Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price perception, service quality and satisfaction on customer loyalty at the AHASS Honda Motor, Sido Makmur MPM branch, Blitar. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey method and path analysis. The population is 900 people, with random sampling techniques and the Slovin formula, 90 respondents were obtained. Data were analyzed using Excel software and SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that: Price perception has a direct inverse or opposite effect on satisfaction of 0.529; Service quality has a direct positive and significant effect on satisfaction of 0.270; Price perception has a direct inverse or opposite effect on customer loyalty of 0.367; Service quality has a direct positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of 0.270; Satisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of 0.253. Meningkatnya kebutuhan pada bidang industri otomotif, terutama penggunakendaraan roda dua di Indonesia yang semakin kompetitif dan dinamis,pelanggan akan semakin mudah dalam memilih sepeda motor yang diinginkan.Bengkel AHASS salah satu merek Honda selalu mengutamakan danmemperhatikan pada aspek kualitas yang selalu memberikan layanan yang primadan terbaik untuk sepeda motor Honda kepada pelanggannya. Namun, jika dilihatsecara seksama berdasarkan data unit entry, penjualan suku cadang, danlayanan servis bengkel Honda di Jawa Timur yang dikelola oleh PT. MitraPinasthika Mulia Tbk, dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir (Desember 2019–Desember 2023), jumlah pelanggan yang melakukan transaksi, servis danpembelian suku cadang motor honda mengalami penurunanyang signifikan danberturut-turut. Salah satu cabang bengkel AHASS yang mengalami penurunansecara drastic terdapat di bengkel AHASS cabang Kota Blitar Sido MakmurMotor.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceivedease of use, and trust on the intention to use BRIZZI BRI electronic money. The researchemploys a quantitative method with purposive sampling, involving a total sample of 100respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression tests, t-tests,and determination coefficient tests, supported by IBM SPSS Statistics Version 25. Theindependent variables in this study are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, andtrust, while the dependent variable is the intention to use BRIZZI BRI electronic money.The findings indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,and trustsignificantly shape user interest in using BRIZZI BRI. Specifically, perceived usefulnesshas a positive and significant influence on the intention to use BRIZZI BRI electronicmoney, indicating its substantial role in driving user interest. Conversely, perceived easeof use exhibits a negative influence, suggesting it does not affect the intention to use theproduct. Meanwhile, trust has a positive and significant impact, highlighting its critical rolein enhancing user interest in using BRIZZIBRI electronic money.

Abstract

Professional accountant services are needed as a guarantee that the financial statementscan be trusted as a basis for decision making by internal and external parties. Many factorsaffect audit reports to be quality, among others, audit quality, auditor'sperformance andemotional intelligence. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of auditquality, performance and emotional intelligence on decision making. This research is aquantitative research with a descriptive approach. Sampleselection using simple randomsampling method. The population in this study is the auditor who works at the PublicAccountant Office in the Jakarta Region which consists of 9 KAPs who are willing to fill inthe questionnaire there are 5 KAPs. From the questionnaire distributed there were 42respondents who were in accordance with the criteria for determining the sample. The datais collected and analyzed using descriptive statistics, instinct test, class assumption test,multiple regression analysis and hypothesis presentation.The elaboration results above can be concluded that partially audit quality variables, andemotional intelligence have a significant effect on decision making, but performance doesnot significantly influence decision making. Simultaneously audit quality,performance andemotional intelligence have a significant effect on decision making at the Public AccountingFirm in the Jakarta Region.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, organizational commitmentand work motivation on the performance of non-commissioned officers at the AdisutjiptoAir Force Base. This research uses a quantitative approach, surveymethodsand pathanalysis.The populationwas89people,with a saturated sampling technique obtained 89respondents. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS version 25. The results showedthat: Work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on work motivationof0.381;Organizationalcommitment hasadirectpositiveand significanteffectonworkmotivationof0.427;Workdisciplinehasadirect positive and significant effect on performance of0.460; Organizational commitmenthasadirectpositiveandsignificanteffectonperformanceof0.369; Work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on theperformance of Adisutjipto Air Force Dispersal Non-Commissioned Officers at 0.252.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explor the steps of applying GLD and QF Level 5 domains to assess the competency level of business undergraduate students’ research thinking and system thinking for sustainable development of a research-based course of a QF Level 5 business programme. This paper is to explore the steps of assessing business students on current issues identification for PILOs and CILOs with Generic Level Descriptors (GLD) and AI rubrics. This is managerial relevant to curriculum planning and assessment design. However, quantitative and qualitative research for an assessment framework on QF/ GLD AI rubrics is needed for competency building of business research students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the variables that most significantly influence employee performance in an electricity company in Indonesia. Furthermore, the impact of strategic management and work discipline on employee performance will be assessed simultaneously and independently in this study. The sample was randomly selected using purposive sampling, with a total of 77 employees. As part of the data collection method, questionnaires were administered to employees deemed suitable for the research. The data were analyzed quantitatively using six formulas (correlation analysis, t-test, F-test, dominance test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 20 software. The findings indicate a substantial relationship between work discipline and Strategic Management, both individually and collectively, and employee performance in electricity companies in Indonesia. A positive correlation is evident in the regression coefficient with a positive (+) value between work discipline and Strategic Management. In other words, these two elements will increase employee output in electricity companies in Indonesia. Work discipline, Strategic Management, and employee performance have a strong correlation (r = 0.867) and a coefficient of determination (0.752) in electricity companies in Indonesia. Furthermore, work discipline is the most influential factor on employee performance.

