Abstract

Putra Medica Clinic is a Health Facility that servers treatment to be treatment of minor ailments. In addition to providing care and treatment, Putra Medika Clinic also provides various medicines that are tailored to the patient and doctor’s prescription. In carrying out the activities of buying and selling transactions, Putra Medika Clinic still uses a simple and not integrated application so that in the transaction there are often errors that cause different in stock or inventory. To be able to increase efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out purchase and transactions, the author tries to design a Web-Based Drug Purchase and Sales Information System so as to facilitate the transaction process at Putra Medika Clinic. In the process of developing the system the author uses the Waterfall method and in the process of testing the system the author uses Black-Box Testing and White-Box Testing. From the results of the Black-Box Testing and White-Box Testing, the purchase transaction has been integrade with the receipt, and when the user enters the receipt data it will be automatically stored as stock. With this Web-Based Drug Purchase and Sales Information System, it is hoped that the process of buying and selling drugs, monitoring and evaluating and recording report at the Putra Medika Clinic will be easier, more accurate, effective, and efficient. Abstract

Green Valley Waterpark is one of the recreational areas in the city of Purwakarta. The construction of an online group ordering information system aims to help expand marketing and help staff find data easily. This website system was built using CodeIgniter 4. The research method used is waterfall. The test method used is BlackBox. The information system that has been built will provide information that has been inputted by the staff, such as rides, facilities, the latest activities. And can manage tourist data to tourist group booking data. In addition, the tourist group booking information system will also display a booking report that has been input based on staff needs. This information system makes it easy to get information for potential tourists who want to visit Green Valley Waterpark. Tourists can view activities, route information, rides and facilities available online, place an online order by logging in first in order to place an order. and staff can manage data - information data quickly and accurately. Abstract

SMK Teknikom Cikarang is a private vocational school which is located in Sukarukun Village, Kec. Sukatani, Bekasi Regency. So far, the registration process for new students still has to fill in via Google Form so that the data is not yet integrated, and some prospective students still have to go to school and fill out the registration form. Information regarding registration is also still not conveyed effectively because on average the prospective students who apply to this school are prospective students who are no longer accepted in other schools. Not to mention the lack of information about the registration requirements that must be met by prospective students where many completeness requirements have not been met which causes prospective students to have to submit registration requirements back and forth. Reporting on registrant data is also still manual which must be recapitulated by TU officers using Excel, so that if TU officers are asked to report both the number of registrants and entry for registration, it still takes a long time to present the report. The above causes a lack of information conveyed regarding the deadline for registration, what conditions must be met to be able to enter the SMK, as well as delays in presenting information, which is an obstacle for the Principal and Foundation to make decisions in future school management. This study uses the waterfall method to design a web-based PPDB Online information system using PHP and MySQL. With the development of this system, it can assist in the process of managing the registration system for new prospective students at SMK Teknikom without having to use Google Forms again so that it is integrated with payment systems, re-registration and others and prospective students do not have to come directly to register. This system can help checklist the requirements of new prospective students that have not been met, making it easier to check for lack of requirements, making the registration process easier, from the admin side it also makes the process of checking completeness and payment transactions and re-registration more effective and efficient. Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of supporting facilities to facilitate work in PLN institutions. PT. PLN (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in electricity. In the structure of PLN there is a section called the Substation. Based on the survey results, there is one obstacle experienced by the PLN Substation, namely the process of storing tool data and documents that have not been structured and are still stored manually. This deficiency has an impact on the process of searching for data or documents, so that the search is not efficient and effective. Therefore, this research was made aiming to help facilitate the work of PLN Substation employees in terms of storing equipment and document data. The purpose of this research is to develop and improve the existing system so that it becomes a program that is efficient, fast, precise, easy to operate and has high mobility. The program to be built is entitled "Web-Based Substation Equipment Information System". As the title implies, this program is a web-based program. The need for data storage or database to be used is MYSQL. With this application we hope to help and simplify the work and improve the quality of the agency concerned. Abstract

In the age of computerized technology in small or medium-scale goods trading companies in Indonesia, there are still many who have not used it. Like the Kasse Store, it still doesn’t use computer technology. There are still use the manual method of collecting transaction data, because they still use the book system to record sales transaction. This Point of Sale application will be designed using the prototyping method and also using PHP and MySQLi because it saves time. The goal is for Kasse Store to be able to collect all sales transaction data without having to hardwrite it in a book. The result of this research is a web-based Point of Sale application that can document and produce detailed reports, making activities easier and more efficient. The conclusion is with the Point of Sale application at the Kasse Store can save time in making sales transaction and as an automatioc income counter. Abstract

