Abstract

This study aims to analyze the comparative effectiveness of digital marketing and traditional marketing strategies at Honda dealerships in the Jabodetabek area. With the rapid advancement of technology, the marketing landscape has shifted significantly, requiring businesses to adapt and optimize their strategies to remain competitive. Traditional marketing methods, such as exhibitions, print advertising, and telemarketing, have long been utilized to reach potential customers. However, the rise of digital marketing leveraging platforms like social media, websites, and online advertisements offers new opportunities for cost-effective, targeted, and measurable marketing strategies. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method, involving sales consultants selected based on their sales performance. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and crosstab analysis to examine the relationship between demographic factors and marketing effectiveness. The findings indicate that social media is the most effective digital marketing channel, while dealer and international exhibitions remain highly relevant in traditional marketing. Conversely, telemarketing and print advertising are perceived as less effective. The study concludes that integrating digital and traditional marketing is crucial to maximizing sales performance. It is recommended that sales consultants receive skill training in digital marketing tools, allowing them to leverage technology effectively while maintaining personal customer engagement through traditional methods.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the evolution of publications on the topic of financial literacy through social media among working women between 2019-2024, as well as to identify the scholarly articles with the highest number of citations on the topic. Data was collected using Google Scholar with the keywords “financial literacy” and “social media”. Search criteria included article title, abstract, and relevant keywords within 2019-2024. The search results showed 890 journal articles. Of these, 119 articles were further analyzed using VOSviewer 1.6.20 software. Financial literacy through social media is very interesting to be raised as a topic, by appointing working women as the object of research which is also associated with financial behavior variables..

Abstract

The waqf assets owned by Karawang Regency are many and very extensive, but many do not understand how to manage waqf land so that it can be useful and its management is in accordance with Islamic sharia. This study aims to examine the management of waqf in the Karawang Regional Leadership of the Islamic Association (Persis). The results of waqf management are analyzed using the Maqashid Syariah principle. This type of research is field research. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The interview used informants from the Bidgar Perwakafan PD Persis, the Bidgar Perwakafan PC Persis, Nazir, and community leaders. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative and socio history and maqashid sharia approach. This analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that waqf land in the area of the Regional Leadership of the Islamic Association (Persis) Karawang is managed and intended for mosques, schools, taklim assemblies, and productive rice fields. The management of waqf land carried out by the Karawang Islamic Unity (Persis) PD Waqf Field is not fully in accordance with the principles of maqashid sharia, especially on the principle of hifzh al-Mal.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia is still said to be low. Based on phenomena in the field, it was found that (1) learning planning (RPP) had not been created optimally because RPPs were made in a copy paste culture; (2) in implementing learning, some teachers still predominantly use conventional methods such as the lecture method, the learning process is boring and students become passive; (3) in implementing learning, some teachers have not used various media. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of work discipline, workload and compensation on the performance of high school English teachers in Banjarmasin City, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is a quantitative research method with a sample size of 60 respondents. Data collection methods are by means of questionnaires, interviews and document studies. The data analysis includes variable measurement, descriptive data analysis, data analysis with SEM PLS, model measurement, and hypothesis testing. The research results show that work discipline and workload have a significant effect on the performance of English teachers in Banjarmasin City, while compensation does not have a significant effect on the performance of English teachers in Banjarmasin City. Work Discipline, Workload and Compensation simultaneously influence and contribute to Teacher Performance (Y) by 54.3%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of store image, price and word of mouth (WoM) on consumer purchasing decisions for Janji Jiwa coffee in Sidoarjo. The approach used is a quantitative method, with a population that includes the people of Sidoarjo Regency who have enjoyed Janji Jiwa coffee, aged between 17 and 56 years. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, involving 100 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out with PLS-SEM using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results show that store image, price and word of mouth (WOM) have a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions for Janji Jiwa coffee in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Study aims to analyze effect of work stress and job statisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitement as an intervening variable among employees of PT. X. Number respondents this study were 260 employees of PT. X. Research sample was taken using purposive sampling. Retrieval research data uses a scale work stress, job statisfaction, turnover intention and organizational commitment. Data analysis uses SmartPLS program. The results of the study indicate show that work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention, indicated by a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on turnover intention with a p-value of 0.002<0.05. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on turnover intention with a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Work stress has a significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.000<0.05. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment with a p-value of 0.000<0.05. There is an effect of work stress on turnover intention through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. There is also an effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention through organizational commitment as an intervening variable for employees at PT. X.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how intellectual capital affects the value of companies. Intellectual capital is one of the intangible assets that has an important role in creating a competitive advantage and improving the company's performance, as well as the company's value. The variables in this study consist of intellectual capital and company value. There are three components in intellectual capital, namely value added capital employed (VACA), value Added human capital (VAHU), and structural capital value added (STVA). Meanwhile, the value of companies in this study was measured using the Tobin,s Q method. This study uses a quantitative method. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial report data for the banking sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019-2023. The data collection technique uses the purposive sampling method and was obtained from 25 companies with a period of 5 years, so 125 sample data were collected. The analysis in this study uses the Smart PLS version 3.0 program which is used to test the relationship between intellectual capital and company value. The results of the study show that intellectual capital has an effect on the value of the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the effect of good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility and financial performance on the firm value in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. The population in this research is 47 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. Where the sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 20 companies. This research uses a quantitative approach. The analysis and hypothesis testing technique in this research uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique using SmartPLS. The research results show that Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has no effect on firm value, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no effect on firm value, financial performance has an effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work-life balance on turnover intention with work stress as an intervening variable. The data of this study used primary data in the form of questionnaires. The sampling method used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 132 respondents. The data analysis used in this study was the structural equation model. The results of this study stated that workload and work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on work stress, work stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while workload and work-life balance did not have a significant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of consumer boycotts on brand loyalty and market positioning, focusing on pro-Israel product boycotts in Singkawang City, Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, we examine consumer participation in the boycott, its influence on brand loyalty, and the responses of targeted brands. Our findings reveal a significant relationship between boycott participation and decreased loyalty towards boycotted brands, with varying degrees of switching behavior observed. Furthermore, the study highlights the role of socio-cultural factors in shaping consumer responses to boycotts. The research provides valuable insights for brand managers seeking to navigate the challenges of consumer activism and maintain brand loyalty in diverse cultural contexts. Policy implications include the need for brands to engage in transparent communication and demonstrate ethical sourcing practices to mitigate the negative impacts of boycotts.
