Abstract

Based on the author's observations during a practicum at the KUA, Tembelang District, Jombang Regency, the songolikur night wedding tradition was very troublesome for some of the headmen in several sub-districts in the District. Jombang because on that day dozens of marriages were held per sub-district and some even abandoned one of the pillars of Islam. On the one hand, the head of the KUA is subject to applicable customs, on the other hand the KUA does not dare to punish customs like this because customs like this on the other hand are against Islamic law itself. This is a type of field research. This time the author uses a qualitative method with a normative textual approach. The primary and secondary data were analyzed using Islamic legal theory. Songolikur night marriages, according to the views of the head of the KUA throughout Jombang Regency, are of the view that this marriage has two opinions, namely agreeing and disagreeing with its validity based on the dangers and benefits that occur in society, because there is no government agency that states with certainty regarding songolikur night marriages. For relevant government agencies, they should strengthen the rules regarding songolikur night marriages, so that there is no dualism between different laws.

Abstract

A company requires productivity to achieve predetermined goals. Productivity is an important aspect for a company in determining its future business because productivity is the effective and efficient use of resources to produce or increase the output of goods or services. PT. Putra Perkasa Abadi is targeting overburden productivity on its PC2000 excavator to be 820bcm/hour, but the company wants to increase or increase production by modifying the PC2000 excavator from the standard size of only 12m³ to 14m³ without changing other components in order to get better results. more without increasing operational costs and costs for removing soil layers. The modified tool is PC2000 with hull number EX2045 bucket 14m³ by comparing the standard tool PC2000 with hull number EX2044 bucket 12m³, the picking test was carried out on 16 December 2023 shift 1. The EX2045 data results obtained a productivity of 914bcm with operational costs of 18.270.000 and costs for removing soil layers of 2,176 /bcm while EX2044's productivity is 823bcm with operational costs of 18.210.000 with a land demolition price of 2,418/bcm, so EX2045 is 11% more efficient than EX2044 and provides productivity of 11.4% of the company's target provided that it must minimize obstacles in the field that hinder the production process so that production can run optimally as expected.

Abstract

The tight competition of retail businesses in the Gresik Regency area makes Anugrah stores must have a superior business strategy in order to survive and compete. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy that has been implemented and the application of the marketing mix at the store and find the right business strategy at the Anugrah store through marketing mix analysis. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research was conducted with one owner, two employees and five customers of Anugrah shop on Jl. Education No. 2, Bunderan Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. The results showed that the Anugrah shop has three marketing strategies in running its business and has implemented the marketing mix in the company's operational system.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine how Product Quality, Price, and Brand Image influence Customer Repurchase Intention at PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood Local Division. This study employs a quantitative research method, which can be understood as a method used to investigate a specific population or sample, with data collection using research instruments, and data analysis being statistical in nature, aimed at testing predetermined hypotheses. The sample size in this study is 140 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that Product Quality does not affect Customer Repurchase Intention at PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood Local Division, whereas Price and Brand Image have an influence on Customer Repurchase Intention at PT. Sumber Mas Indah Plywood Local Division.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the tendency of bi-vocational pastors' implementation based on Matthew 6:24 among the ministers of the Jakarta Pentecostal Church; examine what dimensions are most dominant in bi-vocational pastors based on Matthew 6:24 among the ministers of the Jakarta Pentecostal Church; and discover what backgrounds are most dominant in dual-profession pastors based on Matthew 6:24 among the ministers of the Jakarta Pentecostal Church. The research methodology used is quantitative method with data collection through a survey of 126 ministers of the Pentecostal Church of God in the Jakarta area. The approach used is the explanatory-confirmatory approach, which explains the relationship between the variables studied and tests them, then examines and identifies several variables to confirm existing findings through hypothesis testing. There are three hypotheses proposed in this study, namely: First, it is suspected that the tendency of the imlementation of bi-vocational pastors based on Matthew 6:24 among the ministers of the Jakarta Pentecostal Church is in the moderate category. Second, it is suspected that the dominant dimension of bi-vocational pastors based on Matthew 6:24 among the ministers of the Jakarta Regional Pentecostal Church is love. Third, it is suspected that the dominant background of bi-vocational pastors based on Matthew 6:24 among Pentecostal Church of God ministers in the Jakarta area is the last education. From the results of the research analysis through statistical tests using the SPSS application, it was found that the tendency of the implementation of bi-vocational pastors based on Matthew 6:24 among the ministers of the Pentecostal Church in the Jakarta area is moderate, thus the first hypothesis is proven; the dominant dimension in the implementation of bi-vocational pastors is devotion to the master, thus the second hypothesis is not proven; and the dominant background in the implementation of exemplary ministers is the length of service, thus the third hypothesis is not proven. Based on the research findings, the implications of this study are: the tendency of the implementation of Bi-vocational pastors based on Matthew 6:24 among the ministers of the Jakarta Pentecostal Church can still increase through programmes and the length of time pastors and ministers serve. Because the dominant background in the implementation of bi-vocational pastors based on Matthew 6:24 is the length of time pastors and ministers have served.

