Abstract

Capital structure is very important for a company because it involves the policy of using the most profitable sources of funds. A good capital structure will have an impact on the company, and indirectly, the company's financial position will increase and the company value will be high. Companies that have an optimal capital structure will produce an optimal level of development, and vice versa. This research aims to explain the influence of profitability, asset structure, and investment opportunity set on the capital structure of food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was 25 companies determined using the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis in this research uses a multiple linear regression model using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this research show that profitability has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, while asset structure and investment opportunity set have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Suggestions for further research could be to develop this research by adding other variables such as liquidity variables, sale growth and company size.

Abstract

In today's dynamic world of work, work is increasingly being done in teams, and flexibility is very important. Organizations really need employees who are able to display good performance. There are problems that occur at PT. Pacific Express Cargo, namely that there are still employees who do not arrive on time, often leave their workplace without permission, and are indifferent in serving customers. This behavior is an action that does not support effectiveness and efficiency in work. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of job satisfaction, work discipline, and work stress on the performance of PT employees. Pacific Express Cargo. The population used in this research was all employees of PT Pacific Express Cargo, totaling 40 people. The sampling method used in this research was a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Pacific Express Cargo: (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Pacific Express Cargo: (3) Work stress has a negative and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Pacific Express Cargo.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in a company in accordance with the authority and responsibility of each in an effort to achieve organizational goals legally, not against the law and not against morals and ethics. Employee performance is a work result that an employee wants to achieve in a particular job in order to realize a successful job. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence on the effect of motivation, work discipline, and workload on the performance of employees of PT Samoedra Jaya Giri Nusa, using a sample of 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling technique. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results showed that motivation, work discipline, and workload had a positive and simultaneous effect on the performance of employees of PT Samoedra Jaya Giri Nusa.

Abstract

To determine a marketing strategy, you need to understand repurchase interest. By understanding repurchase interest, companies can know consumer needs and consumer desires. The interest in repurchasing is the result of resolutely solving the problems they face. This research aims to examine the influence of product quality, influencer marketing and brand image on interest in repurchasing Y.O.U cosmetic products in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City among consumers of Y.O.U cosmetic products with a sample of 75 respondents in this study. The sample determination method in this study was taken using the Hair formula. Data collection was carried out through documentation, interviews and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Y.O.U Cosmetics products in Denpasar City. This means that the better the quality of Y.O.U Cosmetics products in Denpasar City, the better the interest in repurchasing. Influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on interest in repurchasing Y.O.U Cosmetics products in Denpasar City. This means that the better the influencer marketing for Y.O.U Cosmetics products in Denpasar City, the better the interest in repurchasing. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest in Y.O.U Cosmetics products in Denpasar City. This means that the better the brand image of Y.O.U Cosmetic Products in Denpasar City, the better the interest in repurchasing.

Abstract

Purchasing decision making is a process consisting of several stages, namely problem recognition, information search, alternative evaluation, purchase decisions, and post-purchase behavior. There are several factors that influence purchasing decisions, including digital marketing, product quality and service quality. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu Denpasar. The population used in this study is all consumers who had made purchases of Warung Serayu products. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents who were determined using purposive sampling method with the Lemeshow formula. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), t test. The results of the study show that Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Warung Serayu.

Abstract

Today's increasingly rapid developments are directing all aspects of human life towards modernization. Aspects of fulfilling life's needs, such as shopping, of course also lead to modernization and are increasing very rapidly. Marketplace is one of the shopping innovations in this era of modernization. The innovation offered by the marketplace is its role as a third party who becomes an intermediary or gathering place between many sellers and their buyers. Currently, many marketplaces have filled the online shopping market in Indonesia. Shopee, as one of the marketplaces that fills the Indonesian market, has the status of being the youngest player and also the most popular compared to other competing marketplaces such as Tokopedia and Bukalapak, each of which has previously provided e-marketplace services in Indonesia. Therefore, this research aims to uncover the basis of this phenomenon through analyzing the influence of online customer reviews, discounts, and the tagline "free shipping" on purchasing decisions by active Shopee Marketplace users, especially in Denpasar. The population in this study is consumers who have shopped at Shopee. The samples in this study used purposive sampling techniques, namely consumers who met the criteria set by researchers with a total of 150 respondents. Data collection is done through online questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that online costumer review, discount, tagline “gratis ongkir”have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions on shopee.

Abstract

Work morale is one of the keys to a company achieving its goals. If work morale is low it will hinder the organization from achieving its goals. Work morale will show the extent to which employees are passionate about carrying out their duties and responsibilities within the company. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, communication and career development on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees at PT. Citra Bali International Bird Park. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 program. Based on the results of this research analysis, it shows that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Taman Burung Citra Bali International. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work discipline and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Hari Depan. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT. BPR Hari Depan, namely 34 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study are Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

The company's biggest contribution to achieving optimal company performance and operations can be seen in employee performance. The theory used in this research is the Balance Theory. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style, financial compensation, and organizational climate on employee performance. The research population was all employees of PT. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia-Balinusa Operations, totaling 80 people, with the research sample using the entire population of 80 people using the Census Method. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test and t Test. The research results show that the variables of leadership style, financial compensation, and organizational climate each have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used by PT. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia-Balinusa Operations as consideration for making policies within the company so that it can improve the performance of future employees.

Abstract

Companies and government agencies want optimal employee performance in the interests of increasing work results and company and agency profits. There are many factors that influence employee performance, including organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction. Likewise, at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office, organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction are factors that can influence employee performance. There is attention and findings regarding issues of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction in an effort to improve and improve employee performance in accordance with the aim of this research to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. The population in this study was 158 people. The number of samples in this study was 105 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data analysis in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gianyar Regency Land Agency Office.
