Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether financial literacy has an influence on students' financial behavior with financial attitudes as an intervening or mediating variable. The sampling technique used purposive sampling so that 100 samples were obtained which were students of the Faculty of Economics, Sriwijaya University. This research is a descriptive research with primary data. Data processing was carried out using the Partial Least Square analysis model with the help of WarpPLS 7.0 for windows. This study uses a measurement model (Inner model) and a Structural model (Outer model). The results of the hypothesis test show that (1) Financial Literacy has a direct effect on Financial Behavior, (2) Financial Literacy has a direct effect on Financial Attitudes, (3) Financial Attitudes has a direct effect on Financial Behavior, (4) Financial Attitudes are proven to fully mediate the effect of Financial Literacy on Financial Behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether dividend policy, profitability, liquidity, capital structure have a partial influence on company value, as well as whether company size is able to moderate the relationship of dividend policy variables, profitability, liquidity, capital structure to company value. This study took a sample of companies going public in the telecommunications and utilities sectors listed on the IDX. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling by collecting data in the form of annual financial statements in accordance with the required criteria obtained from the official IDX website www.idx.co.id, www.emiten.kontan.co.id and other websites related to sample companies. The amount of research data processed was 240 data, with 40 data on each variable. Data was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that dividend policy has a positive and significant influence on the value of the company; profitability and liquidity have no partial influence on the value of the company; capital structure has a negative and significant influence on the value of the company; company size moderates the relationship of dividend policy and profitability partially to company value; The size of the company does not partially moderate the relationship of liquidity and capital structure to the value of the company.

Abstract

In a business, membership or membership is often used so that customers get various kinds of attractive promos. Membership or membership is an activity in achieving formal status support in a business. The membership or membership system at the Seventeen Garage workshop is that every customer who is interested in becoming a member will be given a member card and will be stamped for every 1x service. If you have done 10x service, you will get the 11th free service. and how does the influence of membership on customer loyalty to visitors to the Bekasi Seventeen Garage Workshop This research is a descriptive verification research. Descriptive is used to explore the variables studied while verification is used to measure the relationship of variables. The population of this study are students in Bekasi City who have attended the Bekasi Seventeen Garage Workshop. The population size is known, thus the sampling uses the Slovin formula. which results in a total sample of 101, which is then rounded down to 100 samples. This study found that the membership carried out by the Bekasi Seventeen Garage workshop was in the high category; Seventeen Garage Bekasi customer loyalty is in the sufficient category; and membership has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a very strong level of influence classification.

Abstract

Evaluation of a company's success can depend on the effectiveness of its human resource management. One of the main objectives of this management is to foster employee involvement, as it has been shown that when employees develop a sense of attachment to the workplace, they tend to exert their best efforts in carrying out tasks to the best of their abilities. This research aims to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment, company reputation, and affective commitment on employee engagement at PT. Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk. The research method applied is a quantitative research method. The samples in this research were employees of the project division and HRD&GA at PT. Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling method with 37 respondents obtained by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The research results explain that the variables of non-physical work environment, company reputation, and affective commitment positively and significantly influence employee engagement at PT. Wulandari Bangun Laksana Tbk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance in SMP Negeri 03 and SMA Negeri 03 Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The population of this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 03 and SMA Negeri 03. The sample in this study were 36 respondents totaling 56 respondents.. This type of research is Descriptive research with a Quantitative approach. The data used is primary data. Data collection methods using questionnaire techniques. Data analysis techniques are Multiple Linear Regression, F test, Determination Coefficient T test, and Correlation Coefficient test. The results of Multiple Linear Regression Variable Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation have a positive influence on Teacher Performance in SMP Negeri 03 and SMA Negeri 03 Talang Ubi District Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The results of the F test analysis show that simultaneously there is a significant effect of Physical Work Environment Variables and Work Motivation have a significant effect on Teacher Performance in State Junior High School 03 and State Senior High School 03 Talang Ubi District Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. The partial t test results show that the Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation Variables have a significant effect on Teacher Performance in SMP Negeri 03 and SMA Negeri 03, Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency. Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination shows that 67.1% of the variables of Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation affect Teacher Performance in State Junior High School 03 and State Senior High School 03, Talang Ubi District, Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency, while the remaining 32.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The market is a certain place for the meeting of people who carry out trading activities (buying and selling) of goods and services. Jombang is an area that has the nickname as "Santri City", which in accordance with the expectations of the nickname is the creation of the behavior of a good trader and away from bad deeds and will affect satisfaction. However, not all traders in the market reflect this, there are several influencing factors, namely Islamic work ethics and service quality. The application of good work ethics in Islam is very important, because in it will create muamalah activities that are maslahah. Thus, this study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic work ethics and the quality of merchant services on customer satisfaction in the Pon Jombang market. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 analysis tools. The sample used was 100 respondents through a questionnaire with predetermined criteria. The results of the study state that there is an influence of Islamic work ethics and service quality on customer satisfaction. This research is expected to be able to bring benefits to readers in order to add insight and traders are able to apply Islamic law in buying and selling activities.

