This research aims to analyze the influence of damage, organizational commitment and competence on the performance of employees of the Do'a Property company in Semarang. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from original sources in the form of questionnaires. The population of this research is employees of the Do'a Property Semarang company totaling 70 people. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling technique using the criteria of being permanent employees, working period of at least 3 years and having a minimum of high school/vocational school education, so that a sample of 60 respondents was obtained. The data collected was analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, test reliability using Cronbach Alpha, and test hypotheses using multiple linear regression. The research results show that the compensation variable has no effect on employee performance, the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the competency variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Fast food restaurants remain popular and in demand among the Indonesian people because food and beverages are basic needs. Therefore, it is important for restaurant owners to create a store atmosphere through various elements that can influence consumers emotions and perceptions, encouraging them to make purchases. Richeese Factory, as one of the fast food restaurants, continues to follow market demand by rebranding its store atmosphere. This change includes redesigning the building to be more Instagramable with a modern industrial concept. This study aims to understand consumers perceptions of store atmosphere, consumers repurchase intentions and the relationship between these two variables. A quantitative research method with a descriptive approach was used, employing non-probability sampling and a semantic differential scale. The results show that respondents agreed with the variables of interior, exterior, store layout, interior display and repurchase intention. Overall, all aspects of store atmosphere and repurchase intention were positively received by respondents. Thus, it can be concluded that store atmosphere significantly influences consumers repurchase intentions at Richeese Factory Gatot Subroto Bandung.

This study explains the analysis of actors in the governance of export quality frozen semen (sperm) production in Singosari District, Malang Regency. The importance of an actor analysis in the governance of export quality frozen semen (sperm) production is because it can help farmers, especially export quality cattle farmers, to improve their economy, and can improve the governance structure of good frozen semen production. The method used by researchers in this research method is a descriptive qualitative method. In presenting and describing it, researchers use Good Governance, which contains three indicators, namely government, private sector and community. This study shows that the Singosari Artificial Insemination Center (BBIB) is the most important part of the government in providing Counseling and Education. The private sector PT Berdikari United Live Stock (BULS) is involved in the implementation of artificial insemination. The government and private sector work together to help governance to increase the supply of frozen semen (sperm). And the community also has a role, especially farmers, in implementing programs from counseling or education that have been provided. From the management structure, the supply of export quality frozen semen (sperm) has developed and the supply of frozen semen (sperm) also has competency certification. The government has implemented an official mechanism for marketing and selling the supply of frozen semen (sperm) to several countries in the world well, such as in 8 countries from Asia and Africa. The government and the private sector map out livestock assistance based on the needs or urgency of livestock needs, and increase their role in managing the quality of frozen semen (sperm) in the world market.

This article aims to analyze the role of human resources (HR) in enhancing marketing effectiveness in the travel agency industry. The research highlights that quality HR is a crucial element in implementing effective marketing strategies, as they are directly involved in interactions with consumers and in conveying information about tourism products. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews and observations at various tourist locations. The findings indicate that the development of HR competencies through ongoing training and education is essential to meet the demands of the ever-evolving tourism industry. Additionally, the use of information technology is also considered vital for expanding marketing reach and increasing the appeal of tourism products. These findings are expected to provide insights for travel agencies in optimizing the role of HR to achieve better marketing success.

This study examines the development of TADIKA Alfikh Orchard through a comprehensive SWOT analysis, focusing on women's entrepreneurship in early childhood education management in Malaysia. Employing a qualitative descriptive methodology, the research utilized participatory observation and in-depth interviews during an International Community Service Program. The study reveals that women entrepreneurs demonstrate distinctive capabilities in integrating Islamic values with contemporary educational approaches. Key findings highlight the institution's strengths in financial literacy implementation and innovative learning programs, while identifying external opportunities in the growing demand for Islamic-based early childhood education. The research concludes that strategic networking, robust financial management, and continuous professional development are critical for sustainable growth in early childhood educational institutions. The study contributes to the understanding of women's entrepreneurship in educational contexts and provides strategic insights for institutional development in the Southeast Asian educational landscape.

