Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic law on buying and selling without a price tag. The practice of buying and selling without price tags often occurs in various economic contexts, where the price of goods or services is determined directly or through bargaining between buyers and sellers, without clear pricing. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and literature study methods to collect data from related literature, such as books on Islamic law, reference books, and scientific articles. In this study, the views of Islamic law are analyzed regarding the practice of buying and selling without a price tag. The principles of Islamic law relating to economic transactions, such as fairness, transparency, mutual pleasure between buyers and sellers, and the avoidance of fraud and injustice, are the focus of this analysis. Official documents, including fatwas from religious institutions, are also analyzed to obtain legal guidance relevant to this practice. The results of the analysis show that buying and selling without a price tag raises various legal issues in the context of Islamic law. Although there is no direct prohibition in the Qur'an or Hadith regarding this practice, the principles of Islamic law demand clear and fair pricing in economic transactions. In addition, non-transparency in pricing can result in losses and injustice for consumers. This study also emphasizes the need for a hermeneutical approach in understanding Islamic legal texts related to buying and selling. Through this approach, the historical context and meaning of Islamic legal texts can be better analyzed, and their relationship with contemporary realities can be considered in making relevant conclusions.

Abstract

One of the problems being faced by our world of education today is how to improve noble character, especially among students. On the other hand, most students have low understanding and experience of Islam, caused by the low quality of Islamic education. The Tasawuf Morals course accepted by students has not had a positive function in cultivating noble morals due to several factors, including inadequate curriculum content, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure, weak mastery of material and teaching methodology, and inadequate number and quality of teaching staff. This study aims to explain and analyze: First, the contribution of discipline in attending lectures to the development of akhlakul karimah students of STAI Panca Budi Trading. Second, the contribution of the Tasawuf Akhlak course to the development of akhlakul karimah students of STAI Panca Budi Commerce. Third, the contribution of the Sufism Akhlak course plus the discipline of attending lectures to the moral development of STAI Panca Budi Commerce students. This research uses quantitative methods. Sources of research data consist of primary and secondary. Data collection tools are questionnaires, documentation and observation techniques. While data analysis used simple regression statistics and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research, it is empirically proven that the Tasawuf Morals course and the discipline of attending lectures simultaneously are able to partially make a real and positive contribution to the development of good morals for STAI Panca Budi Commerce students.

Abstract

The Role of Parents in Motivating Children to Continue Higher Education". There are two issues studied in this journal, 1). what is the role of parents in motivating children to continue their education to higher education (a case study in Pengkolan Village, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency). 2). What factors support and hinder parents in motivating their children to continue their education to higher education (a case study in Pengkolan Village, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency). The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the role of parents in motivating children to continue their education to tertiary institutions in Pengkolan Village, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of parents in motivating children to continue their education to higher education in Pengkolan Village, Bosar Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. To explore the problems in this study, the researchers used a type of field research with a qualitative approach and the method used was Descriptive Analytic. Determination of informants using purposive sampling.

Abstract

As we know that the main source of islamic education is the holy book al-qur'an and sunnah rasulullah saw. As well as the opinions of friends and muslim scholars or scientists in addition. Islamic education as a scientific discipline must open one's eyes that the current state of education is far from what we expect. This journal was made to find out what is the meaning of principles and islamic education. The basic principles of islamic education mean a basic view of something that is the main source so that it becomes the concept, value and foundation of islamic education. The basic principles of islamic education include Bottom of Form The principle of Islamic education is also upheld on the same basis and stems from the philosophical view of Islam towards the universe, humans, society, science and morals. The Islamic view of these problems gave birth to various principles in Islamic education.

