Abstract

To achieve goals, OPD must be able to optimize the performance of its employees. The factors that affect employee performance are intelligence, emotional intelligence, discipline and compensation. Therefore, this study aims to test and explain the intelligence, discipline and performance compensation of employees at the Investment Service and One Stop Services, Gianyar Regency. The research was conducted at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services, Gianyar Regency, with a total population of 61 employees. The sampling technique used was saturated sample, All data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that emotional intelligence, discipline and positive and significant impact on employee performance. However, the results of the study also show that discipline has a dominant influence in improving employee performance in the Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Office, Gianyar Regency.

Abstract

Employee performance has an important role in achieving company goals. The aims of this study was to explain the effect of Tri Hita Karana on organizational culture and employee performance at Saraswati Garment. This research was conducted at Saraswati Garment using a sample of 75 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires, with the data analysis techniques used are path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that Tri Hita Karana and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Saraswati Garment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of the internet in Indonesia is dominated by the use of social media, this is what has made the growth of e-marketing where the practice of marketing through social media is used as a product marketing tool to promote a company's brand and brand. One of them is Givanda Store Denpasar, which chooses to market its products through social media, but the sales that have been realized have not reached the expected target, because there is a lot of competition in sales through social media. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of social media marketing and e-word of mouth on purchasing decisions, social media marketing on e-word of mouth and the influence of social media marketing on purchasing decisions mediated by e-word of mouth at Givanda Store. Denpasar. The population in this study were all consumers of Givanda Store Denpasar whose number was unknown or infinite, the number of samples was determined using the Roscoe method so that 120 people were used as samples, and samples were taken using random sampling techniques. The analytical tool used is path analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Givanda Store Denpasar, social media marketing has a positive effect on e-word of mouth at Givanda Store Denpasar, e-word of mouth has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at Givanda Store Denpasar, and e-word of mouth is able to mediate the relationship between social media marketing and purchasing decisions at Givanda Store Denpasar. It is suggested to Givanda Store Denpasar to look for new forms of promotion, for example giving discounts to consumers so that consumers always shop at Givanda Store Denpasar.

Abstract

Loyalty refers more to the form of behavior of decision-making units to make continuous purchases of a selected company's product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand trust, service quality and customer satisfaction on Gojek customer loyalty in Denpasar City. The population of this study were all Gojek users in Denpasar City. The sample of this research is classified as non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used to test the deep hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Gojek in Denpasar City. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Gojek customer loyalty in Denpasar City. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at Gojek in Dempasar City. This research still has many limitations, the indicators used as descriptions of the variables under study can be added again so that the information obtained will be more detailed and varied.

Abstract

Investment constitutes sacrifice that is done on present moment with intent to get greater benefit at proximately (Haming and Basalamah, 2010). One of factor which is needed to do one investment is capital or fund. Source lents fund to get comes from peribadi's loan or fund. To the effect penelipian which is to know literasi's influence financially, financial behaviour, income for decision to get investment on Economic Faculty college student Mahasaraswati Denpasar's University. Total observational deep sample it as much 105 and by use of Formula Slovin. analisis's tech in observational it utilizes analisis bifilar linear regression, bifilar correlation, diterminasi, quiz t and quiz F. Result observationaling to point out Literasi finance (X1) having for positive and signifikan for decision to get investment (Y. ). Financial behaviour (X2) having for positive and signifikan for decision to get investment (Y. ). Income (X3) having for positive and signifikan for decision to get investment (Y. ). This result menunjukan that getting better Income Economic Faculty college student Mahasaraswati Denpasar's University therefore followed by decision step-up gets that investment. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at the Kamandalu Ubud hotel. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee turnover intention at Kamandalu Ubud hotel. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and the sampling method used was saturated sampling. Testing the research hypothesis using SPSS 25.0 for Windows. The results showed that job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of job stress, the higher the level of turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of job satisfaction, the lower the turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of organizational commitment, the lower the turnover intention will be. In addition, job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on turnover intention. Based on the researcher's direct experience in this research process, there are several limitations that are experienced, namely: 1) the indicators used as descriptions of the variables under study can be added again so that the information obtained will be more detailed and diverse. 2) The questionnaire has not attached the length of time worked for each employee, so it is not able to identify how long the employee who became the respondent has worked at Hotel Kamandalu Ubud.

Abstract

In the current era where business competition is getting tighter, it makes all business players think harder to find ways to survive or even win business competition. Technological advances also affect the ways or strategies of business people in formulating marketing efforts or marketing efforts to attract or influence consumer spending interests, especially impulse buying. The population of this research is Alfa-mart customers in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used to test the deep hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that merchandising, store atmosphere and promotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Further researchers are expected to add variables other than merchandising, shop atmosphere and promotions, because there are still other factors that can influence impulse buying.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan sangat ditentukan oleh kegiatan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia yang merupakan aset penting dalam suatu organisasi. Untuk pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dapat dicapai diperlukan upaya agar perusahaan mampu menciptakan situasi dan kondisi yang mendorong dan memungkinkan karyawan mencapai kinerjanya, bila karyawan dan atasan mempunyai kinerja yang baik, maka akan berdampak pada kinerja organisasi yang baik pula, akan tetapi adakalanya perencanaan kinerja oleh organisasi tidak berjalan efektif karena adanya suatu penyebab tertentu. Faktor yang menyebabkan hal tersebut karena adanya tekanan kerja dari atasan, lingkungan kerja yang tidak harmonis dan tenggang waktu penyelesaian tugas yang irrasional sehingga membuat karyawan mengalami stres. Masalah-masalah seperti ini membuat perencanaan kinerja menjadi tidak efektif, karena stres kerja dapat menurunkan kinerja dan semangat karyawan dalam bekerja. Oleh karena itu maka Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja, Pengawasan, Dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja karyawan pada PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Ketewel Gianyar. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. kepada 64 orang responden dengan Teknik sampel jenuh sehingga semua responden dapat dijadikan sebagai sampel. Metode penentuan sampel ini sejalan dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier bergada korelasi dan determinasi dengan uji f dan uji t. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Ketewel Gianyar sehingga hipotesis dapat diterima, artinya semakin tinggi stres kerja maka kinerja juga semakin rendah. pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Ketewel Gianyar,motivasikerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawanpada PT. Nusa Kahyangan Asri Ketewel Gianyar.

Abstract

In today's business era, competition in the business world is getting tighter. Companies must strive to study and understand the needs and wants of their customers, so as to create a sense of satisfaction for customers. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, location and service quality on customer satisfaction. Coffee Shop Steps. The population of this research is consumers who make purchases at the Step Coffee Shop. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used to test the deep hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the store atmosphere, location and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Coffee Shop Steps. Further researchers are expected to add variables other than store atmosphere, location and service quality, because there are still other factors that can affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of brand image, service quality, and promotion on purchase intention. The population in this study were consumers in the Semadhi bike shop Blahkiuh. The sample in this study were 130 respondents who were determined based on the non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that brand image, service quality, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention.