The business in the car rental sector in Indonesia has very promising prospects, because car transportation is the most popular type of transportation by the Indonesian people and the trend of car use continues to increase from year to year. Adapaun Surya Rent Car is a company engaged in car rental which in practice its business operational management activities still use the old method or manually. As in managing car data, rental transactions and making rental reports, company admins still use pens and paper, this often results in damage or loss of managed data. The method used in this study as a guide in designing a car rental information system using the Rapid Application Development method. This research is expected to minimize errors that often occur, speed up work time and provide convenience to company owners in managing company operational data at Surya Rent Cars. Abstract

Letters are one of the most important communication media in an agency, company or organization that can be used internally and externally as needed. Correspondence activities carried out by North Cikarang sub-district employees still use the conventional method, namely storing data in the form of sheets of paper that are stacked in a storage cupboard. Data storage by stacking the letter sheets has several weaknesses that result in data being lost. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the work of the sub-district head or staff for the disposition process and data management, in the form of incoming and outgoing letters that run at the North Cikarang District Office. The research started from literature studies from various books and journals, and field studies through direct observation. The research method used in the development of this system is the waterfall method. The results obtained are that the researchers succeeded in implementing the designed system with a success rate of 80% as evidenced by blackbox testing. There are five features in the incoming and outgoing mail information system, namely incoming mail management, outgoing mail management, mail disposition management, section data management and user data management. Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing very rapidly and can be felt in the industrial world and in society, one of which is the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the work environment. The work environment is all things or elements that can affect directly or indirectly the organization or company that will have a good or bad impact on employee performance and job satisfaction. The purpose of this research on temperature and humidity monitoring systems is to monitor the stability of temperature and humidity in the injection molding process workspace, where room temperature is related to the engine cooling temperature and affects the results of production. This temperature and humidity monitoring system is designed using the NodeMCU ESP8266 module and the DHT11 sensor using the Arduino IDE program C language and the Thingspeak web server. In this research, the methodology used is the prototype methodology. The prototype model is a technique to collect certain information about the user's information needs quickly. As a result, manual thermometers can be replaced with Internet of Things-based temperature sensors. The temperature and humidity monitoring system can be applied in the injection molding process workspace so that it can speed up the response by the facility in the event of an abnormality in room temperature. Currently, the development of information technology is very fast, this is able to create various kinds of changes in life into the digital world, one of which is the digital economy. This condition has created digital technology in the economic field, namely E-commerce which is an activity of distributing, selling, purchasing, marketing products (goods and services), by utilizing the internet network. With the globalization of information technology has brought the economy to sharp competition among business actors, both local and international. Economic development in Indonesia cannot be separated from the role of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The number of MSMEs in Indonesia is always increasing from year to year. The pandemic condition has made the Indonesian and world economies experience a very significant decline, this demands the need for innovation in existing economic problems. one of them is by developing an E-commerce strategy in the field of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), where it is hoped that this step can help in economic recovery, especially in Indonesia so that sustainable development can be realized in this country. The research carried out aims to determine the E-commerce development strategy to promote MSMEs with qualitative and quantitative SWOT (Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat) analysis methods. From this research, it is known the current condition of E-Commerce development and how the strategy is to advance existing MSMEs, taking into account the strengths and weaknesses as well as existing opportunities and threats, the position of MSMEs by adopting E-Commerce has the opportunity to grow big and advance so that this can be achieved. contribute to the sustainable development of the country. Abstract

APT Link Net is a multimedia company that became the first provider in Indonesia that provides internet speeds of up to 100 Mbps and provides more than 90 local and international channels with digital picture quality and stereo sound, PT. Link Net offers several choices of internet and cable TV packages such as Dlite, Elite, Family, Family Plus, Maxima, School, Supreme, judging by the large number of sales for these packages and there is no predictor of determining the sales of the best-selling and not-selling packages. The research uses data mining techniques using the C4.5 algorithm to analyze or determine package sales so that they can prepare more supporting tools to be used for best-selling packages. This study uses sales data sourced directly from PT. Link Net in 2021. The stages in the C4.5 Algorithm use six KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) steps which include activities, namely, selection, preprocessing, transformation, data mining, Interpretation Evaluation. Through testing using rapidminer with an accuracy rate of 99.5%, thus the C4.5 Algorithm is very well used to implement this sales data. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the best-selling Internet and cable TV packages at PT. Link Net namely Family and Family Plus.
