Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the extent to which Content Marketing influences Purchase Intention, with Electronic Word-of-Mouth (E-WOM) as a mediating variable, for Hanasui products on the TikTok Shop platform. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of an online questionnaire targeting Generation Z, particularly those who actively use TikTok. This study employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that Content Marketing significantly influences consumer purchase intention, and E-WOM strengthens this relationship as a mediating variable. These findings provide strategic implications for local brands like Hanasui to further optimize their digital marketing efforts through TikTok Shop in order to attract the purchasing interest of Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Digital Academic Information System (SISD) at XYZ University using the COBIT 2019 framework. The evaluation focuses on two core academic features—Study Plan Card (KRS) and Study Result Card (KHS)—to develop a systematic audit working paper and provide improvement recommendations. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through semi-structured interviews involving SISD administrators. The analysis was conducted descriptively based on the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain of COBIT 2019. The findings indicate that SISD has achieved Capability Level 3 (Defined), with an average score of 3.15. This study contributes a practical audit instrument and a capability improvement plan to strengthen information system governance in the higher education environment. In addition, the study offers a cost estimation to support comprehensive implementation planning.

Abstract

The rapid pace of digital transformation across industries requires all sectors, including the automotive service industry, to adopt technology in order to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Management Information System (MIS) for CV XYZ, a workshop that has been relying on manual methods for its transaction and data recording processes. These manual practices have led to problems such as delayed recordkeeping, risk of data loss, and inaccurate inventory information. To address these issues, this research adopts a qualitative approach combined with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes speed and flexibility in system development. The process involves analyzing user needs, designing user interfaces, implementing the system, and conducting system testing. The results show that the developed web-based MIS significantly improves data management related to services, spare parts, mechanics, and transactions in a faster, more accurate, and integrated manner. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted with the business owner revealed a 100% satisfaction rate with all developed system features. These findings indicate that implementing the MIS not only increases the operational efficiency of the workshop but also supports data-driven decision-making in real time. Theoretically, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the RAD method in the context of system development for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and it serves as a reference for similar initiatives in other sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system using Inventory and Point of Sales (POS) modules in the XYZ distributor company. ERP was chosen as a solution to address the challenges faced by the company in managing stock and sales transactions, which were still performed manually, often leading to data inaccuracies and operational inefficiencies. The Quickstart Odoo method was employed for system development due to its effective, efficient, and structured approach. The research involved analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, and configuring the ERP system to align with the company's needs. Data collection was conducted through stakeholder interviews and literature reviews. The implementation of the Inventory module provided real-time visibility into stock levels, enhancing inventory management efficiency, while the POS module automated sales transactions and enabled real-time data consolidation.

Abstract

The implementation of the helpdesk information system at University XZY in Surabaya plays a crucial role in supporting the management of complaints from students and academic staff. However, several issues have been identified, including inadequate user data verification mechanisms, potential privacy violations due to open access to complaint reports by other users, and the absence of a structured incident resolution report. These challenges impact the performance and integrity of the information system. To address these problems, this study aims to design an audit working paper using the COBIT 2019 framework, specifically focusing on DSS02 (Managed Service Requests and Incidents), DSS03 (Managed Problems), and DSS04 (Managed Continuity) to evaluate and improve the system. The findings indicate that all three domains are at capability level 3 (Defined), which implies that processes are documented but not yet measured consistently. This study produces an audit working paper, improvement recommendations, and an implementation cost estimation, which can serve as a strategic reference for university XYZ in enhancing the quality, security, and sustainability of its helpdesk system.

Abstract

The Internship Information System (IIS) at XYZ University plays a key role in managing student internship administration but faces challenges such as data access issues, inaccurate information, and delayed updates. The transition to a new system occurred without evaluating IIS performance, risking similar problems in the future. This study aims to design an audit working paper based on COBIT 2019’s Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) domain to systematically evaluate IIS performance, control, and compliance aspects. A qualitative case study approach was applied, using interviews, observations, and document analysis at the Directorate of Cooperation, Information Technology, and Data Center. The results indicate weaknesses in performance monitoring, control documentation, and compliance reporting. The proposed audit working paper, consisting of process documents, checklists, and audit steps, is applicable as an internal audit tool. This study concludes that the MEA domain of COBIT 2019 is effective as a foundation for developing audit instruments for information systems in higher education.

Abstract

This study explores how perceived augmentation of Augmented Reality (AR) features influences affective response, cognitive response, and purchase intention, with a specific focus on Somethinc products on e-commerce platforms. Utilizing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, Python-based bibliometric tools were employed to retrieve, clean, and analyze academic publications from databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, and IEEE Xplore. A total of 518 articles were initially identified using targeted keywords, and 58 met the inclusion criteria. Findings reveal consistent support for AR as a persuasive tool that enhances emotional engagement, mental processing, and ultimately drives purchase decisions—especially in the beauty and skincare industry. This review provides a foundation for future empirical research and offers theoretical and managerial implications in the domain of AR-driven social commerce.
