This term has great significance in various religions, especially in the Islamic religion, and also in several other religious traditions. Shirk is seen as a major sin and one of the main violations of the monotheistic belief that underlies many religious belief systems. Shirk includes various practices or beliefs that have the potential to threaten human well-being from a religious perspective. Although diverse in form, shirk has the potential for significant negative impacts on individuals and society at large. <![CDATA[Background: Based on observations in the field, researchers see that there are still many kiosks that are not used and traders tend to sell on the ground floor which is close to the main road or which is easily accessible to the public or buyers so that the rest are empty, especially on the 2nd floor where the top roof has not been completed. So far, traders consider that stalls on the lower floors have more customers compared to traders selling on the upper floors, so many traders place their activities outside the Cimindi Market area and become street vendors. This creates complex problems, apart from aesthetic and The decline in the quality of the environment can also cause congestion on the roads around Cimindi Market. .Research method: this research pattern uses a qualitative approach. According to Tanzeh, Qualitative research is research that is intended to reveal symptoms holistically-contextually (thoroughly and in accordance with the context/what is) through collecting data from natural settings as a direct source of the key research instruments themselves.⁶⁵ .Conclusion: Based on the research results regarding "Analyzing how big the influence of the lack of consumers at the Cimindi Traditional Market in Cimahi City" is, the researchers can draw conclusions due to the lack of buyers due to operational hours so that turnover drops drastically due to the lack of buyers.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the differences in the use of materials and spatial layouts used in the past and today. spatial color and spatial arrangement in the short story entitled Gubuk Syukur by Maemunah. Where the owner renovates a house that was previously made of wooden walls into a brick wall house with the spatial arrangement that the homeowner wants. The techniques used in the research when collecting data were heirloom, listening and note-taking techniques. The source of data in this research was the short story Gubuk Syukur. The results of this research show the form of descriptive criticism found in the short story Gubuk Syukur by Maemunah, which in this research uses 3 methods of criticism, namely static criticism, dynamic criticism and process criticism.]]>

<![CDATA[Swimming is a popular sport in the people of Bojonegoro. This encourages parents to encourage their children to study swimming. This research was conducted because of differences in parents' behavior towards children when practicing swimming at HasicsSwimming Club. There are parents who just include their children without knowingprogress of their child, and there are also those who are very supportive and even waitinghis son during practice from start to finish. So it has an impact onchildren's behavior when practicing. This research aims to find out whatparents' motivation to include their children and also knowing what the motivation isThe child joins the Hasics swimming clubSwimming Club. Research methodsused is descriptive quantitative with sampling (total sampling) namely 30 parents and children each. Each data was collected using a questionnaire, then the data was analyzed to be accumulated, then visualized using graphs. The results of this research are 1. parents' motivation to enroll their children in HasicsSwimming Club is from intrinsic factors, more precisely, namely becausedesire development and growth in children. 2. Motivate children to followHasics Swimming Club is because I want to be able to swim, socan improve swimming ability, for body fitness, forachieve your goals and want to deepen your knowledge about swimming.]]>

The purpose of this research is to uncover the conceptual and epistimological foundations of a scientific discipline. Through the philosophy of science approach, research findings can include a deep understanding of the philosophical aspects of a discipline. This can involve identifying and analyzing basic concepts, epistimological assumptions, as well as ontological considerations that form the scientific basis. The findings can illustrate how these concepts influence the formation of knowledge and practice in a field of research. These implications involve impact in understanding the epistimological and ontological underpinnings of a discipline of science. This has significant consequences for our understanding of the nature of scientific knowledge and the way research is conducted. This study aims to discuss qualitative research methods of literature study. The method used is library research, collecting data by finding sources and reconstructing from various sources such as books, journals, and existing researches.]]>

<![CDATA[This journal discusses interventions carried out by social workers to treat someone who experiences anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorder is a type of mental health disorder such as feelings of fear, anxiety, restlessness and excessive worry that cannot be controlled and occur continuously so that they interfere with daily activities. There are many cases in Indonesia regarding people who have anxiety disorders. This must be treated and cannot be ignored, because if it is not treated, the sufferer will experience severe depression and even commit suicide. One of the professions responsible for this problem of social dysfunction is the social worker profession. Therefore, the aim of this journal is to explain the interventions carried out by social workers in treating someone who experiences anxiety disorders. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The social worker's intervention strategy uses the CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) method which aims to eliminate the client's negative thoughts and be able to think rationally, apart from that, using behavior modification learning theory, namely systematic desensitization classical conditioning therapy by carrying out relaxation exercises so that the client is calmer when facing problems. conditions that make him anxious. The results of this research are interventions that social workers can carry out for people with anxiety disorders.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether the application of the Problem Based Learning model can develop the critikal thinking skills of class XII students in learning Akidah Akhlak at MA Nurul Falah Ciater. The type of research is qualitative with a qualitative descriptive and the subject of this research is students ini class XII MA Nurul Falah Ciater.. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusions. Based on the results of research and data analysis, that the Problem Based Learning model applied to moral akidah learning, can develop the critical thinking skills of XII grade students in learning moral akidah at MA Nurul Falah Ciater. Students are actively engaged in critical thinking problem solving and develop analytical skills. These findings make an important contribution to the developments of effective learning methods in improving students critical thinking skills in the context of learning akidah akhlak. This shows that there is a development of critical thinking skills of XII grade students in learning akidah akhlak by using the problem based learning model.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate the role of leadership style in increasing employee performance effectiveness in the context of modern organizations. The main focus of this research is to analyze how different leadership styles, including transformational, transactional, and democratic leadership, influence employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Qualitative analysis methods are used to gain an in-depth understanding of employee perceptions of the leadership style applied in the workplace. This research involved in-depth interviews with a number of employees from various hierarchical levels in the organization. The data obtained was analyzed using a thematic approach, where the main patterns and themes surrounding employee experiences of leadership styles were explored and analyzed. The Donggala Regency Central Statistics Agency applies a democratic leadership style, where decision making involves deliberation to reach agreement. Leaders appreciate employee potential through research, while employees show responsibility in completing their tasks.]]>
