ing of all customers who purchased Toyota cars from official deal-ers located in Kudus, Jepara and Pati Regencies. Researchers took a sample of 97 people from this population. There are two types of data sources used in this research, namely secondary and primary data. By distributing closed questionnaires to respondents, re-searchers will obtain primary data in this research. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from relevant sources. The data un-derwent analysis employing the multiple linear regression tech-nique facilitated by the SPSS software. To test the hypothesis, researchers used simultaneous tests, partial tests, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that brand trust and per-ceived quality together have significant and a positive influence on the purchasing decisions of consumers who choose Toyota cars. Separately, the trustworthiness of a brand and the perceived quality of its products play a significant role in shaping choices when making a purchase.

Abstract

This research is intended to analyze and evaluate the public service quality as perceived by the hotel and restaurant’s taxpayers at the tax office in Malang City. We compare the perceived public service quality of tax officials to the expected public service quality of taxpayers. The data was gathered from 88 hotels' and 80 restaurant’s taxpayers at the tax's services office in Malang City. The gap analysis was conducted to assess the difference between the perceived and expected public service quality of the respondents, which represents the quality of public service. The results of the research show that the users of public services are very satisfied with all services obtained from the Malang Regional Tax Service Agency. This is evidenced by 21 service’s indicators, the average of the obtained values is categorized as good or very good. On the other hand, public service providers are also required to be more creative and innovative in providing services to the public. The current dynamics of society that tend to be more critical must be addressed positively so that the expectations of services and the degree of importance of services can be simultaneously fulfilled and create reliable and quality public services.

ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the role of social media, especially Whatsapp, Facebook and Instagram, which are used as a means to promote the implementation of the Bogorfest investment exhibition by the Regional Government of Bogor Regency with the Leading Sector of the Bogor Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP) in collaboration with government organizations. other areas. Bogor Regency has economic resources and natural resources that are potential for investment activities. It is very important for the community and related parties, especially the business world, to know complete and complete information on investment potential in Bogor Regency. As one of the strategies to promote Bogor, Bogor Regency uses events as strategic promotional media packaged in Bogorfest activities to showcase investment potential so that regional advantages can be known by the public, especially the business world from all sectors such as trade, agriculture, animal husbandry, industry, as well as various service. It is hoped that the participation of the business world in this event or exhibition will attract potential investors from domestic and foreign investors to invest in Bogor Regency. The increasing investment graph in Bogor Regency is influenced by the image of Bogor Regency which is good and ready to open itself to investors.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi alokasi dana hibah dalam pengadaan alat musik seni kebudayaan oleh Dinas Pariwisata, Kebudayaan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga (DISPARBUDPORA) Kabupaten Bondowoso. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan fokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang proses alokasi dan penggunaan dana hibah. Lokasi penelitian adalah Kabupaten Bondowoso, Jawa Timur, Indonesia, dengan subjek penelitian meliputi pihak DISPARBUDPORA, kelompok seni, dan penerima manfaat langsung dari alokasi dana hibah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alokasi dana hibah bertujuan utama untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan seni kebudayaan, khususnya melalui pengadaan alat musik bagi kelompok seni yang sudah memiliki sejarah yang cukup. Dana hibah berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kabupaten Bondowoso, dengan pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan yang diserahkan kepada DISPARBUDPORA. Proses pengajuan dana hibah melibatkan berbagai tahapan, termasuk penyusunan proposal dan evaluasi oleh pihak berwenang. Alokasi dana hibah diarahkan untuk mendukung pemeliharaan, pengembangan, dan promosi alat musik tradisional, dengan langkah-langkah pelaksanaan dan penatausahaan yang terdefinisi dengan baik. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan oleh SKPD terkait untuk memastikan penggunaan dana hibah sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran alokasi dana hibah dalam mendukung keberlanjutan seni kebudayaan di Kabupaten Bondowoso, serta implikasinya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan daerah untuk mendukung sektor-sektor budaya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine marketing management in increasing customer satisfaction at Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok through a qualitative approach descriptive method with documentation, interviews, and observations as techniques in collecting data. The results show that marketing management through a marketing mix or marketing mix strategy in educational services as a tactical tool for promoting school excellence products with 7Ps (process, pshycal evidence, people, promotion, place, price, and product) has run quite well in increasing customer satisfaction at Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok. The increasing number of learners every year is proof of this statement. There are three elements that dominate the marketing mix in influencing customer satisfaction such as excellent academic and non-academic programs. But the output results have not been as expected. The costs that must be incurred are community participation or donations of education costs from the results of meetings between parents, guardians and the school and some free fees provided by the government. Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok is a school located in the city of Depok.Holy Faithful Obedient Junior High School Depok carries out learning programs based on the Independent Curriculum for Grade VII and the 2013 Curriculum applies to grades VIII and IX.
