Abstract

The UPTD for Waste Management Region IV Bekasi Regency Government is a Service that is engaged in the Cleaning Sector. In this field the salary calculation is still using the manual method, namely by using a book and still referring to using Ms.Word and Ms.Excel. so that there are often errors in the process of calculating the salaries of honorary employees. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based payroll information system for temporary employees in order to assist in the process of calculating the salaries of honorary employees. The method used in this research is the waterfall method, because in this method, in building a system, the process is systematic and sequential. This study resulted in a computerized payroll information system to provide information such as employee data information, position data, and payroll data so that it can be concluded that the existence of an employee payroll information system can facilitate the process of calculating salaries accurately and quickly. Abstract

Noise is a type of environmental pollution in the form of sound that comes from a human activity. The impact of noise is disturbing comfort in the environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of influence of the noise relationship from the activities of the Mangu Market, Jalan Raya Manguraya, and Adi Soemarmo Airport on the concentration of students' learning at SMPN 1 Ngemplak. The research method is observational with a cross sectional analysis approach. Noise research was conducted at 09.00-10.00; 10.00-11.00; and 11.00-12.00 with 2 sampling points, namely roads and classrooms which respectively obtained an average result of 68.97dB and 55.73dB. Based on the data that has been obtained, the noise at SMPN 1 Ngemplak exceeds the threshold set by KepMen LH No. 48/MNLH/11/1996, which is 55 dB for the school area. Data analysis was carried out with the Chi-Square test, obtained a probability value of 0.001<0.05. So it is stated that there is a significant relationship between the impact of noise that occurs at SMPN 1 Ngemplak with the concentration of student learning. Recommendations for reducing noise that can be done include planting trees around schools, building fences with vines, changing the function of classes near the highway into warehouses or teachers' offices that have minimal learning processes, reducing the percentage of windows and increasing the use of curtains, and changing building period. Abstract

Water is a natural resource that has very high economic value, especially when viewed from a biological and cultural point of view. The purpose of this final project is to compare the simulation results of the Epanet software to the residual chlorine content in the distribution network of Water Treatment Plant 1 Jababeka. Lack of supervision and sampling of residual chlorine at a certain point, Comparing residual chlorine levels from measurements in the field with Epanet software. Analyzing the relationship of residual chlorine to distance in the distribution network of Water Treatment Plant 1 Jababeka Infrastructure. Drinking Water Disinfection is an inactivation method (kills pathogenic microorganisms found in drinking water. This disinfection method aims to kill disease-causing microorganisms (pathogens), either from processing installations or entering through distribution networks. These microorganisms can be in the form of viruses (causes poliomyelitis). ), bacteria (the cause of cholera, dysentery, typhoid fever and so on), and other microorganisms. The results of the residual chlorine measurement provide information that there is a decrease in residual chlorine levels at each sampling point. The residual chlorine at the sampling location based on measurements in the field generally has met the standard criteria are 0.2 mg/L - 1 mg/L. The minimum average residual chlorine content is 0.53 mg/L and the maximum is 0.85 mg/L in the distribution network. The results of field measurements show that residual chlorine is in the range 0.48 mg/L to 0.87 mg/L. Based on the measurement results using Epanet software, the residual chlorine ranges from 0.4 8 mg/L to 1 mg/L. the farther the distance of the water, the less the residual chlorine content, with the furthest distance of 2,616 m of residual chlorine obtained is 0.48 mg/L Keywords : Epanet , Disinfection , Residual Chlorine

Abstract

River water quality is influenced by the natural conditions of the river, human activities and land use in the vicinity. Water pollution is the inclusion or entry of various kinds of objects, living things, energy, substances and other components into the air by human activities, which then causes air quality to decrease to a certain level so that it cannot be utilized according to its use. Pepe River is one of the rivers that pass through the Surakarta area. Pepe River is divided into two, namely Pepe Hulu and Pepe Hilir. The Pepe Hilir River is 5.76 km long. Pollution that occurs in the Pepe River is dominated by household waste. The water quality of the Pepe Hilir River is classified as class IV. This study aims to determine the pollution of the Pepe Hilir River so that it can provide recommendations for water management strategies for the Pepe Hilir River. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods obtained through observation and journal literature related to physico-chemical parameters in river water. The results showed that the level of water pollution of the Pepe Hilir River was said to be good at the three research locations, not showing any water pollution based on the results of measurements using HORIBA U-50 (Multiparameter Water Quality Checker). Based on secondary data in the form of previous research, it shows that the Surakarta City government has promoted the Pepe River pollution control strategy, but community participation is still considered minimal. Therefore, the recommendation for the government is that the government prioritizes the community so that they are able to contribute to waste management on the banks of the Pepe River with outreach campaigns to villages traversed by the Pepe Hilir River. The government can also understand with community leaders or community institutions to help encourage the community to want to participate in river management programs. In addition, the Surakarta city government is also advised to provide great opportunities for the community to be involved in programs promoted by the government. Abstract

