Abstract

This article discussed the implementation of santri cooprative units at pesantren, to improve the character of empowered pesantren. The method used in this study was a qualitative library research type approach, data collection tehniques used literature studies in the form of articles, newspaper, notes and internet. The result obtained from this study was a through education and training, management of the santri cooprative units, the role of kiyai and the principles of cultural values in the organization of the santri coopratvie unit at pesantren.

Abstract

Character education is an important thing in supporting the development of students among these efforts including through the scouting extracurricular program to build student discipline learn to pai, in scouting there are values and norms that can be applied to scout activities. This research method uses qualitative methods which are library research (library research) referring to and examining scientific journals, reference books, literature, encyclopedias, scientific research, as well as reliable sources that are relevant as research objects, this type of qualitative research is a method that produces information in the form of data and descriptive notes in research texts. The results, Scouting extracurriculars play a very important role in building student discipline in learning PAI and other learning where in extracurricular activities there are very many positive values that are instilled and directed to students, it only remains for educators and students to apply them in everyday life.

Abstract

Academic supervision is professional assistance provided by supervisors to teachers to improve their competence so that they can develop a higher-quality learning process. The purpose of this writing is to explain how the workshop was carried out to improve the competence of academic supervision by supervisors. This workshop uses an adult learning approach (andragogy) with a learning model oriented towards higher-order thinking skills (Order Thinking Skills abbreviated as HOTS) which provides space for School Supervisor participants to share the best insights, knowledge, understanding, and experiences. HOTS includes 4C (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication), literacy, and strengthening character education which emphasizes essential themes that improve school supervisor performance indicators. With the pattern 1) On the Job Training I (OJT I), 2) In Service Training (IST) 3) On the Job Training II (OJT II). The results obtained from this workshop were to increase the academic supervision competence of PAI supervisors who took part in this activity.

Abstract

This research examines Habaib contribution to two crucial aspects of Indonesian history: the struggle for independence and education development. The research method used is a historical approach and document analysis to investigate the role of Habib in supporting the struggle for independence and the development of education in Indonesia. The research results show that Habib, as a religious and intellectual figure, had a significant role in spreading the values ​​of justice, unity and courage during the struggle for independence. Apart from that, they also play an essential role in establishing madrasas and other Islamic educational institutions, which play a crucial role in the education progress in Indonesia. This research aims to understand Habaib contribution to forming a pluralist and civilized modern Indonesia. The implications of this research show that Habaib contribution was not only limited to the period of the independence struggle but also continued in the development of education in Indonesia. Their role in establishing and managing educational institutions has created a strong foundation for inclusive and progressive national education. This research suggests the need for greater recognition and appreciation for Habaib contribution to the history of the struggle for independence and education in Indonesia. Further research could focus on individual Habaib contributions and their impact on local communities. Apart from that, integrating the values ​​taught by Habaib into the national education curriculum can be a strategic step to strengthen the nation's character and identity.

Abstract

Local wisdom has a very important role, not only in education but also in maintaining national unity. One of the Dayak local wisdoms is Hapakat Basara which means consensus in deliberation in deciding something based on customary law. The main principle of Hapakat Basara is maintaining peace. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is until now Hapakat Basara in Kab. Kapuas, and what was done in the balai basara in Kab. Kapuas.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship training has an important role in developing motivation and innovation in students who are interested in becoming entrepreneurs. However, the lack of skills of some MTsN 36 Jakarta students is an obstacle in taking advantage of these opportunities, thus hampering the potential for entrepreneurial success. Therefore, entrepreneurship training is needed to foster students' interest and skills in entrepreneurship. This research aims to analyze the implementation of entrepreneurship training in increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship carried out by MTsN 36 Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive methods. The results of the research show that the implementation of entrepreneurship training to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship carried out by MTsN 36 Jakarta has been carried out well. However, in its implementation, inhibiting factors were found in the form of limited resources, such as time and funds. Meanwhile, the supporting factors for the success of implementing entrepreneurship training in increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship found in this research came from the support, commitment and consistency of the school in implementing entrepreneurship training. Abstract

This research examines the use of social media in marketing strategies at Skye Digipreneur School. The aim of the research is to determine strategies for using social media, the types of social media used, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in using social media as a marketing strategy in the school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Skye Digipreneur School utilizes various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube in its marketing strategy. The strategies implemented include creating interesting and relevant content, active interaction with the audience, and consistency in publications. The main supporting factors are the ease of access and wide reach of social media, while the challenges faced include the need for content consistency and professional management of interactions. This research provides insight into how educational institutions can optimize the use of social media in their marketing strategies, as well as recommendations for overcoming emerging challenges.

Abstract

This article describes the characteristics and patterns of philosophical thought that underpin the development of human knowledge and understanding. Philosophy, as a discipline, has made significant contributions to exploring fundamental questions about existence, knowledge, ethics, and reality. In this journal, we analyze the main characteristics of philosophical thought and identify fundamental patterns that emerge in the evolution of philosophical thinking. This study is based on a comprehensive literature review involving major philosophical works from various historical periods. We identify several key characteristics of philosophical thought, including the diversity of concepts and theories, analytical and critical approaches, and efforts to achieve a deeper understanding of human and universal phenomena. Additionally, we uncover common patterns of philosophical thinking. These patterns involve the foundations of metaphysics and epistemology, questions about reason and experience, as well as reflections on ethics and goodness. These patterns have appeared throughout the history of philosophy in various schools of thought and traditions and continue to evolve over time. The findings of this study provide a better understanding of the process of philosophical thinking and how philosophy continues to contribute to human knowledge. By understanding the characteristics and patterns of philosophical thought, we can better appreciate the importance of philosophy in shaping human thought and civilization.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) among students has great potential in improving the local economy and social welfare. In this context, the application of Islamic ethics plays an important role in the sustainable management of MSMEs. This research aims to analyze the application of Islamic ethical principles in managing MSMEs by STAI Kuala Kapuas students and its impact on the economy and their welfare. The research method used was interviews and observations of students involved in managing MSMEs on campus. The research results show that students apply Islamic ethical principles such as honesty in transactions, halal financial management, and the use of zakat and waqf. This practice not only improves the quality of their business, but also makes a positive contribution to the welfare of the people and the blessings of the business. The application of Islamic ethics in managing MSMEs has been proven to have a positive impact on both business development and improving the welfare of students themselves. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for developing sustainable Islamic ethics-based MSMEs among students in Indonesia.

Abstract

Radicalism among students is a complex phenomenon influenced by both internal and external factors. Internally, identity exploration, narrow religious understanding, social dissatisfaction, and emotional influences contribute to students’ vulnerability to radical ideologies. Psychological aspects, such as academic pressure and emotional distress, further heighten this risk. Externally, social environment, social media, radical groups, and socio-political injustice play significant roles in shaping radical tendencies. The role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers is crucial in fostering moderate character and preventing radicalism. PAI teachers can achieve this by integrating moderation values into education, serving as role models, encouraging critical discussions, and acting as counselors. By promoting tolerance, critical thinking, and inclusive educational environments, PAI teachers help shape students into individuals who uphold moderation, reject extremism, and contribute positively to society.
