Abstract

ABSTRAKKata kunci: Inovasi, Dekorasi, dan laporan keuanganABSTRACTKubu Bali Dekorasi has several problems, namely 1) product presentation, still using paper, so it is prone to damage, 2) There is no information media (stickers, business cards and Instagram) about products from Kubu Bali Dekorasi, 3) financial reports are still written manually , so that there is a risk of errors in making financial reports. From the results of discussions with the Bali Decoration Kubu, it was agreed that several problem solving solutions had been prioritized with several activities of the Science and Technology program that would be applied to the Bali Decoration camp, namely: 1) Provision of Tablets to designate decoration products to prospective customers, directly in terms of making innovations, stickers, business cards and Instagram that contain products of decorating services, 3) assistance with the procedures for preparing financial statements. Currently Kubu Bali Dekorasi has used tablets for product presentations, has stickers, business cards and Instagram to promote their services, and financial reports that have not been done manually.Keywords: Innovation, Decoration, and financial statementsKubu Bali Dekorasi memiliki beberapa permasalahan yaitu 1) Saat presentasi produk, masih menggunakan kertas, sehingga rawan rusak, 2) Belum ada media informasi (Stiker,kartu nama dan instagram) mengenai produk dari Kubu Bali Dekorasi, 3) Laporan keuangan masih ditulis dengan manual, sehingga riskan terjadinya kesalahan dalam membuat lapran keuangan. Dari hasil diskusi dengan pihak Kubu Bali Dekorasi telah disepakati beberapa solusi pemecahan masalah yang telah diprioritaskan dengan beberapa kegiatan dari program Iptek yang akan diterapkan pada Kubu Bali Dekorasi yaitu: 1) Pemberian Tablet guna peruntukkannya untuk presentasi produk dekorasi kepada calon konsumen, 2) Pendampingan secara langsung dalam hal membuat inovasi Stiker, kartu nama dan instagram yang berisikan mengenai produk jasa dekorasi, 3) Pendampingan mengenai tata cara penyusunan laporan keuangan. Saat ini Kubu Bali Dekorasi sudah mempergunakan tablet untuk presentasi produk, memiliki stiker,kartu nama dan instagram untuk mempromosikan jasanya, dan laporan keuangan yan g sudah tidak dikerjakan secara manual.

Abstract

Happiness becomes a benchmark of how people assess their lives, not only in terms of economic but also social and cultural. This research analyzes how Balinese people perceive happiness in terms of social, economic, and artistic. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were combined in the study. Denpasar City was chosen as the research location considering that Denpasar City is the capital of Bali Province, which acts as the centre of government and economy but still has traditional cultural values that its people closely carry. Data collection using questionnaires was distributed to 100 respondents. Data was analyzed descriptively, and correlation analysis was used to see how much economic, social, and cultural influences on people's happiness in Denpasar City. Information from in-depth interviews was analyzed using word clouds to see how people perceive happiness. The results show that happiness is viewed in terms of economy, income, life, culture, and satisfaction. Both economic, cultural, and social are still variables that influence happiness. The interview results also show that compared to those with high incomes, people feel happier when they gather with family and the surrounding community while doing various religious activities closely related to Balinese culture.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. The population of this research is all employees of PT Artha Devata Property, totaling 51 people. The method used in determining the sample is the nonprobability sampling method. The sample in this research was all employees of PT Artha Devata Utama, totaling 51 people. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview and questionnaire methods. The analysis techniques used are the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and model feasibility tests consisting of the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation, F test and t test. The research results show that compensation, job satisfaction, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee retention at PT Artha Devata Utama. This means that the higher the compensation given, the higher the job satisfaction felt and the higher the career development felt by PT Artha Devata Utama employees, the more employee retention will increase.

Abstract

The decline in employee performance caused by leadership style, compensation, and work environment has an impact on the target for creating and placing advertisements in 2022, which has not yet been fully realized. The research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, compensation, and the physical work environment on employee performance at CV. Tri Bhakti Advertising Badung The population of this research is all CV employees. Tri Bhakti Advertising uses a sampling technique using a saturated sampling method where the number of samples is the entire population. So the number of samples in this study was 31. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 test tool. The results of this research show that leadership style, compensation, and the physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Tri Bhakti Advertising Badung For future researchers, it is recommended to use other variables related to employee performance, such as work discipline, competency, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and so on. Future researchers are also advised to use other research locations to obtain different sample sizes and broader research results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, self efficacy, and physical work environment on employee performance. The location of this study is at the Bangli District Health Office. The population used employees at the Bangli District Health Office and a sample of 64 employees determined by saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques use Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Test, Coefficient of Determination, F Test and t Test. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, self efficacy had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the physical work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The advice that can be given by researchers is that the Bangli District Health Office should provide socialization on career development procedures to employees, rearrange the workspace to be more comfortable, and always provide motivation to employees.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work stress, work discipline and employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar using a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this research shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. This means that the better the work environment, the better the employee performance at PT. Bumi Sentosa Denpasar. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Abstract

Human resources in a company play an important role. Companies must be able to build and increase work productivity in their environment. In increasing the productivity of its employees, the company employs several methods, including the application of reasonable compensation, motivating applications, and the creation of conducive working conditions. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, compensation, and motivation on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. The population in this study was all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung. In this study, the sample size was determined using a saturated sample, namely all 35 employees of the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung, with the data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Pasar Mangu Giri Public Housing Office Sedana in Badung; (2) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung; and (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Perumda Pasar Mangu Giri Sedana Office in Badung.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important factor in determining the achievement of an organization. Companies need potential human resources, both leaders and employees, in the pattern of tasks and supervision, which determine the achievement of company goals. Good employee performance is a step to achieving organizational goals. So efforts need to be made to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style transformationa,l work environment, work motivation towards employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. This research was conducted at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The sample in this study was 35 employees. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, validity test, reality test, classical assumption test, multiple correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis, f test and t test through SPSS program version 25. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that the leadership style Transformational has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at LPD Desa Adat Sibanggede.

Abstract

In today's dynamic world of work, work is increasingly being done in teams, and flexibility is very important. Organizations really need employees who are able to display good performance. There are problems that occur at PT. Pacific Express Cargo, namely that there are still employees who do not arrive on time, often leave their workplace without permission, and are indifferent in serving customers. This behavior is an action that does not support effectiveness and efficiency in work. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the impact of job satisfaction, work discipline, and work stress on the performance of PT employees. Pacific Express Cargo. The population used in this research was all employees of PT Pacific Express Cargo, totaling 40 people. The sampling method used in this research was a saturated sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of leadership, compensation, organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency with a research sample of 89 respondents who were taken using saturated sampling techniques. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires is feasible to use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results showed that (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office, so that the better the Leadership, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office so that the more compensation increases, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office (3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office, so that the better the Organizational Culture, the more employee performance will increase at the Klungkung Regency National Land Agency Office.