The water softening process is a process that functions as a decrease in the concentration of calcium, magnesium, and other ions in the hard water category. This process reduces or eliminates water hardness so that water with low mineral content is obtained. Softening itself is used as a pre-treatment method to reduce hard water before entering the reverse osmosis process. Demineralization is a process of removing mineral salts in water such as calcium (Ca) and magnesium (Mg), so that the water produced has a high purity. The purpose of this research is to find out an overview and what materials are used in the water softening process, to know the character of the ion exchange resin on the machine, to know the results of measuring water after going through the softening process by comparing it with the quality standards that have been set at PT. DMC Teknologi Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive. Based on the results of the direct measurement in the field using a manual measuring instrument, it shows the value of the conductivity parameter, and TDS is still below the standard set by the company. The pH value of demin water tends to be close to acid, in the demineralization process to get light water. with a low conductivity value and a TDS value that is close to 0, PT DMC Teknologi Indonesia uses 2 times the reverse osmosis (RO) process, namely at the beginning and at the end. The demineralization process at PT DMC Teknologi Indonesia uses cation resin with HCl regenerant and anion resin with NaOH regenerant. Abstract

Noise is unwanted sound produced by a business or activity at a certain volume and frequency. Noise has an negative effect on quality of life, health and well-being. The market as a center for trade and services supported by the increasing number of vehicles used by the public is expected to cause uncontrollable noise. Measurement of noise levels in the market environment can be done to find out how much noise is generated from market activities and what kind of effect is generated. Therefore, this research was conducted which aims to determine the noise intensity measured by the calculation of the leq equation, to determine the effect of noise levels on community activities in the Pasar Gede Solo area, and to determine the effect of noise on humans or the whole environment in the Pasar Gede Solo area. The research was conducted on April to Mei 2022 at Pasar Gede Solo, Jl. Jend. Urip Sumoharjo, Sudiroprajan, Kecamatan Jebres, Surakarta City, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method using primary data obtained by direct observation at the research location, distributing questionnaires, and conducting interviews with traders, workers, and buyers. In addition, secondary data obtained by literature study is also used. From the results of this study, it is known that the noise level at the front entrance has an average of 70.6 dB, the middle area is 62.9 dB, and the rear entrance is 65.1 dB. Among the three points, the front entrance has passed the predetermined threshold value. Noise levels that exceed the threshold value can cause hearing, communication, and physiological disturbances to traders, workers, and buyers in the Pasar Gede Solo area. Abstract

The terminal is one of the public facilities in the field of transportation whose existence is not only beneficial for the community. Terminals can have a serious impact on the environment, one of which is noise. . Noise is a sound that is produced from an activity but is unwanted and can disturb humans. Tirtonadi Terminal is a type A bus terminal located in Surakarta City. The terminal waiting room is a gathering place for many people such as traders, passengers, bus officers and terminal officers. The purpose of this study was to obtain results that were relevant to those in the field and to identify efforts that could be used to reduce or prevent noise propagation from reaching residential areas. . This research data was taken by direct measurement technique and literature study. The data obtained are in the form of noise level data at each sample point, noise quality standards at the terminal, and data related to noise measurements. The noise level data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by using the Leq calculation formula. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the noise level value in the two waiting room areas at Tirtonadi Terminal was around 54.2 dBA. The noise value indicates that the noise level in the waiting room area of Tirtonadi Terminal does not exceed the noise level quality standard based on the Decree of the Minister of the Environment Number 48/MENLH/11/1996. Efforts that can be made to prevent noise include reducing the volume of sound produced, regulating vehicle operating times, limiting the number of bus operations, and using natural and artificial barriers. Abstract

B3 Waste (Toxic Hazardous Materials) is waste that harmful to the environment. B3 Waste (Toxic Hazardous Materials) is widely produced in industrial areas, especially by factories. Therefore, the processing of B3 waste (Toxic Hazardous Materials) is very important so that it must be regulated and monitored so that B3 waste (Toxic Hazardous Materials) does not pollute the environment. PT Guna Era Manufaktura is a company engaged in electricity and telecommunications located in the South Cikarang, Bekasi. Evaluation of the storage system at PT. Guna Era Manufacturing uses government regulation number 101 of 2014 concerning the management of hazardous and toxic waste as a quality standard in evaluating temporary storage areas. The evaluation method is descriptive evaluative where the results of the observations state that the temporary storage area of ​​PT. Guna Era Manufacturing has met the quality standard criteria. Abstract

Flooding is a condition in which water cannot be accommodated in the drain channel (river channel) or the flow of water in the drain channel is blocked, so that it overflows and inundates the surrounding area (flood plain). Mapping of flood distribution areas using remote sensing satellites and GIS can be done by combining flood phenomena and satellite capabilities. The purpose of this study is to identify the use of geographic information systems for mapping flood-prone areas in Kebumen district and identify flood-prone areas in Kebumen district. The research method is in the form of descriptive quantitative surveys and descriptions to determine the mapping of flood-prone areas in Kebumen district using overlay and scoring functions using ArcGIS 10.3 software. The results showed that spatial and non-spatial data processing was divided into three classes of flood-prone areas. The flood-prone area is 182 ha, the flood-prone area is 276 ha, and the non-prone area is 1.09 ha. Keywords: GIS, Floods, Mapping