Abstract

Parents are one of the first and most important educational institutions in a child, because a child is raised and born from parents, and will develop into adulthood. The character values ​​that must exist in children are the value of conscience and the value of giving. Conscience values ​​such as courage, honesty, love of peace. While the value of giving such as, loyal, trustworthy, respectful, polite, friendly and kind. The type of research that the researcher conducts is field qualitative research (field research), which is a study that aims to study intensively about the background of the current situation and the interactions of individuals, groups, institutions and society. With interviews with some parents in Perlanaan Village, parents do not understand the importance of forming children's character and assume that character building is only in formal education (schools) and children are not given enough attention or are not educated optimally so that children have bad characters. While this research model is qualitative. Qualitative is a research model that seeks to uncover phenomena, holistically by describing them through non-numeric language in contexts and natural paradigms.

Abstract

The conflict (rivalence) between religion and science covers all fields; both natural science and social science. Unlike before, today there is no longer a religion that opposes a development that has taken place in the field of science. However, it must also be acknowledged that religious opposition to the development of social sciences can still be felt. The objective is to find out about islamic and western science discourse, to find out how islamic science spread to the latin west. the new discourse that science is value-free, in the sense that it is neutral or not influenced by beliefs, appears along with the development of modern science (western science) today. historically, the trauma of western society to the history of their religion, which restrained and liberated science from religious life, was the beginning of the science that is currently developing. while science which develops against religion is considered to be contrary to religion, religion is only known as doctrine.

Abstract

Teacher is a person who imparts knowladge to students. The teacher’s responsibility is not only at school. The guidance that the teacher must provide is not only in groups, but also individually. This inevitably requires teachers to always pay attention tho the attitudes, behavior, and actions of their, not only in the school environment but also outside the school. To achieve maximum educational goals, it is necessary to have teachers who have good quality and profesionalism. Teacher profesionalism can be shown through his responsibility in carrying out all his services. Profesional teachers have personal, social intellectual, moral and spiritual responsibilities. Teachers are also expected to have a spirit of profesionalism, namely a mental attitude that always encourages them to realize themselves as professiobal officers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of picture word card media to improve early childhood reading skills in Ra Alwasliyah Bangun 17, Gunung Malela District, Simalungun Regency. Learning media is an important aspect that supports the learning process for early childhood in order to develop all aspects of development for educational preparation at the next level. Very many learning media have been applied and developed in early childhood education, therefore this study aims to describe early childhood learning media. This type of research is qualitative research. The process of data collection in this type of research is: observation and interview. The results of this study explain that so many learning media can be applied by educators according to certain aspects such as aspects of vocabulary development, cognitive, speaking, creativity, numeracy, language, social emotional, physical motor and reading. One of the learning media that plays an active role in developing early childhood reading skills is picture word card media. Thus, the application of picture word card media in Ra Alwasliyah Bangun 17 can be done well.

Abstract

The government's attention to madrasas and Islamic education in general is no less. The establishment of the Ministry of Religion (Depag) on ​​January 3, 1946 is proof of this. There is an education section in its organizational structure whose main responsibility for dealing with issues related to religious education in religious schools (madrasas and Islamic boarding schools) was recognized by the New Order government, then the government adopted a more operational policy in relation to madrasas, namely fostering the quality of madrasah education. In line with these efforts to improve the quality of madrasah education, on March 24, 1975 a policy was issued in the form of a Joint Decree (SKB) of 3 Ministers signed by the Minister of Religion (Prof. Dr. Mukti Ali), Minister of Education and Culture (Lt. Gen. TNI Dr. Teuku Syarif Thayeb) and Minister of Home Affairs (Gen. TNI Retired. Amir Machmud). The purpose of the Three Ministers' Joint Decree is to improve the quality of education in madrasas. With the issuance of the Three Ministerial SKB, madrasas entered a new era, namely the era of equality and equality between madrasas and schools.

Abstract

The contribution of the capital market to the economy of a country is very important because investing in the capital market provides functions in the economy and finance, the capital market is said to have an economic function because it provides facilities or vehicles that bring together the interests of those who have the advantage of funds and those who need funds. With the corporate capital market, public companies can obtain funds from the public through sales. Part of the financial function of the capital market is to provide the possibility and opportunity to make a profit.
