Abstract

The national development carried out so far is a development effort sustainability in order to create a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. In order to achieve this goal, implementation development must always pay attention to harmony, harmony and balance various elements of development, including in the banking sector. This research aims to deepen the provision of banking credit to support industrial improvement creative village in Langkat Regency. The population used in this research is employees at PT. BRI (Persero) in Langkat Regency. Sampling technique with using saturated samples. The sample size was 30 people. Types of data in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies with data analysis techniques using approaches quantitative with statistical tools of multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show: 1) Internal control has a partially insignificant effect on effectiveness granting credit, 2) Internal audit has a partially significant effect on effectiveness granting credit, 3) Internal control and internal audit have a significant effect simultaneously on the effectiveness of providing credit, namely 83.3%.

Abstract

Capital structure is an important issue that companies must pay attention to because capital structure is expected to increase profitability, which is the goal of every company. This research aims to determine the effect of capital structure on profitability in financial services industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses quantitative methods with explanatory research. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that capital structure as measured by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has a significant positive effect on profitability (Return On Assets) and the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a significant negative effect on profitability (Return On Assets)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation components on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Mahalona Health Center, Towuti District, East Luwu Regency. The population in this study were 83 employees at the Mahalona Health Center. And this study used a purposive sample sampling technique with certain considerations. Then the sample used was 45 people using the Slovin formula. This research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary data). The results of research from data processed using SPSS Version 25 statistical calculations, based on the results of SPSS output partially the results showed that partially the variables of financial compensation and non-financial compensation Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Other results found that the variables of financial compensation and nonfinancial compensation had no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a significant value for financial compensation of 0.001 < 0.05 and a significant value for non financial compensation of 0,000 < 0.05. Financial compensation and non financial compensation do not have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the implementation of good corporate governance in the business sector state-owned banking in Langkat Regency. This research uses research methods qualitative. The data collection technique used in this research is method observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in research This is a qualitative data analysis technique. The data analysis component used is reduction data (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions (conclusion drawings). The research results show that the role of internal audit has an influence on implementation of the principles of good corporate governance in the company. Obstacles and Obstacles in implementing Good Corporate Governance in companies, namely the cause is HR knowledge and understanding of GCG principles is still lacking. Lots of human resources who have not attended training, seminars. Apart from that, the principle of transparency is also implemented hampered by inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as the unavailability of a website. Regarding Independence, Internal Audit at Bank Mandiri is objective in nature carry out audit activities. Apart from that, all internal audit members at the Bank Mandiri Langkat branch, has no family relationship with the Management or staff at the Langkat branch of Bank Mandiri.

The results of the research conducted stated that the financial management stage carried out by Pematang Serai Village has been carried out in accordance with Permendagri No. 20 In 2018.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of capital structure and Cash Flow Operations on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This type of research data is descriptive with a quantitative approach obtained from annual financial report data of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample used in this research was 30 companies. The data collection used in this research is the documentation method by accessing the idx.Co.id site. The research instrument used in this research uses the panel data method. The results of the research show data using statistical calculations through the Eviews 12 application on the influence of capital structure and Cash Flow Operations on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange which was discussed in the previous chapter, so the author draws important conclusions that capital structure research has a positive and significant effect on profitability and cash flow operations have no effect on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effect of promotional strategies on Yan's Coffee customer satisfaction 2) determine the effect of product quality on Yans's Coffee customer satisfaction. 3) determine the effect of promotional strategies and product quality on Yan's Coffee customer satisfaction. In this study using quantitative methods and quantitative sampling used in this study with random sampling of 86 samples. In the results of this study using the help of SPSS Version 23 with the results that the significance of the variables: 1) promotion strategy is 0.000 <0.05 or t count> t table 3,870> 1,662 which means H0 is rejected, so that the promotion strategy has an influence on customer satisfaction. 2) The meaning of product quality is 0.000> 0.05 or t count 3.520> 1.662, so H0 is rejected, which means that product quality has an influence on customer satisfaction 3) Promotional strategy and product quality simultaneously affect customer satisfaction with a total f of 38.571 significant 0.000, so H0 is rejected, which means that the promotional strategy variable and product quality have a simultaneous influence on the customer satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This research aims to provide detailed exploratory information on feasibility studies implementation of Siskeudes in Pematasang Serai Village, Langkat Regency in the framework of realizing accountability in village fund management. The focus in this research is Role Siskeudes which is used in preparing financial reports for the Pematasang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Technique The data collection used in this research is the observation method, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is engineering qualitative data analysis. The data analysis component used is data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Siskeudes played an important role in making it Pematang Serai Village financial report,. Siskeudes Very make it easier for Village Officials, especially the Secretary and Head of Finance of Pematang Serai Village in preparing and inputting financial reports. Public also involved in preparing the budget for one period, represented by the Community figures who participate in every deliberation in village financial budgeting Pematang Serai Village, Langkat Regency. Financial reports available in Pematang Serai Village is good, this is based on the financial reports created as proof of the village government's responsibility to the local community as well as to regional governments.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the ability of Rural Banks in Langkat Regency to overcome the financial problems of village communities. One of the very important needs of modern society today is a healthy and reliable financial system. The financial system even has a very basic role for society. Rural Bank is one of the institutions that uses a financial system and can provide financial information in the form of financial reports which can provide information to internal and external parties regarding the company regarding the financial situation and conditions within the company. The subjects in this research were the leadership, accounting department and operations department at the People's Credit Bank in Langkat Regency. The type of research is quantitative research with the data used are financial reports. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. Data analysis is CAMEL analysis which is used to assess the level of bank financial health based on capital, quality of productive assets (KAP), management, profitability and liquidity. The research results show that the level of bank financial health in terms of the capital aspect (CAR) in 2016, 2017, 2018 is within healthy criteria. The ratio of classified productive assets to productive assets in 2016, 2017, 2018 shows that the bank is in healthy criteria, while PPAPYD (Provision for Losses of Productive Assets Established) in 2016 is included in unhealthy criteria, whereas in 2017, 2018 the bank is in healthy criteria . The evaluation of management aspects in general management and risk management in 2016, 2017, 2018 shows criteria that are unhealthy and quite healthy. The profitability aspect, namely ROA in 2016, 2017, 2018 shows that the bank is in the healthy category, while BOPO in 2016, 2017, 2018 is included in the healthy criteria. The liquidity aspect, namely the LDR in 2016, 2017, 2018 is included in the healthy criteria, while the cash ratio in 2016, 2017, 2018 is included in the healthy criteria. Growth in the level of bank financial health at PT. BPR Langkat 2016, 2017, 2018 shows that the bank's financial health level is included in the healthy criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how effective the management of regional property is, to find out the procedures for managing regional property and to adjust the implementation of regional property management at the Village Government Pematang Serai, Langkat Regency. The form or method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative analysis. Meanwhile, data collection techniques were carried out through interview methods, documentation and direct observation. Data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, results were obtained that analysis of fixed asset management (Regional Property) in Pematang Serai Village not yet running well seen from late administration and utilization, maintenance and administration, as well as the implementation of asset management, are still not running optimally as stated in government regulations and also obstacles in managing fixed assets.