Abstract

Work-related stress is a crucial factor in business, primarily due to its connection with employee performance. A company must perform well to generate profit, and high performance is the ideal. Conversely, declining performance can harm the business. Undoubtedly, every employee will experience some level of job-related stress. This study collected quantitative data through questionnaires and interviews. Validity tests, the coefficient of determination test, partial hypothesis testing, and classical assumption tests were employed to evaluate the variables. The research was conducted at PT PLN Unit X with a sample of 83 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 20 for Windows. The main objective of this study is to identify the key factors contributing to employee stress and provide a foundation for the company to take appropriate action in managing stress and improving employee well-being. The findings reveal that workload, lack of appreciation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job stress, categorized as very strong. PT PLN Unit X aims to reduce employee stress levels to an ideal point that enables maximum performance by improving both financial and non-financial aspects of employee well-being.

Abstract

The influence of facilities, service quality, and price perception on customer satisfaction at PT. Grab Indonesia is a literature review article within the scope of economics and business. The purpose of this article is to formulate hypotheses regarding the relationships between variables that will be used in future research. The research object includes online literature from sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other academic online media. The research method involved 100 respondents using a Non- Probability Sampling technique with a purposive approach, employing quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article indicate that: 1) facilities do not have a significant impact on customer satisfaction; 2) service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction; and 3) price perception has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study investigates the complex relationships between work-family conflict, workplace stress, and the performance of female employees, with work-life balance serving as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of Taxes in Central Jakarta, focusing on female employees who face unique challenges in balancing their professional and personal responsibilities. This research utilized a quantitative approach, employing Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to examine data from 88 female employees selected through the Slovin sampling method from a total population of 688 employees. The Conservation of Resources Theory and Spillover Theory provide a theoretical framework for understanding the impact of work-family conflict and job stress on employee performance through work-life balance mechanisms. Research indicates that work-family conflict and job stress negatively impact employee performance, whereas work-life balance somewhat moderate these relationships. The findings reveal that female professionals facing increased work-family conflict and workplace stress demonstrate reduced performance, whereas those achieving a better work-life balance exhibit improved performance outcomes despite facing similar challenges. This study contributes to organizational behavior literature by providing empirical evidence of the mediating role of work-life balance in the relationship between workplace stressors and performance outcomes for female employees in the public sector. The findings suggest that companies should implement comprehensive work-life balance policies and support systems to enhance female employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of career development, work motivation, and organizational commitment on the performance of Production Division employees PT. Greenspan Packaging Systems Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach, survey methods, and path analysis. The population is made up of employees of the Production Division of PT. Greenspan Packaging System Jakarta, totaling 84 people. With the saturated sampling technique, 84 respondents were obtained. The data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS 25.0. The research results show that: career development has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of 0.328; work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of 0.670; career development has a direct positive and significant effect on performance of 0.481; work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on performance of 0.268; and organizational commitment has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Production Division of PT. Greenspan Packaging System Jakarta is 0.246.
