Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to determine the effect of sales growth, company size, profitability, liquidity, and leverage on firm value. This research was conducted at the Properties & Real Estate sector company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a research period of 2019 - 2023. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a sample of 51 companies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that sales growth, company size and liquidity have no effect on company value, then profitability and leverage have a positive effect on company value.

Abstract

Photography has grown rapidly, especially in the wedding photography industry which now requires an effective business promotion strategy. This research aims to identify how business people utilize Instagram as a promotional medium and strengthen Instagram content in Sekawan Stories' wedding photography business promotion strategy. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study collected data through interviews and virtual ethnographic observations to understand how Sekawan Stories utilizes Instagram as a promotional medium. The results show that Sekawan Stories effectively utilizes various Instagram features, such as Feed, Instastory, Highlight, Video Reels, and Instagram Ads to increase visibility and audience engagement. Their marketing strategies include endorsements with well-known vendors, use of the Answer Question feature, conducting giveaways, and offering discounts at certain moments. Instagram provides a great opportunity for wedding photography businesses to expand their market reach and increase promotional effectiveness. By optimizing their content and marketing strategies on Instagram, Sekawan Stories managed to attract the attention of new customers, increase interaction, and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Overall, Instagram proved to be a highly effective platform in digital marketing strategies in the wedding photography industry.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine and analyze the effect of Operating Cost, Sales, Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover on Net Income of Various Industrial sub sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2019- 2023. In this study, a purposive sampling method is used, which obtained 37 companies. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 22 and Microsoft Excel 2019. The results of this study indicate that Operating Cost and Cash Turnover has no effect on Net Income. At the same time, sales have negative significant effect on Net Income, Receivable Turnover have negative significant effect on Net Income, and Inventory Turnover have positive significant effect on Net Income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Intellectual Capital, Managerial Ownership, Firm Size, Audit Committee Size on Firm Value in Apparel and Luxury Goods Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2019-2023. The method of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling method and the population in this study were 22 companies, while the sample used was 13 companies. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that intellectual capital has no effect on firm value, and managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value, then firm size and audit committee size have a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the accounting information system for cash receipts and disbursements is running effectively and efficiently. Meanwhile, the benefit of this research is as material for consideration and input in improving cash receipt and disbursement procedures at PT. Pelindo Daya Sejahtera, and to produce a Web-Based Cash Receipts and Disbursements Application Program. In this research the author used primary data and secondary data such as interview results, observations and documentation.The theoretical framework is to analyze the Cash Receipts and Disbursements Accounting Information System, namely by analyzing the information needed by management, related functions, procedural networks, documents and accounting records used, as well as document flowcharts.From this research it was found that all cash recording at PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera is still semi-manual, namely using Microsoft Excel. The author suggests that PT Pelindo Daya Sejahtera use the Web-Based Cash Receipts and Disbursements Application Program to help record cash receipts and disbursements data, as well as make it easier to create reports effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the government's efforts to economically empower the fishing community in the Oesapa fishing village, Kupang City and determine the impact of the assistance provided by the government on community welfare. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the government's efforts to empower the fishing community's economy are by optimizing fishing facilities and infrastructure that are not yet fully distributed among fishermen, improving the quality of fishermen's human resources through socialization to help the community increase community awareness of ocean sustainability, and finally utilizing marine resources and fisheries which have a positive impact on the welfare of both fishermen.

Abstract

For managers, budgeting is a very important issue that affects the future survival of the organization. Given that key stakeholders are often involved in budget preparation, this preparation process raises questions regarding the relationship between participation in budget preparation and management motivation and performance. This article explains that when subordinates are involved in management, they are more likely to accept budget goals and therefore more motivated to participate in budget planning. Another aspect is that participation in budget preparation has a positive impact on budget adequacy. If the budget is decided unilaterally, the opposite will be true. This involvement motivates subordinates to be more proactive in achieving budget goals. From another perspective, subordinate participation in budgeting means that planning results are more realistic because subordinates have more accurate information about local conditions than superiors.

Abstract

Quantitative methods were used in this study to determine how lifestyle impacts personal financial management. Lifestyle includes the decisions a person makes about how they live their daily lives, especially about how they spend their time and money. The process of effectively managing a person or family's income, expenses, and assets to achieve short-term and long-term financial goals is known as personal financial management. Planning, budgeting, investing, investing, and debt management are all part of this. This questionnaire was circulated and completed by 66 people. Validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests have been used to collect data. Simple linear regression analysis was also used in this research methodology. The results of this study show that lifestyle has a positive impact on personal financial management.

Abstract

A culture of innovation is very important to implement in a company to be able to maintain the existence and survival of the company. Successful innovation depends significantly on ability, skills and interpreting a rapidly changing environment. Apart from that, employee involvement also influences success in innovation. Innovation and creativity use the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) method which is associated with KAIZEN in Japanese terms, which means "continuous improvement" which emphasizes human effort, morals, communication, training, cooperation, empowerment and self-discipline . The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy carried out by PT. Indolakto Pasuruan in motivating its employees to implement a culture of innovation as well as identifying factors inhibiting its implementation and efforts made to minimize these obstacles. This research uses qualitative research methods and tests the validity of this research data using source triangulation and member checking. From the results of this research, researchers concluded that implementing a culture of innovation in companies can have a positive impact on the company's survival. Research implications - This research makes a contribution to human resource management related to corporate culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is intended to determine the impact of incentives, work discipline, and work performance at PT Kreasi Produk Nusantara. The study involved 65 people. The research this time was quantitative, and the questions consisted of a list that used Slovin for measurement. SEM-PLS software version 3.0 was used to analyze the research data and process it. The results revealed that incentives have a significant effect on employee productivity, while work discipline and work performance have no significant effect on employee productivity.