Abstract

Technology is becoming an increasingly important part of everyone's life because of its rapid development. Indonesians are currently feeling the benefits of technological advancements, including digitizing entertainment media and creating content (TikTok) which is increasingly popular. In addition, Tiktok offers a Tiktok for business feature called Tiktok Shop. This feature can help businesses expand their market by encouraging creativity in a study conducted to evaluate the potential influence of TikTok's social media marketing and online consumer reviews on purchasing decisions for Skintific-branded products. The focus of this study is quantitative, using descriptive and associative causal research methods. Data was collected through a Google Form questionnaire sent to 96 women between the ages of 15 and 35, all of whom were users of Skintific products and the TikTok app. The sampling method used is non-probabilistic, more specifically intentional sampling. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression, using SPSS version 25 to process the collected data. The results showed that TikTok social media marketing variables and online consumer reviews had a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Skintific products, both partially and simultaneously. According to the conclusion drawn from the coefficient of determination, it was established that 52.1% of purchasing decisions for Skintific products are due to the influence of TikTok's social media marketing and online consumer reviews. The remaining 47.9% indicated that other variables not examined in the study also had an impact on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to understand and analyze the influence of service quality on customer loyalty in Gojek's online transportation service through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study consists of all active students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at UPN Veteran East Java, from all batches who have used Gojek's online transportation service. The sample size for this study is 100 respondents, selected using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of active students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at UPN Veteran East Java, from all batches, who are customers of Gojek's online transportation service and have used it more than twice. The data analysis technique employed in this study is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), utilizing SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, service quality does not significantly affect customer loyalty, customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty, and service quality significantly influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in Gojek's online transportation service.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain data and information that provides an overview of the influence of influencer marketing on customer buying interest at Bambam.kuy. This study used a quantitative research design with non-probability sampling techniques and purposive sampling. This research involved 100 respondents, all of whom are Bambam.kuy subscribers. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression and tested with SPSS version 28. The results showed that influencer marketing had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest as indicated by the results of t count (4.561) > t table value (1.66055) and the level of significance 0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the sub-sectors which are the basis of the economy and the competitiveness of the Gross Regional Domestic Product of the City of Palopo and to analyze the Effects of Economic Growth on the Economic Development Index of the City of Palopo, Province of Sulawesi. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The data needed in this study are secondary in the form of a time series from 2011 to 2021. This research uses the documentation method from the Central Bureau of Statistics and other related agencies to collect data and information. The techniques used are Location Quotient analysis, Klassen typology, Shift Share, and regression. The findings of this study are that Palopo City has an economic base of electricity, gas, and clean water, Water Procurement, Waste Management, and Recycling, Construction, Trade, Hotels, and Restaurants, Transportation and Warehousing, Financial and Insurance Services Real Estate, Government Administration, Defense, and Compulsory Social Security, Health Services and Social Activities, Other Services. Even though the competitive sub-sectors in Palopo City are the processing industry, gas, electricity and clean water, commerce, hotels, restaurants, transportation, and warehousing, this research also concludes that economic growth in Palopo City does not influence Human Development Index.
