Abstract

The essence of the green economy concept is to be the driving force for sustainable development. The green economic vision complements sustainable development, which aims to meet existing demands without endangering future generations. This study aims to determine how effective Islamic Microfinance Institutions at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri are in implementing the green economy. The research methodology includes case study-based qualitative research. Obtaining data with a focused open-ended interview type. Data analysis with data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The findings of the study show that Sustainable Islamic Microfinance Institutions in realizing a green economy at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri have not entirely run optimally because there is still an increase in NPF realization, namely in 2021 the NPF realization is 4.66%, and in 2022 it is 4.88%. This increase is almost close to the NPF tolerance limit of 5%. So, if the NPF level is declared high, non-performing financing increases. The impact of this increase disrupts the operational or sustainable cycle of institutions in realizing a degree of prosperity that is in line with the green economy concept, which is essentially a driving force for sustainable development. The financing product at KSSU Harum Dhaha Kediri, which shows a trend of increasing sustainability, is the Ijarah Multijasa financing product.

Abstract

The Abhekalaghi tradition in Tempurejo is the social acculturation of the people there as a tradition that has been carried out from generation to generation in matchmaking of their children and marrying them off, but in its current developments, is this tradition still relevant in the perspective of Islamic law and Marriage Law No. 16 The year 2019 has provided a change in the implementation of marriage by giving a new norm in the form of limiting the age of marriage which makes this tradition still following the times and applicable legal provisions. Then the question arises: What is the background of the social acculturation of the Abhekalaghi tradition in carrying out marriages in the Tempurejo community, Jember. And how the implementation of this tradition is the perspective of Islamic law and Law No. 16 of 2019. The method used in this research is empirical juridical, a descriptive qualitative or field study using a sociology of law and legislation approach—data generated through direct interviews with the Tempurejo community for research sites. So, the results of research on the acculturation of the Abhekalaghi tradition in the Tempurejo community can be concluded that the background to this tradition is due to several factors such as economic factors, educational factors, local customs factors, parental factors, and social factors. Based on the view of Islamic law, the Abhekalaghi tradition is not prohibited because the 'Urf in this custom is more directed to 'Urf Hasan, which may be carried out following Islamic law that applies to that society. Then, we review Law No. 16 of 2019 regarding changes to Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage, so we can see that many early marriages are being implemented because they are not following these regulations, which has led to an increase in dispensation for marriage in this society.

This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects in this research were all Dayah caregivers and all students at Dayah Darul Huda. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the efforts of Islamic boarding school caregivers to form the independence of students in Dayah Darul Huda, Langsa City, are carried out with three efforts, namely providing independence programs such as providing learning to students and implementing mandatory study hours for students. The second effort is to supervise the independence program. Supervision is carried out directly by caregivers or indirectly, namely through administrators. The third effort is to provide supporting activities such as training and courses, community service or cleaning every Friday, practicing muhadharah in three languages, recitations, conversations in three languages, practicing qasidah, and repeating the book, supporting factors for the efforts of Islamic boarding school caregivers in forming the independence of students. There are three, namely closeness between caregivers and students, students' personalities that comply with applicable rules, are disciplined and honest, and a strong will from students to follow efforts to establish independence from caregivers. Meanwhile, the factors inhibiting the efforts of Islamic boarding school caregivers in forming student independence are limited time and energy. Secondly, some students are less consistent, including sleepy students, tired students, students who do not obey the applicable rules, and students in unstable moods.

Additionally, the secondary data for this study includes a questionnaire related to gadget addiction among children, which 325 respondents answered. The study found that the highest percentage of children playing with gadgets is 2 to 3 hours daily. Furthermore, it revealed that YouTube is children's most frequently viewed social media platform. Regarding time distribution, 39 percent reported having no time control when using gadgets. The research also found that gadgets cannot strengthen family relationships, as indicated by 86.5 percent of the respondents. Constitutional conventions are only limited to agreements between bilateral and multilateral countries, agreements among international law subjects, meetings of political, legislative, fraternal members or representatives, and other organizations. This research aims to determine the urgency of constitutional practice conventions in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method. This research concludes that the Convention in constitutional practice in Indonesia has an essential urgency in forming and regulating government governance. Abstract

The globalization of economies has ensured that precarious work is a fast-emerging feature of many contemporary labor markets. Precarious work is essential to study because it impinges on workers' rights, economic stability, and social welfare. While previous works researched the effects of precarious employment, they often needed to address these themes and their trends for an overall outlook of how precariousness seems to come together in discourse. This paper intends to fill the gap by systematically applying a new data visualization tool called VOS Viewer to review related literature. Specifically, the study tries to map the network of articles, key themes, prolific authors, and new trends, especially on precarious employment. The nature of the research was qualitative, and the available literature on the research trends in the world currently and their gaps were analyzed. Results indicate precarious employment with Covid-19, climate change, gender issues, poverty, and mental health. Moreover, in the Indonesian context, connections are drawn to commodification, COVID-19, and community resilience; this indicates significant gaps and points to ample avenues for further research. Precarious employment needs further in-depth exploration beyond the well-researched areas, especially in Indonesia, to grapple with the challenges posed by such an evolving employment landscape.

Abstract

Melasti Beach Ungasan has rapidly developed as a popular nature-based tourist destination in South Bali since its inception in 2018. As tourism grows, it becomes crucial to evaluate its development and identify sustainable management strategies. Previous studies on tourism development often focus on infrastructural growth or community involvement but rarely integrate both aspects using a systematic model. This research fills that gap by employing the Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) model to analyze the development stage of Melasti Beach Ungasan and assess its tourism characteristics, such as facilities, attractions, visitor trends, and local community involvement. A qualitative approach was used, with primary data gathered through field observations during the first field trip on October 11th, 2023, and secondary data from relevant literature. Descriptive-qualitative analysis reveals significant infrastructural improvements, such as the addition of parking facilities, beach clubs, and MSME kiosks. According to the TALC model, Melasti Beach is positioned between the “involvement” and “development” stages, characterized by increasing collaborations, seasonal tourism, and enhanced modern facilities. This research highlights the importance of protecting natural and socio-cultural assets while promoting active community engagement in tourism management. These factors are vital to ensuring the long-term sustainability of Melasti Beach Ungasan as a tourist destination.