Abstract

Increasing economic progress and prosperity have made tourism part of human needs and lifestyle. Currently, tourism is able to move interrelated economic chains and become a service industry that makes an important contribution to the world economy, thereby increasing economic welfare at the local community level, especially in tourist destination areas. Lantan Village is one of the 99 tourist villages that will be developed by the NTB provincial government, especially the Central Lombok district government. Lantan Village is located in North Batukeliang subdistrict, Central Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. Until now, Lantan Village does not have a maximum tourism travel pattern that involves all the tourist attractions in Lantan Village. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained was based on interviews with village officials, pokdarwis, local communities and tourists. This research produces recommendations for tourist travel patterns based on tourist attractions, facilities and infrastructure, accessibility, distance and travel time in Lantan village.

Abstract

Electronic archiving can be easily stored in digital storage, accessed from various locations using devices connected to the internet, and available search features that make it faster and more effective. in this study, a VBA-based letter input information system design was carried out to facilitate Regional Secretariat Office specially at the people’s welfare section in archiving incoming and outgoing letters. So that it is expected to be one of the solutions so that it can be implemented and realized by the relevant agencies. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the research are that the correspondence administration system no longer uses manual methods and make it easier to collect data, search and make reports on correspondence with relevant agencies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Karya Sidorukun Santosa. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data obtained through distributing questionnaires which are then tested using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method where the total sample in this study was all employees of PT Karya Sidorukun Santosa. The results of data analysis show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work motivation has no effect on employee performance, work discipline has no effect on employee job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, while job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Employee work time discipline has a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and service quality in hospitals. This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of employee working time discipline at XYZ Hospital. Qualitative research methods were used to collect data through in-depth interviews with employees from various divisions in the hospital. The qualitative data was then analyzed thematically to identify patterns, themes and conclusions related to work time discipline. Data analysis was carried out to identify factors that influence work time discipline and their impact on operational efficiency and service quality. It is hoped that the findings of this research will provide valuable insights for hospital management in improving employee working time management and improving operational efficiency. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of employee working time discipline in hospitals, as well as providing a basis for the development of more effective strategies for working time management in healthcare environments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement the elements of internal control of medicine supplies at the Binjai Village Community Health Center. The research method used was a qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data, with data collection techniques namely observation, data and conclusions. The results of the conclusions show that First, the implementation of internal control of drug supplies at the Binjai Village Health Center is sufficient starting from planning procedures, requests, receipts, storage, control, recording, reporting and archiving as well as monitoring and evaluating drug management are in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Second, the Binjai Village Health Center has implemented most of the internal control activities on medicine supplies well, so it can be said that internal control has been carried out effectively. Third, in terms of elements of drug supply control, it is good.
