Abstract

This research aims to analyze the existence and development of Islam in the Ottoman Empire's territory, with a focus on its inception, growth, and evolution. The aspects under scrutiny encompass the political system, governance, state structure, intellectual progress, religious studies, and culture. This studly employs a historical approach to depict how Islam played a pivotal role in shaping and transforming the Ottoman Empire, from its inception to its zenith. In its early stages, Islam acted as a unifying force for diverse ethnic groups and tribes within the region. The political and governance systems, rooted in Islamic principles, contributed to the empire's stability and continuity. As the empire evolved, it emerged as a center of intellect and religion. Intellectual progress is reflected in the establishment of madrasas and other educational institutions that advanced knowledge and Islamic thought, fostering an environment conducive to the growth of religious studies, culture, and the arts. Nonetheless, the empire's development was marked by dynamics that influenced its state structure and political framework. The Ottoman Empire faced challenges from internal and external factors, impacting its political and economic stability. These challenges prompted changes in governance and administrative systems. In conclusion, Islam played a significant role in shaping and guiding the trajectory of the Ottoman Empire. The Islamic-based political and governance systems, coupled with intellectual development, religious studies, and cultural advancements, made substantial contributions to sustaining the empire's existence and growth. However, changes in internal and external dynamics also shaped the evolution of the state and its governance. This study provides profound insights into Islam's role in the history of this region and its repercussions on social, political, and cultural transformations

Abstract

This study aims to explain the internalization of prophetic entrepreneurial communication of the RKPD Foundation through the Foundation's program in volunteer empowerment. Qur'an-based prophetic communication is communication that refers to the prophetic communication pattern of Muhammad (peace be upon him) loaded with egalitarian values, tolerance, gentleness, generosity, and spirituality. This theory constructs a social transformation that promotes divine and prophetic values through the relationship between humanization, liberation, and transcendence to dehumanist reality. Proof of the success of this theory is by looking at the history of the Prophet in realizing civil society through three dimensions, namely 1) humanization, such as egalitarian, defending the weak, deliberation, and tolerance, 2) liberation, such as anti-discrimination, easy forgiveness, freedom of society, 3) transcendence, such as piety to Allah Almighty, making the Qur'an as a guideline, and recognizing the Prophet Muhammad as a messenger of God as well as a leader. The theories used in this study are entrepreunerial theory and SOR theory and the author also incorporates prophetic communication approaches into entrepreneurial studies. Researchers use a cutative approach with explanatory purposes. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews as well as documentation. The results of this study show that the RKPD Foundation uses the entrepreneurial process in the pattern of internalizing prophetic communication in the form of constructive Foundation work programs such as volunteer character, providing s1, s2, s3 scholarships, school scholarships to pursue packages for street children, Quran reading learning programs, Quran memorization programs, building mosques and well endowments, caring for orphans, , spiritual formation of volunteers, Islamic boarding school support system All of these programs are used by the RKPD Foundation to empower their communities, especially Islamic communities

Abstract

In 1990 and the Dakar Forum in 2000, several international partners (UNESCO, World Bank, UNICEF, United Nations Development Programme, etc.) decided to allocate considerable funds for the support and coordination of Quranic schools or madrassas. while hoping for greater coherence of this type of education with the national education plan. The reason for this interest in Islamic education lies in the role that these schools play in combating illiteracy and promoting the schooling of children. Indeed, in sub-Saharan Africa, as in other regions of the world, the generalization of primary education implies taking into account the teachings of Islam. This research applies a qualitative approach. Through this approach, researchers observe directly and invite informants to provide information about the object of research carried out with the aim of obtaining the best results. The subjects of this study were grade Islamic religious education in Africa. After data collection, the data is presented in the results of the study and then analyzed in the next discussion and will obtain conclusions as answers to problems in the implementation of religious culture in disciplining students. This research uses descriptive analytical methods, which are methods that function as an effort to obtain in-depth data. The data obtained from the resource persons are what facts make students motivated in participating in the organization of Afrika. Islamic education occupies a scattered and varied place depending on the country. The original cognitive system, a single pedagogy, certain cultural, religious and political functions make it a teaching with varied and evolving forms that make its analysis complex. The place of Islamic education in national education policy is still often marginal in sub-Saharan African countries
