Abstract

PT Chandra Nugerah Cemerlang is a company that operates in the production of motorcycle and car components. To streamline its production, PT Chandra Nugerah Cemerlang uses production factors including raw materials, labor, capital, and specific technology. The main goal is to maintain and expand market share through good production results. Based on the above background, researchers are interested in knowing the extent of efficiency and effectiveness capacity of the production factors at PT Chandra Nugerah Cemerlang, especially labor and machine factors. CNC Group operates in manufacturing and engineering, producing components and spare parts for two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles using pressing and welding processes. PT Chandra Nugrah Cemerlang has customers such as Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawasaki. One of the production processes to be analyzed is the welding robot line at PT CNC 2, which includes 18 robot welders and 3 Otc Daihen manual welding machines. Manual welding is used to fix suboptimal results from the robot welding. PT CNC Group is also committed to improving culture, human resources, and productivity to face global competition.

Abstract

Anxiety becomes a very clear situation as the competition approaches, and it's certainly a reason for the athletes' poor performance on the court. This happened to basketball players. This research aims to describe how anxiety affects 120 basketball players who have previously participated in competitions. The method used in this research is a descriptive method that provides a clear picture of a situation as possible without any special treatment of the object being studied. The scale used is the Sport Anxiety Scale (SAS). The item discrimination test consists of 21 items with total scores ranging from 0.556 to 0.881, and it can be said to be of good quality with a reliability of 0.963. This research obtained a hypothetical mean value of 63 and an empirical mean value of 77.19, which falls into the moderate sport anxiety scale. It can be concluded that this can cause disturbances to the concentration and physiological changes of basketball players when facing a competition.

Abstract

Delay baggage is one of the issues handled by the lost and found unit at the airport. This happens when the baggage arrives late at the destination airport, especially on international flights. Some factors that contribute to delay baggage are short connecting flight times, baggage label detachment, and loading errors. This research aims to find out how the staf at the lost and found unit handle delay baggage issues for Singapore Airlines at Juanda Surabaya International Airport. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection methods. The data obtained from this research includes interview results with the staf at the lost and found unit, as well as documents used in their daily activities. The results show that the service provided by the staf at the lost and found unit to Singapore Airlines passengers experiencing delay baggage issues is in accordance with Standard Operational Procedure (SOP). This includes baggage search and retrieval, as well as compensation provided by the airline.

Abstract

Skin care has become a top priority for women in the beauty business because of the advancement in technical progress. Some people choose different treatments hoping to see immediate results, and one of the increasingly popular techniques is the Glowing Treatment. However, without unbiased assessment criteria, the success of the method is often determined by individual subjective views. The aim of this research is to determine objective metrics that can be applied to evaluate the effectiveness of glowing treatment in a specific context. By using a specially made application, you collect data from participants receiving the Glowing Treatment. This application records information about skin hydration, elasticity, and redness intensity. In addition, images obtained before and after therapy are used for visual analysis. The analysis findings show that this application offers a better understanding of skin changes after the Glowing Treatment. Significant improvements are seen in objective criteria such as a 20% increase in skin hydration, a 15% increase in skin elasticity, and a 25% decrease in redness. These results provide a strong basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the Glowing Treatment in an unbiased manner. The use of application technology helps in accurate assessment and offers a deeper understanding of the micro-level effects of the procedure. The effectiveness of glowing treatment and how accurately it diagnoses skin problems before and after treatment.

Abstract

This research refers to the current issue related to investment efficiency carried out by major energy and infrastructure companies, which can certainly be influenced by various factors even though sustainable accounting is applied by the company. With this problem, the author raises several variables to obtain knowledge related to the relationship of the influence given by the Carbon Emission Disclosure and ESG Disclosure variables on Investment Efficiency with the Financial Flexibility moderation variable. The analysis method used in this study is a panel data model with purposive sampling technique. In this study, the data used uses secondary data taken from annual reports and sustainability reports on major energy and infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. From the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the Carbon Emission Disclosure variable has a positive influence on Investment Efficiency, another positive influence is given by ESG Disclosure on Investment Efficiency, and Financial Flexibility moderates or strengthens the influence of Carbon Emission Disclosure on Investment Efficiency, but Financial Flexibility cannot strengthen the influence of ESG Disclosure on Investment Efficiency.

Abstract

Examining the impact of customer happiness, Brand Attachment, and Brand Perceived Quality on customer loyalty is the main objective of this research. The demographics and sample for this study consist of people who live in Surakarta who have made purchases at Herborist. This quantitative research used a purposive sampling technique to obtain primary data from 150 participants who filled out questionnaires. To test the hypothesis, this research uses SPSS. Brand Attachment, Brand Perceived Quality, and Consumer Satisfaction are elements that are strongly correlated with customer loyalty, as shown in research. Respondents in this study can only choose from a limited set of alternatives specified in the questionnaire. Research findings regarding the influence of brand attachment, Brand Perceived Quality, and customer satisfaction on Herborist customer loyalty produce the following conclusions: Consumer Loyalty (Y) is positively and significantly influenced by Brand Attachment (X1). The relationship between consumer loyalty (Y) and brand perceived brand quality (X2) is positive and statistically significant. Customer loyalty (Y) and customer satisfaction (X3) have a positive and statistically significant link. Meanwhile, there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between consumer loyalty (Y), Brand Attachment (X1), and Brand Perceived Quality (X2).

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of Social Media Marketing on Brand Loyalty, with Value Consciousness and Brand Consciousness as mediating variables. A case study was conducted on Kopi Janji Jiwa customers, focusing on how social media marketing influences brand loyalty and the effects of value awareness and brand awareness as mediators in this process. The research method involved data collection through surveys of respondents who are loyal customers of Kopi Janji Jiwa. The results of data analysis indicate that Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant influence on Brand Loyalty. Furthermore, Value Consciousness and Brand Consciousness are proven to mediate the relationship between Social Media Marketing and Brand Loyalty. This means that social media marketing not only strengthens brand loyalty directly but also through the influence generated on the value awareness and brand consciousness of customers.

Abstract

This research aims: (1) To analyze the influence of Current ratio (CR), Debt to equity ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA) simultaneously on Price Book Value (PBV) in coal companies listed on the IDX, ( 2) To analyze the Current ratio (CR), Debt to equity ratio (DER), and Return on Assets (ROA) partially on Price Book Value (PBV) in coal companies listed on the IDX, (3) To analyze which variables which has the most dominant influence on the Price Book Value (PBV) of coal companies listed on the IDX. The variables in this research are (1) Current Ratio, (2) Debt Equty Ratio, (3) Return On Assets, and (4) Price Book Value. The population of this research is all 42 coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the samples in the research: (1) Coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020-2022, (2) Coal companies that published financial reports during the 2020-2022 period, (3) Manufacturing companies that have a positive company value of 2020-2022. Data collection is carried out using documentation. Data analysis was carried out using classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that the Curret Ratio has a significant effect on Price book value with a sig value of 0.318, the Debt Equty Ratio has a significant effect on price book value with a sig value of 0.009, and Return On Assets has a significant effect on price book value with a sig value of 0.038 and has a significant effect on price book value. simultaneously with a sig value of 0.023.