This study aims to investigate how working capital management (WCM) and liquidity affect the profitability of consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is all consumer non-cyclical companies listed on the IDX. Sample selection with the criteria of companies that publish financial reports for the period 2021-2023 with a sample of 75 companies with a total of 225 observations. This study uses panel data regression analysis techniques. The dependent variable of this study is Return on Asset (ROA) which can represent the company's profitability. The independent variables used are Working Capital Management (WCM) which is proxied by CCC, ARP, APP, ICP and liquidity which is proxied by CR. The results of this study indicate that the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Payables Period (APP), and Current Liabilities (CR) have a significant positive effect on ROA. While the Receivables Period (ARP) and Inventory Conversion Period (ICP) have a significant negative relationship to ROA. This study has limitations in that it only uses samples from one industrial sector and the period between 2021-2023.

This research aims to find out how promotional strategies are used to increase the excellence of Tadika Mysarah. Tadika Mysarah as a preschool educational institution, needs to have an effective promotional strategy to be able to attract the interest of parents and maintain a positive image despsite the large amount of competition. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. This research focuses on the forms of promotion carried out, such as digital marketing through social media, direct promotion through open days and brochures. The research results show that social media-based promotional strategies via Facebook and Instagram are an important element in strengthening and reaching a wider target audience. Apart from that, promotional programs involving activities, such as competitions and parent meetings, contribute to increasing public trust. Personal communication strategies with parents and providing quality services also strengthen customer loyalty.

This study aims to determine whether Organizational Climate, Career Development and Work Stress have an effect on Teacher Performance. This study was conducted at SD MI Plus El-Hurriyah, Bekasi. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were all teachers at the Nurul Ilmi Banyuasin Integrated Education Institution, while the number of samples used was 102 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this study used descriptive statistical tests, instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis tests. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the variables of organizational climate, career development and work stress have a significant effect on teacher performance at SD MI Plus El-Hurriyah, Bekasi. with a calculated F value of 32.079 while the F table value is 4.368 thus the calculated F 32.079> F table 4.368. The results of the Determination Test show that the R-Square value is 0.480 or 48.0%, this indicates that the variables of Organizational Climate, Career Development and Work Stress are able to influence Teacher Performance by 52.0%, the remaining 100% - 48.0% = 52% is explained by other variables or factors that are not studied. In a good and optimal organizational climate, career development and work stress will have a good impact on teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that it will have a positive impact on improving teacher performance and the quality of student learning.

Examining how Surakarta consumers make the study aims to understand purchasing decisions. Online user reviews, product quality, and brand perception all affect Originote skincare goods. As more individuals become aware of how essential It seeks to maintain the welfare of their skin, the demand for skincare products is increasing. The Originote, a Chinese a skincare brand launched in Indonesia market in 2022, faces intense competition in the wake of the beauty industry's explosive growth. The Originote has issues with overclaiming some of its products, which could affect consumers' purchasing decisions even when the company sells moderately priced goods with eye-catching designs. Participants in this survey-based study are internet shoppers from Surakarta who purchase The Originote products. The study's conclusions demonstrate that product quality and online customer evaluations have a considerable and positive influence on purchasing decisions, whereas brand image has a significant and unfavorable impact. This implies that consumers regard product quality and user reviews more than brand impression when making purchases. It is recommended that The Originote enhance the caliber of its products and its response to online reviews in order to boost consumer confidence and competition in the Indonesian skincare sector.

This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, solvency, liquidity, company size and auditor reputation on audit report lag in property sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2021-2023 period. Audit report lag is the time lag between the end of the fiscal year and the publication of the audit report, which can affect investor confidence and the effectiveness of the capital market. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques. The research results show that profitability has a negative and significant influence on audit report lag, which means that the higher the company's profitability, the faster the audit report is issued. Meanwhile, solvency, liquidity, company size and auditor reputation do not have a significant influence on audit report lag. These findings indicate that profitability is the main factor in determining the speed of audit completion, while other factors do not directly influence the delay in publishing the audit report. This research provides implications for companies, auditors and stakeholders to pay more attention to profitability aspects in managing the timeliness of financial reporting.
